we wanted to get our dogs out of the july 4th war zone around our house so we went to canada to celebrate america . what a great getaway and the cabin was exactly what we were looking for. I actually gave it 4 stars for accuracy because it was better than advertised. Terri was a great host but her dogs made sure we were comfortable and entertained. We thouroughly explored from one end of the coast to the other but we should have stayed another day or two. You better love dogs because Cowboy and Rancher will come down and make you like them. We didn't end up trying too many resturants because the gumboot cafe garden in Roberts Creek ended up being our go to for food. pretty chill place. thanks Terri!

Family stayed at this cute cabin for a wedding we were attending. We had our family and our two dogs with us , cabin is cute and clean and has everything you need . Only down fall is the showering water is not very good and has a smell to it and the mattress we slept on wasn’t too out liking . Over all was happy with accommodation for our trip .

We had a lovely stay. The location was perfect, the cabin was very well equipped and the hosts, especially the dogs, were very friendly and helpful.

Had some wonderful time at the cabin with my partner and our pup. The cabin has everything you need, with Rancher’s and Cowboys’ as a huge bonus. Terri and Dwane were very responsive and helpful and we got the chance to meet the horses and chickens as well. Def recommend for anyone looking for calm and a nice family/romantic getaway

We really enjoyed our time here with our dog , he has a blast with Rancher and Cowboy. The cabin was really cozy , the bed was so comfortable we loved it. the hostess are really nice people and we love all the flyers and information provided around the cabin . We want to come back for sure ! .

We recently enjoyed a 3 night stay at this lovely remote cabin. It’s exactly what we were looking for - peace and quiet in a beautiful spot on the Sunshine Coast. Terri & Dwane were wonderful hosts, made us feel right at home. The cabin itself is cozy and had everything we needed. We hope to make a return trip later this year.

This private little cabin was the perfect home base to explore the Sunshine coast. It was so quiet and peaceful at night. We loved the jacuzzi and heated tiles after exploring in the February chill! My dog had a blast playing with the resident dogs and Rancher was just the sweetest big guy. Terri was quick to answer questions but gave us lots of privacy, perfect hosts!

I chose to take my two young children for a weekend birthday getaway and this property was perfect. Communication was prompt and clear, space was as listed and the ability to visit the horses while supervised was a great treat. Thank you for hosting us!!

Beautiful cozy cabin! The only thing it was missing was blinds. We felt a little exposed at night! And the blinds that were in the bathroom were OUTSIDE which was odd. Maybe move those to the inside! But we had a wonderful stay! Thanks so much!

The cabin is great! Super well maintained, with everything we needed for cooking our Christmas dinner. Great WiFi, cute decoration (we loved the Christmas themed decoration!), and you can see the love and care that the owners put here. Rancher and Cowboy (the two big dogs) are lovely, and the whole property is beautiful. Really recommend!!

The cabin was lovely in a beautiful setting in the woods. The property was close to both Sechelt and Gibsons. It had everything we needed and we really enjoyed our time there. Highly recommend

Perfect getaway from the city. Cabin is well stocked, and has dependable wifi! Also well located between Gibsons and Sechelt.

We really enjoyed our stay at the cabin. It was very comfortable and cozy and super close to everything.

This is lovey, quite and peaceful cabin in the woods with all the amenities you could want for a nice escape from the pressure of daily life. It's central location on the Sunshine Coast make it coinvent for checking out the local beaches and hikes and there are plenty of good restaurants, pubs and cafes within a 15min drive in either direction. You can also just sit on the deck and enjoy the trees and bird song that surround the cabin. The hosts, Terri and Dwayne, are close by and responsive if you need anything but won't bother you if you don't. Ranger and Cowboy, the resident dogs are friendly, playful and well behaved, but they will try to move in with you if you let them. The fresh eggs from the chickens were delicious. We were a bit surprised that we'd have to take our garbage away with us since there is no local pick-up and the water from the well has a distinct metallic smell that we never quite got used to, but it's all part of it if you want to escape everyday life in the city.

Can't beat the sunshine coast, book your ferry a month out in peak times.

Super easy, laid back setting. Beautiful rustic cabin close to trails and beaches, and with all conveniences a short drive away. The sofa bed isn’t amazing, but it does the trick for a few nights. We will be back without a doubt! Thank you for a wonderful stay.

My husband and I enjoyed a 3 night stay at Terri and Dwayne’s cabin. Our dog came along with us. The cabin is well stocked and exceptionally clean. It’s secluded and so peaceful. We slept so well! We loved the visits from their dogs, Cowboy and Rancher. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay again.

Excellent location with a fully equipped cabin in a peaceful spot. Two great decks to sit and enjoy the outside. Five stars and will certainly stay here when we return.

Gorgeous well appointed cabin with excellent kitchen and bathroom amenities and very comfortable bed. Great to have laundry facilities. Responsive host and gives you privacy.

Well-equipped and comfortable. Host provides all the clean aquifer water you need for cooking and drinking. The tap water is safe but has a strong smell of iron and runs the colour of tea. Not inviting for a soak in the jacuzzi tub. Catch and release of mice at night was humane but sleep disturbing. Host’s dogs are very friendly and a joy to have around.

Great cabin in beautiful woodland location. Very comfortable and well equipped, with easy access to all the attractions of the Sunshine Coast: hiking trails, beaches, and good restaurants and shops in Gibsons, Davis Bay, and Sechelt. This is our second visit, and we’ll be back!
