Very clean and comfortable. Perfect for our group of 3 adults

It was nice to have 'a home' for 3 nights of a road trip.

The 2nd room was a little small for 2 adults - but only a minor quibble

The location was perfect for us…right by the outlets, restaurants, Walmart, and close to Dollywood. The washer & dryer were a nice bonus in the space, as well as the full kitchen, lots of tv’s & movies, and balcony with a view.

We wished the pool was open a bit later, but there’s not probably much you can do about that. We didn’t find a blanket for the pull out bed, but we had brought one along.

The home was amazing we had a wonderful time

The location was excellent. And the condo was very comfortable and relaxing.

The wifi did not work at first and I had to call the mgmt company. Finally, after several unplugs and resets, we got it going but it was spotty and slow. The refrigerator would not work. After two days a repairman came out and got the freezer working but the refrigerator would not work and we had to throw away several food items we had purchased.

Needs updating. Old carpet and peeling paint.

Everything was good except the roach we seen running across the kitchen floor.

All the bugs on the balcony. We were unable to use the balcony because of these bugs. They even came into the condo. Found them in the bed. No carts to bring things up.. would have been nice to know this so we could have made other arrangements to get our stuff in.

Floors were dirty, WI-FI went out on 2nd night, I paid $156 for cleaning , to much!!!
