This condo was the perfect place for my family to stay. The condo is very nicely furnished, impeccably clean and had everything we needed. It’s in a great location, quiet but close enough to beaches and dining options. Communication with the property owner was seamless and she was very quick to respond.

Convenient condo for running around as it is right at entrance. This was great for us because we seldom leave the Wailea area, and why would you, it's the best area of the Islands. The lanai was great, shaded and cool with just enough sun, surrounded by healthy lush bamboo, great for eating, sitting and napping.

Palms Wailea is a great location! This townhouse is lovely and guest ready with a spacious well stocked kitchen and updated appliances. Very open living area, light and bright with multiple glass sliders onto the large patio ready with padded lounges, wicker chairs, dining table and barbecue. Nice size primary bedroom…with a great mattress to catch a good nights sleep!
2 full baths with extra towels and toiletries.
Beach chairs and towels, umbrella and cooler for guest use! We enjoyed it all! Jillian was a very
accessible host from booking to checking in to departure. Thanks so much for sharing this property with us! We loved it!

My wife and stayed for a week and had a great experience. We really enjoyed the location and the condo had everything you need to make it feel like a home away from home.

We truly enjoyed the space of this unit. The outside lanai area was larger than we thought as well as a surprising view of the sunset. Unit was well appointed and clean. Good location to beaches, restaurants and shopping. Will stay here again when back in Maui.

Description was spot-on and you cannot go wrong staying here. This condo is so close to everything needed in Waelea-lots of options to rent out there but would positively rent from Jillian again. Only thing to add is if planning a trip to the local beach, consider driving so you don’t have to carry all the stuff (umbrella, chairs, coolers, etc) - lots of parking down by the beach!

Loved our roomie condo which was clean and beautiful. Jillian was most responsive even in the middle of the night when we couldn’t quite do the lockbox correctly.

We had to scramble to find a place during the Maui fire and Jillian was great to work with. Very responsive. The unit is in a great location and is beautifully decorated and very clean and well stocked. We would love to visit again some day. Mahalo

We had a great 6-night stay at this property. Communication with Jillian throughout the process was quick and responsive. The condo was clean and came stocked with pretty much everything you could need. We really enjoyed hanging out on the lanai and grilling.

We had a wonderful vacation in Maui, and this condo played a huge part! We loved the location with close proximity to a fabulous beach where you can walk for miles, as well as to shops and restaurants. The complex is very quiet, the grounds are beautifully kept and the condo itself was perfect. It’s very spacious and wonderfully decorated with the best lanai I’ve experienced there. We spent as much time outside as we did inside when there. The condo is very well stocked for cooking and going on excursions and Jillian goes above and beyond as a host. Would highly recommend to anyone planning a vacation and would hands down love to stay there again. Thanks again for everything!

Very enjoyable 12 day stay. The lanai was great for all of our at home meals. The Palms is a fantastic location. Pool is only a few steps away. Our host, Jillian was very responsive to every question and need.

You’ll find everything as listed in the advertisement. Jillian is a perfect host and keeps the condo in excellent condition. We appreciated her communication and her responsiveness. The location in Wailea is great with easy access to beaches and restaurants. We traveled very ‘light’ and thus were very happy with the generously equipped condo. We fully recommend staying with Jillian and hope to be able to come back!

Maui Getaway, the Palms, unit 207 - April 2022
First visit to the Palms and unit 207! Palms is a beautiful property, very quiet and relaxing, the pool was excellent!
Our condo was exceptional, everything you would need at your fingertips feeling very homey! We were both so comfortable, loving the beautiful lanai and having the convenience of having our own BBQ; we sat out in both the late afternoon and evenings every day.

We really enjoyed our stay here. It was quiet, spacious and well-equipped. The owner was friendly and helpful and the grounds were beautiful. We loved the beach only a ten minute walk away and enjoyed being close to the shops in Wailea and the beaches and restaurants in Kihei.

We had a great few days at this condo. It's spacious and bright, and we especially enjoyed the lanai. Very comfortable for our family of four. We loved the location and the property - beautiful landscaping and views of the ocean from the pool. It's very convenient to Wailea's beaches. We hope to return!

We enjoyed our time here. The place was still being cleaned when it was time to check-in, but that was the only issue. It was spacious and my kids really enjoyed the pool.
