Location was great, the condo was clean and well equipped. The only negative would be the noise from the upstairs condo…every step could be heard. Overall great place!

Great location and manager was extremely responsive. We did not need anything during our stay but communication was great before we arrived and included sharing local knowledge on restaurants and places to visit.

Had all the comforts of home. Found nice bar couple blocks away next to the ball park. Was a nice change from busy Broadway.

We had a great stay here! The condo is very clean and the perfect amount of space. Close to broadway and other local establishments. We would return!

2 teens and 2 adults. The beds were comfortable as were towels. Location is good for easy Uber to town. It will be more walkable when the construction is complete. I wouldn’t be comfortable walking to town with a girls group or kids. I would love to see more hooks to hang towels and adequate kitchen utensils for breakfast but we made do. The location is popular for tourists.

First time to Nashville and this Condo was perfect! There were 6 adults that stayed check in /check out very simple! Excellent location maybe 5 min Uber from everywhere we wanted to see! Can not wait to go back and would definitely stay here again!

Overall, the condo was great. It was easy to find. The check in information was clear and provided well before check in to make sure we could find the condo. On a warm day, it would be perfect for a 20 min walk to downtown nashville. Our stay was cold, so we ubered. The uber drivers had no issue finding the condo. Great view of the river from the balcony as well.

This property is in a great location (close to the river and Broadway, etc) with plenty of parking. It fits 4 adults perfectly, was clean and the host was responsive and friendly. Highly recommend for a downtown Nashville visit!

The condo is located within walking distance to many locations. It was great exploring the city by walking.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. We loved the condo. It was perfect for me & my family. Loved the view of the river from the living room and the fireplace. We were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go. It was a easy walk to Broadway, Printers Alley, local dining, shopping and the Farmers Market. Rebecca gave me great dining recommendations since we were celebrating my sons birthday and was very helpful and quick to respond when I had a question. We would definitely book again!!

This condo was exactly as described. Close enough to attractions to catch a Lyft for under $10 (4 people including tip) but far enough to not be overwhelmed by crowds when you had enough. We would definitely stay with this host again!

This was our first time visiting Nashville, we had a great time. The owner is very responsive and was able to let us check in much earlier than the listed check in time. The kitchen had coffee pods for the Keurig, sugar and sugar substitutes, individual sized snacks and some bottled water. Bathrooms were stocked with travel sized body washes, shampoos & conditioners. Condo is roughly 1 mile from Broadway, the walk back at night is on the dark side but we felt safe and no one bothered us. You are also a short walk from a coffee spot called Moonshot (owner recommended this place), coffee and avocado toast were both delicious.

Property manager was prompt, kind, and helpful. This condo is within a mile of Broadway and the walk is easy.

Loved the view of the river from this cozy place. It had everything we needed. Only a mile and a half from Broadway. Very clean and loved the covered parking.

This place was within walking distance to many things. I gave 4 stars for location because your still 1 mile to Broadway, but its an easy walk or you can Uber. I gave 4 stars for cleanliness because although the inside of the unit was very clean, the outside had a lot of cobwebs and such which really isn't on the owner I suppose. We were however disappointed in the balcony. It looked like it hadn't been cleaned/wiped down in quite awhile therefore we did not use it, that said I would have totally given 5 stars. The beds were super comfy as was the living room furniture. The towels were awesome! The pool area was very nice. Rebecca was quick to respond with the 2 issues we had and they were fixed within a few hours. Overall, we would definetly recommend this place and would stay here again,.

Nice spot on the river. Quiet, but close to all the Broadway action. Cool Music City prints around the condo. Walked to rolled ice cream, had deep dish pizza delivered. Walked to Broadway at night to see the sights.

This was a great condo for the four us. We were very close to Broadway and were able to walk most places. We utilized the pool and laundry room both of which were very clean. They made it easy to do laundry as you only had to down load an app. The property manager was great as when I did contact her she was quick to reapond.

Fun time in Nashville. Convenient location. Easy check in and check out. Cute place and fun decorations. Great to have easy parking and parking under cover.

Location is great, beautiful view of river. Proximity to all we wanted to do was great. Everything we needed was in condo. Felt safe the whole time we were there. Floors and walls are very thin and we did hear the people above us every move—just moving around. No issues with neighbors around us. Wasn’t distracting enough we wouldn’t stay again!
