Host was a good communicator. We did have problems with the water heater, contacted Tim and he had the issue fixed within 30 mins. Would of been nice to use the elevator and not have to carry all the luggage to the 2nd and 3rd floor. Overall, pretty house in a great area. House was well furnished and spacious. Walking distance to stores/restaurants and of course the beach. Would definitely like to come back.

Close to the beach. Clean with large bedrooms Kitchen full furnished. Large balcony on 3ed floor view to the ocean. We’re very happy.

This house was located and sized wonderfully for our five day wedding and beach vacation. We had everything we needed, had a great time, and Tim was a joy to work with.

Our family had a great week in this home! Only a 2 minute walk to a great beach (includes a long flight of stairs) which accommodated everyone well (surfing, boogie boarding, body surfing, or just playing in the sand). Many restaurants within walking distance. Property manager made the check in process easy and worked with us to allow for early check-in. Highly recommend!

This is about as good as it gets for an Oceanside property (and I have stayed at several over the years). This place is perfect for families or large groups - we had three couples, each with their own bedroom and bathroom. Large, open living room/dining room/kitchen - great for hanging out together. And the view from the third-floor patio was fantastic. First, the check-in was easy - Tim was there right when we arrived and he walked us through everything. Nice two-car garage fit our two cars, and there were two remote garage door/gate controls. The location really couldn't be much better. Only one block from the beach (3-4 minute walk), but also easy walking distance to LOTS of restaurants and the Oceanside Sunset Market, which had a great selection of ethnic food. We ended up getting takeout for the whole trip and just walked to the restaurants to pick it up. So when I say "perfect", I mean it. I really couldn't think of anything that could have been better.

This is my 2nd time to California and my 2 Nd time with Vrbo! Both times were awesome- but this house is awesome- 3 floors 3bathrooms! Rooftop deck which we used all of the time! So close to a beautiful beach and within walking to the pier and harbor! So much to do without driving! Property manager took care of every need or issue we had! Easy check in and out! Highly recommend it

We had a very relaxing time. The beach was so close.

We wanted to be close to the beach with good surfing, and really lucked out with this property. Just 50 yards from the beach, with views of the ocean -- and the surf break -- and we couldn't be happier.Tim, our host, made sure we were welcomed, and we were grateful for the well appointed nature of this home. It is as big as others describe, with plenty of room for a large family. In our case, we were only 4, so we really had the ability to relax.The kitchen has very nice appointments and appliances, and all worked well -- so we were able to cook and enjoy the home. That said, the home is only two blocks from Oceanside's downtown, so many nights we simply walked to the restaurants nearby and fully enjoyed.This was a great find in Oceanside, and we'd gladly return again in the future. Thanks to Tim and team for making our stay great.

We had a great week here! Lots of good food, the beach is fabulous, and only a block to beautiful sand! The train whistle is pretty loud hear , but most can get used to it as it’s only a short distance away. It is minimalist in kitchen spices etc. as stated by others— just bring your own as we did if you want to cook. Very clean, big rooms with interesting decor and nice deck to look at ocean on third floor. Overall, very fun week!

We had a great time at this property for our vacation. The property is a short walk to the beach which is what we loved so much about it. The owner was nice enough to meet and go through everything with us when we arrived. There are 3 levels with rooms on each level, great for multiple families/couples with plenty of room. Overall, we had a wonderful time - highly recommend!

Amazing people amazing property it’s very close to the strand. The photos don’t do it justice it looks better in person:)the only negative things I can think of is that if you have 4+ cars it’s hard to find parking once you fill all 3 spots and one neighbor is cool and the other just complains, but other then that I highly recommend anyone to stay here:)

This is a beautiful property just a few hundred yards from the beach. The home is walking distance to both downtown Oceanside and the harbor where you can find many restaurants and shops. The kitchen was well stocked. The deck is amazing with the ocean view. Plenty of space for our party of 6 to spread out. Renters should know the property is less than one block from the train tracks and the schedule varies throughout the week. Some nights the train whistle can be heard throughout the night.
