Perfect location very close to ski-arena. About 50-100m and there you are at Gondola and Skilift. Nice apartment on 4th. Floor. We stayed here as couple, with two of us. Apartment has all necessities and spacious and very comfortable rainshower and handheld pressure shower. Bathgel and shampoo are there. Kitchen has everything you need. Beds are ok. You can open balcony-door and get fresh air from outside. There are two elevators working perfectly and getting you down to minus one floor where skidepot is. This is also closest route to arena. Locker in skidepot is fine. Space might be too little in locker when you are with too many people. New Gudauri is the place to be when you come for ski holiday. You must go here. Enough restaurants, bars and places to rent ski or snowboard. You can pay for the apartment by PayPal if you like. Ask the owner. We did, it is easy and convenient. Going from Tbilisi to New Gudauri by car will cost you approx. 170-200 GEL. Check gotrip dot ge and you can easily book a driver.

Of course there are some noises in an apartment building. The reception could do better and pay more attention to people smoking late outside or making loud telephone calls outside or in the hallways. That is what they are here for I assume.

Очень удобные апартаменты для семьи. В комнате чисто, свежо, уютно, есть всё необходимое. Хорошее расположение, рядом канатка, магазины, прокат, рестораны, развлечения. Владелец очень вежливый.

It's a perfect room at the perfect place in Gudauri

the decor , super clean spaciousness

the view is ver good but not optimal , no balcony

First thing there is no one to look after you there is a lady in the counter if you ask any questions her reply i don’t know.There is another thing if anything if you want you have to call the property owner. Major difficulties was they need cash it’s never mentioned in booking com booking com.please avoid families over there reception in day time was disaster

The room was nicely warmed up when we arrived. Coffee, tea and sugar was also provided. We loved the location as there are restaurants just outside the basement level and a Spar nearby. The washing machine was handy and washing detergent was prepared as I had a little one who soiled his clothes. Loved the compactness of the place which fitted 5 of us well.

The kitchen needed a dishwash detergent.

Great location, 3 min walking to the ski slopes. Room very comfortable.
