We loved our stay!! Perfect location and the unit had everything we needed!

Our family of 4 stayed here for a quick Spring Break getaway. First, Brian, the property manager was great! He communicated all the details from checkin to checkout. Extremely friendly and very responsive. The unit is in a gated area. It was quiet and safe. The pools were not open in early April but the seemed to have convenient access. The view was awesome from both balconies. It was well stocked and we had plenty of room for our family to stretch out and not be under each other. The spiral staircase was a favorite of our teenagers. The location was very convenient to all things Emerald Isle. We would definitely go back again.

Part of the luxury of vrbo is a keyless, hassle free entrance. Here, I had to be in text or talk communication with property manager to the point had. To pinpoint our arrival within 30 minutes so he could 'let us in'. I have never had an experience like this before using vrbo. Once there, we were given a physical key and a personal welcome along with extra conversation that although he was friendly, not what i bargained for. Not to mention, if I was alone without my husband I would have found the encounter entirely inappropriate. Finally, inside the unit there were no instructions that we could find how to leave the place until.........a text from the property manager around 7pm the night of our last stay! Here he details where to leave linens etc. I would much prefer written instructions left out in plain sight in unit and no calls. Finally, cleanliness was subpar. I was too generous on my rating. Fridge/freezer not wiped down well. The freezer stank like fish, and the bedspreads look like they hadnt been washed in a long while. The blue one in the master looked filthy. Pets arent allowed but looked like pet hair to me? I feel this owner/property manager need to update and get a combination locking system, give written insteuctions, leave a personal escort out of the visit and certainly dont expect your guests to be beholden to keep in touch within half hour arrival time! Secondly, step up your cleanliness. It looks like hardly anything done between guests. come on!

We had a nice stay in this very clean and well appointed condo with ocean views. The host, Margie, and her local property manager, Brian, were very helpful and responsive with check in/out and any questions. There is a lot of great info in the condo relative to dining and activity in the area. Only “negative” is that the spiral staircase is difficult to navigate with luggage. However, once upstairs, the bedrooms are spacious and the master has lovely views of the ocean. Thank you for the “special” touches as well.

Beautiful property

Loved everything about this property! Brian, the property manager, was terrific, had great communication, and made our stay perfect. The property was on the 2nd and 3rd level of the building, overlooking the pool and the ocean. There were fireworks nearly every night, groceries, restaurants, shopping, putt putt, and go carts all within easy walking distance! Loved our trip and will definitely be coming back!

We love it! Clean, beautiful view to the beach from our room, everything looks just like the picture. Brian was super nice and hopeful. We love our weekend vacation.

We had a great time! This was the cutest place, and it was immaculate!

We stayed at this condo for three nights while visiting our son, who is stationed at Camp Lejeune. We would absolutely stay here again! The condo is so cute and accommodating. The porch right off the family room has a perfect view of the ocean. The upstairs bedrooms and baths were lovely. We were even able to check in early and the rental manager even gave us a welcome bag of coffee, soap and other items we needed at the condo. I would highly recommend! :)

This was our first time visiting Emerald Isle. We were lucky to find such an amazing place. The view was awesome. The owners were so kind and helpful. The food was great and the trip was so relaxing. Monica Blythe

Excellent location with quick access to the beach and close to groceries stores and restaurants, the unit is ample, beautiful decorated and well equipped. Looking forward to book it again.

The condo was perfect for our family of four. Access to the beach and pool were convenient, as was parking. The condo itself was clean and pretty much perfect. By far one of our favorite beach rentals over the years. I expect we’ll be rebooking this same unit for our next Emerald Isle vacation!

This is the second time we have rented this property for our family of 4 to spend a week at Emerald Isle. It is a very close walk to the beach and pool. We rented bikes and rode to nearby coffee shops, restaurants, surf shops, and ice cream. Loved having morning coffee on the balcony watching the waves. The condo was clean and comfortable, although showing a little age. The clothes drier was rusty and the king mattress was sagging on one side.

Loved it! Beautiful and comfortable! Great recommendations. We went to the Aquarium, the water park, several local restaurants, and they fished on the beach. The weather and the accommodations were amazing. Brian was fantastic!

We absolutely loved the condo, furnishings and the amazing view. The condo was spacious with more than enough room for us to have our own space if needed. Both balconies provided a beautiful view of the pool and ocean. Brian and Margie were very responsive and answered our questions quickly while also recommending local restaurants and attractions. Can’t wait to visit again!

Our condo was clean and had everything we needed (i.e., kitchen appliances, washer/dryer, bed clothes). Brian was super helpful and was always available whenever we had questions. The location is fantastic--just a short walk to the beach and it is situated in a quite, family oriented development. Would definitely return.

My husband, son and I were able to extend our Crystal Coast vacation for a few more nights by staying at Seas the Day. What a charming unit and location. The kitchen was well stocked. The location to the pool and the beach was great. The area is quiet yet also convenient to grocery stores, restaurants and a great coffee shop just outside the gate. Property manager Brian was a wealth of information and went above and beyond to help us after the cleaners found my son’s stuffie accidentally left behind. If we find ourselves on the east coast again, we’ll be back!

The unit was clean, all necessities were provided, kitchen was well-outfitted, furniture and decor was attractive and comfortable, the ocean view was fantastic from both balconies, proximity to beach and pool were perfect, proximity to grocery/restaurants/ice cream was convenient (we rode our bikes) and caretaker Brian was very helpful and responded quickly. We would choose stay here again in the future!

We soooo enjoyed this property. The walk to ocean is short and the showers in between beach and pool were ideal. The kids loved the bunk beds and the spiral stairs. We enjoyed the porch and appreciated that the kitchen had all we needed. Location was a big bonus, with grocery stores and restaurants so close!!! This place is must-stay!!

A short summary, the place was perfect, spotless, updated. plenty of room for 2 people. The only negative feedback is they were replacing all the balconies around us so there was hammering that started early in the morning and last all day everyday we were there. But we spent most of our time on the beach so, it was fine. I loved the view from the top floor right off the master bedroom. Everything we needed was in the condo. Everyone that lives in the area were very friendly.

This is beautiful condo that is welcoming and comfortable and is so close to the beach! The location is also wonderful because there are restaurants, coffee shops and a new Publix within walking distance. The two decks offer flexibility for those who love the sun (and sunset) and those who want a little shade. The condo is quiet and the neighbors are friendly. I highly recommend this beautiful spot that has so much to offer! One note : while the house has a lot of amenities, you will need to bring bath soap, detergent and shampoo/conditioner.

We enjoyed our stay. The property was nice, clean, and as advertised. The check in and check out went well.

The 2 balconies are perfect with a direct straight view to the beach. This property is in the middle of everything at Emerald Isle. We like to walk and could walk anywhere when needed to go. My girls loved their room with the bunk beds, their own bathroom and large TV. The master bed slept amazing ( i want to buy a mattress like this one) it was a perfect room for peace and quiet.

We had an amazing time. We rode out hurricane Isaias at the beginning of the week and never felt uncomfortable. The property is beautiful with a very short walk to the beach.

Although our trip was rained out, we thoroughly enjoyed this property and absolutely love the location.

Such wonderful people. If you have never been to Emerald Aisle this is a must see community and would recommend you stay at Seas the Day. I have been on beaches all over the US and this is definititely my favorite.

We had a three night stay at this property and we were very pleased with both the location of the gated community on the island as well as the location of the unit itself. We were amazed that we could hear the ocean waves while sitting on either of the two decks. While it would’ve been nice to be even closer to the ocean we did have an unobstructed view which was great! We did not make use of the kitchen, but it did have just about anything you would need to prepare a meal. Others have noted the circular staircase to the second floor, which was unusual at first but we quickly got used to it. Overall this was a great property and definitely worth a second visit!

We loved EI beach and this place gave us great access to the beach as well as pools and courts as a bonus.

We enjoyed the stay at Seas the Day and plan to return next year!
