It's so peaceful here

Perfect location not to far from all the shops and entrance. Away from the busier areas so was nice to relax. Was definitely the much needed break that we wanted and will definitely return in the future.

The only downside I would say is theres no Wifi, so we couldn’t watch Netflix’s which wasn’t a problem would just have been nice to watch a film at night.

Fact that you had to buy a pass to use their facilities (and still pay) one the first night we ate at the on site chippy, very expensive and they even weigh the portions (that put me off). You can get in the shop without a pass....wonder why?. This isn't the hosts fault but the money making machine running it

We was probably the most annoying customers ever as I am so picky and can never make my mind up however Kristina dealt with me in the best way, went out of her way to make sure we had the best time. arrived to a bottle of wine and birthday balloons which is the sweetest touch, comfiest bed ever, so homely and comfortable. Couldn’t have asked for a better homestay! Will defiantly be back :-)

wasnt the property that was a problem it was the staff that worked for the away resort very rude and couldn’t be bothered to be helpful at all

nothing not to like caravan was extremely clean and homely. Hot tub was fab very relaxing after a fun filled day with the children . definitely be booking again .

beds were really comfortable, bathroom, kitchen and bedrooms lovely size, modern and clean. the outdoor area was modern with a nice seating area and swing seat.

the hot tub was not clean at all. there was scum, dirty all round the edges. when I contacted the owner they replied that it had been cleaned the first and second day when it clearly had not. I do have photos as evidence. it was unhygienic and not useable at all. I only noticed how dirty it was when I got in so then I felt very dirty and unwell and it’s definitely put me off ever getting in a hot tub again. we paid to go away especially because of the hot tub and we didn’t get to use it. very upset about this as we didn’t get to work experience what we paid for. the owner also did not try to fix the problem or come up with a solution and just said she had before and after pictures from the cleaner which were a complete lie because we were there looking at the hot tub and have taken videos and photos. there also was no communication about purchasing passes and then when I asked I was told they were £80 and that she had emailed me telling me about the passes when she had only sent me a copy of a link which wasn’t a link. no communication to copy and past the link to get information about passes that we couldn’t access any food drinks bars park actives if we didn’t. shops and supermarkets where miles away so had to go out to buy food which upset my daughter. there was nothing to do at all for the kids without passes and without a hot tub it was just a pointless holiday break away. we also asked beforehand if beds could be moved to make room for my disabled daughters safebed, provided my OT which is classified as medical equipment. she said this would be fine but then when we got to the caravan all the beds were in the rooms and we had to spend time and stressing out how we were going to sort out sleeping arrangements. I again informed the owner of this but she wasn’t helpful at all and said that the cleaners haven’t moved it and guests are free to move beds as they wish.

Clean and tidy.. family oriented. Spot on what was needed and expected. Would stay again.
