Comfortable and clean!

It was a very relaxing vacation . The view was wonderful and the condo had everything we needed ! Also , the location was great as it was close to the bypass .

It is difficult to know what to say first. We felt so comfortable. We were thrilled with the basic provisions for cooking. The wonderful set up made everything flow as if we were at our own lake home. Thank you for thinking of everything. Alanna was especially impressed you thought of night lights strategically placed in the best spots possible. The relaxing setting allowed us to feel as if we were at an oasis. We were able to relax after our long drive from Minnesota. The mattresses were very comfortable. (I need to know the name.) We lacked nothing. Any questions were promptly answered. The balcony is furnished with 3 sitting areas. It made our time very enjoyable. The pool was closed due to the quarantine. That was the only glitch in this visit. However, this should have been expected by us. It did not interfere with our enjoyment. Joy you are an outstanding host. We we tried to care for your home as if it were our own. Thank you for allowing us to be your guests.

What a beautiful location and view this condo has of the lake. We never heard our neighbors and felt like we were the only ones. The condo is very nicely layed out and decorated. Everything was very clean. Joy was very attentive and helpful the whole process. We had a great time!

Great sister trip. Views from condo were great. Everything clean & well furnished. Only tiny detail not truly a 3 bedroom since 3rd bedroom is the living room sofa but it was very comfortable. Also there is a 1 stepdown into the living room which is not a problem you just need know it’s there because the view is so great when you walk in you can almost miss it. Nice covered parking and an extra spot. Very convenient to the racetrack & bathhouses row. Walmart neighborhood store about a mile away. Again close enough to main drag that it’s convenient but just far enough away that you can go to restaurants that aren’t tourist priced. Would definitely stay there again. Owner helpful and easily accessible for any questions. Thank you Joy for a great experience.

this condo was PERFECT couldn't ask for a better one Not too far from Oaklawn, downtown. Would stay again if possable

Our family comes to Hot Springs every year and we usually vrbo. This was among the best we have stayed for the price. Condo has outstanding views and easy access to downtown and Oaklawn. Baths and second bedroom bed are a touch small, but not a problem for our family. Owner very quick to respond to any needs. When we return, we will check if this is available!
