the property is in a financial district of hanoi, very high end property with 2 bedrooms and 1 bedrooms. the staff Alex is very quick to respond and very polite and helpful! the property is clean, it got everything that we need and the location is good too. about 15 min from the old quarter. if you want to be away from the hustle bustle of old quarter but still want to be close to it this is the place.

Very clean and modern building. They allowed me to leave my luggages for one day in another apartment. On the basement there is a big shopping mall with cafes, shops and restaurants.

The location is not very close to the city center, so you have to take a Grab / be to get there and reach the most popular touristic attractions. The room was a little bit noisy, as the building is located in front of a huge road which is usually very busy.

The staff and the apartment were excellent. Below the apartment also has a big mall and supermarket so it's quite convenient. Def a must stay place to come back next time!

Very central location in Hanoi with several cafes, restaurants and supermarket within the Vinhome Metropolis building. Also a large supermarket across the road on the basement of Lotte Centre building. The manager Tuan Anh is very friendly and helpful. The apartment is modern and clean with all the necessary appliances. Good size room and bathroom. Need to memorise the door lock code as the apartment door has a numerical code to enter. It would have been good if TV channels were available to watch.
