We were here for a baseball tournament nearby. The house was perfect for our stay. The beds are super comfortable and a well stocked kitchen. The pool and backyard are awesome and we loved having the option to have the pool heated (heated pools are far and few between). Communication with Dawn was great! I would def recommend this house for your stay.

Large home with plenty of appropriate equipment in the kitchen as well as china and cutlery. We enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful home close to shopping and restaurants . Owner Dawn was great answered any questions we had. Big thanks for all the toys and kids things available to keep the little ones busy. Pool was over the top rained all week but it was 90 in the pool so it didn’t matter. Would highly recommend and we will reserve again.

The property was everything we expected and more! It was very spacious and in a great location, close to some nice golf courses, shopping and restaurants. Everyone enjoyed the pool and the family time. The host was wonderful! We would highly recommend this property for a large family or group.

Great home. Kitchen very well equipped. Close to beautiful scenery. Pool was great. We had it heated. We each had our own bedroom. Plenty of space. We are hoping to return next year.

Our stay was a family get together as we didn’t see each other at Christmas. 6 adults and 2 toddlers had plenty of space in this house. We were especially grateful for all the amenities appropriate for very young children (crib, toys, books, playhouse, fenced pool)! Fabulous!
The kitchen was also exceptionally well equipped, and the home was close to grocery stores and pharmacies.
Access to the home itself was very slick. The only downside was the proximity to a noisy road. That would not stop us from renting this property in the future, however.

Amazing amenities! Excellent owner communication!
This home met all our needs! Our family members who stayed here ranged in age from 3 weeks old to 68 years old! From toys and kid friendly furniture, to relaxation and space to spread out! Grandparents could swim and sunbathe while little ones napped and parents and teens could snack, game and have privacy! If ever in the area again, this is where we’ll stay!

The perfect house!
This house was perfect in every way. The host made the check in process east and was available for any supplemental questions that we had. We enjoyed the games for the children and the kitchen supplies that were offered. It was a great experience and truly a home away from home. I had my parents, wife, and children there and everyone was comfortable.

Great house. Have everything we need. Close to shopping area. The pool is nice.
Hard to sleep in the west rooms due to car noise From the street. There are white noise machines In the rooms.
The swimming pool Light doesn’t work.

Buddy Golf Trip
The home was very comfortable and just like the pictures on line. Location was excellent, check in was seamless, communication with the owner was easy, and the overall experience was very enjoyable. The home had all the necessary items needed to make our trip comfortable. Plenty of utensils and dinnerware, condiments, and easy to follow instructions. Plenty of space for four people to spread out and yet have a great gathering place to enjoy good conversation. All in all the home met our needs very well.

Fabulous Family Home
This was a fabulous rental that met all our needs and more. Dawn was a great host and very responsive. We have a 1 year old and the house had everything we needed to make traveling easy including a crib, chair to eat, utensils, and lots of toys. The pool was also heated super warm which was really nice.

Tidy property in Gilbert
We enjoyed our short stay at this location. The house is very organized and the kitchen is well stocked. The backyard is very nice and the pool was heated, just waiting for my grandson to jump in. A minor negative is a busy road behind the house you can hear at night. Owners were great to work with. We would stay there again.

Perfect Home
This home is perfect. We were visiting family, who live in the same neighborhood, and it was perfect for our 2 families (4 adults, 5,6,7,9yo children).
There was plenty of space for everyone, toys for the kids, and everything was incredibly neat and organized.
When we return for our next visit, we hope we can stay again!

Perfect setting for a family gathering
We had 6 grandkids from ages 10-17 with us for a few days, and with the AZ heat, felt a pool was a necessity. This place was perfect for everyone. It was comfortable, spacious, and the kids had a blast.

Amazing property, great for children and adults! The pool was refreshing. Able to barbecue on the grill and sit by the pool and have a relaxing vacation. Would highly recommend this to everyone.

The house was comfortable and well equipped for our stay. We spent a lot of time in the pool relaxing and making fun memories. The only negative is the upstairs bedrooms that capture all the road noise from the busy street. Just a note: the backyard furniture and pool were not clean upon arrival. We spent our first morning cleaning the pool and furniture. The BBQ grill looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in a while.

Beautiful House
We traveled to Gilbert for a quick weekend vacation to meet some family. We have 2 kids (age 3 & 7). This house was the perfect getaway for us! They had plenty of toys to keep our kids entertained. We swam in the pool all day and into the evening. The backyard is beautiful. The house was well equipped with everything we needed. We will definitely be back to stay at this property

Wonderful stay in AZ!
Had a wonderful time at this home with my family for my brother’s engagement celebration. The pictures do not do it justice, this place is perfect for my family. There were plenty of additions just for the kids like toys, tables and chairs, eatery, fence around the pool, a crib and a playhouse in the backyard. The pool was amazing and a perfect outlet for the family to relax and enjoy the beautiful weather. Will definitely be coming back with the family to stay when the wedding finally arrives.

Exceeded expectations!

Plenty of room for the 12 of us (4 adults & 8 kids). Great place to get away for some relaxation & fun in the sun! We will keep this location in mind for our next trip to AZ with a large group.

A relaxing getaway
The family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The heated pool was a big hit and the outdoor area was nice and relaxing. We traveled with a 6, 4, and 18 month old and the house had plenty of toys and accommodations to make it a great experience. The bedroom on the main level made it a perfect in-law suite. The house made this the most relaxing vacation I’ve had since traveling with kids.

Family perfect
It was clean, comfortable & spacious. There were toys for the kids, a baby gate & kids table upon request. The pool is fenced which was a priority for us when we looked for a home with a pool. Our stay was at the end of July so we were appreciative Dawn had the air turned on when we arrived. We highly recommend this home if looking for a place to enjoy with family.

Exquisite Surroundings and Amenities
Beautifully appointed, remarkably clean from floors to pool, linens and towels, safe/secure neighborhood and spacious, with thoughtful amenities such as toys for toddlers-to-children (plus a Wii) and a restful waterfall on the pool, that can be controlled remotely.
Four-slice toaster, dishwasher, good-size refrigerator, washer/dryer, outdoor and pool toys, excellent A/C (it was 113 degrees outdoors!) secure fence around the pool and a house-lock system that announces when the door opens.
Less than 2-miles from a grocery store, Costco, restaurants, and the Gilbert (Latter-day Saint) Temple.
We highly recommend.
