Our experience with the condo and Rae the host was above and beyond! She communicated to us and fixed all of our problems in a timely manner; being that the AC wasn't working correctly and got the problem fixed immediately in this HOT august heat. We loved the location as we could enjoy both the Gulf Shores right across the road from condo, or even go down to Perdido Key, Florida as we did many times throughout our stay. Definitely was a fantastic vacation and would have loved to stayed forever!

Cleaning crew did not take dirty dish towel from bathroom. Lint in dryer had not been cleaned in quite a few loads (major fire hazard) Tv in master bedroom room not working -could be as simple as batteries in remote but power button on TY would not come on. Toilet tank very slow to fill and needs to be check. Overall a great place but owners need to know what they are getting when paying cleaning companies

I was impressed overall. The only downfall I had was not being told ahead of time about washing towels, replenishing toilet paper and paper towels. Other than that, we had a great vacation and would love to rent this condo again in the future.

This was a Thanksgiving getaway and we enjoyed the condo. We will be back again.

We enjoyed our 6th anniversary trip and the weather was perfect. The room had perfect views of the bay and pool. We had a small issue with seeing a few bugs when we first got there but overall we would rent again!

Our family of four enjoyed staying here very much! The condo is clean, updated, and the perfect amount of space. I enjoyed coffee each morning on the balcony which overlooks the pool and little lagoon. The walk across the street to the beach is so short - shorter than the walk from many of the condos that are on the beach! We had one small incident that I needed to reach out to the owner about and it was handled immediately. We would definitely stay here again if we return to the area in the future!

Great location! Beach was directly across the street. Ocean view from the front and pool and lagoon view from balcony in the back. Condo owners were very accessible quick to respond and kind. I would stay here over and over again. We had a perfect vacation!

My husband and I decided to do our 10th anniversary trip with our kids. We had never been to gulf shores, but had destin beaches to compare to. The beaches are amazing! The water is slightly greener than destin but still clear enough to see through even when waist deep. We found countless seashells, which were nowhere to be found in Destin. The condo was the perfect size for our family of 4. The kids each had their own twin bed. We made sure the bedroom window locked in their bedroom before going to bed. No security issues there. The walk to the beach wasn't very far and the rinse off station was conveniently located to rinse off sand before going back to the room. The condo was clean and decorated very cute. The pool and boat docks were visible from the balcony. It was nice to watch the boats coming and going in the lagoon. The kids enjoyed the pool and hot tub when the jellies stung them both and the waves were a little rough one day. The owner is easy to communicate with. No issues with check-in or getting parking passes. My only complaint was the master bathroom smelled like a urinal. We sprayed peroxide on the floor and washed the rug to get the smell out. It was a nice trip overall. We like the small town atmosphere of Gulf Shores compared to the busy feel of Destin. This may be different during the busy season though.

The condo was fantastic with a beautiful view of the lagoon. The grounds are well kept and the pool was fantastic. It is a very short walk to the gulf and the perfectly clear water and white sand beaches. The condo is located a few miles from the busiest part of gulf shores which was just what we were looking for. Pam and Rae are very generous and extremely quick with responses. I would 100% recommend this condo and cannot wait to return in the future.

The owner was super nice, and very accomidating, with random questions I had, very personable, I would rent again.

The property was incredibly clean and tidy. There isn't direct beach access but it is just across the street from the beach. The views were beautiful. Easy check in and out process. I highly recommend!

We absolutely loved staying here. The condo is actually better than in the pictures. The kitchen is very nice and the washer/dryer is new. There are plenty of dishes and pans to eat in and cook. The mattresses were fantastic, which is a huge plus. We all slept great! They even have a nice memory foam pad on the fold out couch so it is even comfy. We would love to stay here again sometime!

We enjoyed our stay. The condo is small, but super cute. The beds and furniture are comfortable. The big TV's are nice. The balcony has a nice view of the lagoon and the pool. The pool is amazing. I love the size and the beautiful landscaping. There is easy access to the beach across the street. As another reviewer said, there is hardly any silverware, so bring your own.

Everything was was above my expectations! Stayed in the same building a few years back so I knew it was a good location. The owner was absolutely awesome to deal with!

we really enjoyed the pool-it blocked some of the wind on the cooler days and made for a nice alternative. could see the kids from our unit too and keep an eye on them. This part of the beach is pretty narrow but still beautiful. would have liked to have had more flatware for eating in the unit - there was only 6 of each so we were having to wash every other meal. (4 of us). overall the building was not crowded and elevators are fast/updated. We enjoyed our stay!

Our condo was perfect for our family of 4. It had everything we needed, and was just a short walk to the beach. The pool and hot tub area was also very nice. Communication with the property manager was wonderful. They were always prompt in replying and made sure we had a great stay. I would stay again!

The condo was everything as described! Top floor overlooking everything in the courtyard! The kids enjoyed the experience of having their bedroom with double twin beds. Master bedroom led out to the balcony. Just wish the parking pass was included in the rental that’s my only hiccup. But overall we really enjoyed our trip. Would definitely recommend anyone and plan on returning back in the future

Lovely, clean comfortable unit with great view of Little Lagoon from balcony. Unfortunately the weather this year was unseasonably cold, and this “B wing of this complex gets no sun except for early morning. The view from the. entry allows you to view the gulf. The owners were easy to contact & pleasant to deal with. On the downside, the elevators were down in the main lobby Wehrmacht we arrived. Then later, the B wing elevator was down so we had to jockey between when they were repaired. The tv’s in both bedrooms were not working or connected to the main tv internet. The patio table & chairs need to be replaced as the rusty edges are dangerous when cleaning

We love stay at the GSSRC! We like to try new condos within this resort and we absolutely LOVED this one! It was the perfect space for our family. Our girls loved having their own beds, too! The kitchen had everything you needed to cook with. Rae was wonderful to work with as well. We will be back again!!

My granddaughter loved the pool. My husband loved the push cart for the beach equipment. I loved the view from the balcony. We will return.
