TV in every room. Xbox. 30 seconds walk to the lake. Lovely shops. Lots of room. Hot tub amazing. Cant wait to go back.

Shower is very very hot!

The location is good.

The caravan was not clean with grubby walls and things left under the bed from previous guests. The small beds are not suitable for adults, and the park is extremely poorly run and expensive. We paid £95 for park passess only for everything to be booked up and unable to use. Will not return.

Compact static caravan with 4 bedrooms and a nice hot tub on the decking. Was exactly as described in the advert - But i should have checked the room sizes better as this was disappointing

The bedrooms are all tiny and there is very little storage. Considering this can sleep 10 people it is not clear where everyone would store their belongings. The caravan is on a site where wrist bands are needed to get into the amenities and book activities. This would have been an extra cost.

We loved the location and area

The van was not very clean and beds were terrible, we paid a lot of money to all stay together but ended up have to be put into 2 separate vans as the big van had apparently got an issue with the hot tub. Facility’s we paid £250 for passes and literally terrible entertainment and only had swimming outdoor that was any good of which we could only have one hour. Would not visit again

Caravan a little dated

The fact there were 4 bedrooms helped for our blended family. Hot tub was good too.

The fact it was next to an RAF facility with constant planes going over every half hour would of been nice to of been told. Not a great alarm clock when it shakes the whole caravan!

Spacious, hot tub, good amount of indoor and outdoor seating, bed sets included, push bikes were a great extra (especially as we didn't pay for the passes) cooker was a good size, fridge clean. Beautiful location, guests friendly, accepted pets, quiet. Nice to receive a list of places to go off site to visit and also a list of takeaways which came in handy. We made the most of the hot tub in the evenings, I dont know what we would of done otherwise but was nice and kept the little ones happy and the big ones too. Enjoyed watching the planes and jets fly over us.

No wires to ps3 so when it rained we couldn't play games or the dvs as a family, no remote for one of the bedroom tvs, no tea towels, shower head was leaking and spraying everywhere, decking area was not clean (had used disposable cups around the hot tub and still had remanence of the last dog under patio table and stains on the decking so not been cleaned and disinfectant as I'd of expected with the extra £20 pet fee), main bedroom window wouldn't shut properly due to damage, the "plunge pool" is the hot tub, no bin bags. The site itself was beautiful but the extra £90 minimum charge just to be able to use or visit any facilities on site was just disgusting to be honest and then to have to book slots on top of that to do anything! Clearly the facilities are too small to accommodate for the amount of guests and a bit of a scam as why would you pay £90 to be able to visit the bar and restaurant and pay for what you eat and drink on top?? Surely it would make more sense to include the passes in the price in the first place? All the facilities are in a gated area including the ice cream van and night time entertainment looked hugely limited. Overall it was nice to get away for the weekend and a beautiful place for walks but if you have children then be prepared to pay the extra cost on top for any entertainment and any facilities. Personally I wouldn't go back.

Property was lovely and clean, plenty of seats for guests even on the balcony for people to sit if the weather is nice. Hot tub was lovely and clean and was tested every day with staff, could maybe do with some privacy boards around it to stop people looking in.

Nothing to do with the van, however you cant get into anywhere on site without passes which is a real shame

I am booking 4 bedroom house and i am pay for 4 bedroom house. But we have 3 bedroom house for same prices. Because ovner change my booking house.

just a minor, not enough wine glass & the beds are small (to be expected with caravan beds tho) I did leave some Prosecco glasses for your next guests for over new year.

uncomfortable beds. power disconnected so we ended up leaving early. the activities pass was not provided.

Caravan was everything we wanted and had more than we expected. We had Netflix, a PlayStation, and a DVD player with plenty of DVDs to choose from. The hot-tub was huge and a nice seating area. The resort itself had plenty of entertainment and things to do. I would recommend bringing two towels per person for the shower and hot-tub. We also went for food at the White Bull and it was amazing.

nothing, it was filthy and dirty, the smell was really bad. very old. the carpets were discusting, they was food left in pans, hairs on plates in cupboard. oven was covered in grease. the smell was in horrendous.

windows, doors were all dirty. shower was full of mould, shower glass dirty. floor was really dirty, wiped with a baby wipe and clearly looked like it had never been cleaned. the interior was awful, old and smelt really bad. the bedding was flat, stains all over them. pillows in living area, covered with stains and old and discoloured. worst place I’ve ever stayed in my life. we was ready to leave as soon as we arrived but it was my dads birthday so we tried to make the best of a bad situation. avoid at all costs. how they can charge to even stay here, never mind how much they cost is beyond me. hottub on arrival wasn’t even hot. so only could go in on the day after. kids disappointed. no yea towels, no toilet roll. nothing so you have to go with everything. honestly worst place ever! on way home for a shower and to wash everything we took with us. feel discusting!!!!

excellent caravan for families - PS3, loads of dvds and tvs in most bedrooms. plus excellent bonus of hot tub

beds slightly in comfy but just what you expect from a static caravan. could have add wine glasses . missing linen but sorted with phone all to owner

Location was lovely, close to 2 small fishing lakes and a 10 minute walk from The Merlin. Hot tub was amazing, and privacy was good. Ultra quiet area so you could focus and relax.

The hot tub was great and the caravan was a good size for just the 4 of us. The lakes and wildlife are beautiful and the site was quiet. The caravan was warm and cosy.

The smoke alarms had been removed from the caravan and there was no fire extinguisher or fire blanket. The remains of someone else’s meal were left in the bottom of the dishwasher where it hadn’t been cleaned. We received a message from the hosts saying the bed wouldn’t be made up which we felt was poor.
