This was our family annual outing to Myrtle Beach. We have slowly migrated to North Myrtle and loved the location. The area is laid back but has everything you need and it is only 6 miles north of where we stayed before. So everything is still convenient. Property management was very helpful during our stay. We have a 7 & 8 year old grandchildren and the beach was fantastic for them. Our adult son and daughter's family had enough activities for them as they enjoyed parasailing right there at our beach and there is an Irish pub they enjoyed at the end of the block. Thumbs up.

My family and I absolutely loved our stay! The unit was so nice and we had everything we needed. Halla was very friendly and helpful! I wish we could have stayed longer, we would love to book again!

With access to pools and hot tub plus direct access to the beach, this was the perfect home-base for our trip.

Host was very hospitable and answered any and all questions immediately, property was exactly as described!

Needs to be updated with all minor issues. Outdated fixtures allowing for breakage and appearance to be outdated.

The condo was comfortable and in a great location but could use some updating and a deep clean.

I was particularly impressed with the quality and equality and condition of the beds and the appliances. Some actual leather furniture as well.

Our entire stay and experience was great while there. The condo had plenty of room for our group of 10. The location and view were great. We had timely responses from the owner when we had questions about the property during our stay. Our issues began 3 days after we got home. We received notice from the owner that we had left the property damaged in multiple areas. We have rented other properties and are always careful and respectful and always leave the property in the same manner we found it. Upon multiple requests to provide photo evidence of these claims I only received a repeat of the supposed damage and that my security deposit would be withheld and a claim filed with the mandatory additional insurance you must take out when booking this rental. I was told VRBO and/or the insurance company would provide photo evidence. I have not received anything to substantiate these claims. I did find it interesting that a previous renter noted a similar experience of falsely claimed damage and a withheld security deposit. It's a shame because we had a very good experience up to this point. As nice as the location and everything was I would not stay here again given this experience.

We had a wonderful time, the views are amazing from the balcony. Plenty of room for our big group.

We had a great stay there we’re supposed to be 10 of us but due to unforeseen circumstances, we wound up being only 7. But the condo would have had plenty of room for us all. I would rent this condo again if we come back to North Myrtle Beach, SC.

Family vacation was great . Condo was large enough to accommodate 11 of us. Everything we needed including beach toys, chairs and beach mat. The balcony was awesome giving us great views of the beach and ocean. Close to ice cream shop, beach store, restaurant and convenience store.

I was falsely claimed of property damage of an “AC motor” when we didn’t even touch the thermostat because it was nicely cool, this person will try to rob you and I can’t get in contact with this person in no way, STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE

This property had plenty of room for the 11 of us. Beautiful view from balcony and more than plenty of starter items! We highly recommend this place!

We just spent a week at this property and couldn’t be happier. The property had everything our family of 9 needed for us to enjoy our week. And when we had any questions for the property owner, she responded very quickly and took care of whatever we needed. I would recommend this property without hesitation - and will likely rent it again in the future.

This is a very nice property in North Myrtle Beach at the Crescent Beach section of Ocean Drive. The property is very clean and the appliances are very nice, especially the washer and dryer. We really have no complaints about the property. The best part is the owner, Halla. She is very nice and very responsive to your calls and texts. She answered every question we had and even texted during the middle of our stay to make sure we were having a nice time. If you're looking for a nice place in a great section of the beach, this is the place for you. I would be glad to stay here again anytime in the future.

The communication between owner and myself was superb. Very prompt in responding and made accommodations for an odd request. The owner was fantastic to work with.

Great place for a family short getaway or a vacation. Very clean, Very comfortable for our family of 10 this trip. The views from the rooms and balcony were very nice! Have nothing bad to say about this condo....everything was as stated in description, owner very responsive. Thank you for the excellent accommodations and we will definitely look to stay here on all future trips!

Our stay was enjoyed by the youngest kids with convenience of the pool and beach. The older generation relaxed on the balcony. There were terrific night time walks on the beach and early mornings on the boogey boards. There was ample room for a party of eleven. Parking and the availability of elevators had to be endured, but didn’t compromise the overall stay.

The property was everything we could have hoped for in a home away from home. Everything we wanted to visit was fairly convenient. The condo was clean and well provided.

The building itself had some issues as the time we were there the elevators in the parking deck were out of service and I had my 70+ parents with me. There was never any parking at the building so we had to use parking deck across the street. The facilities that we hoped to use such as the indoor pool and hot tub were closed since the people who were updating the outside of the building had their materials in there. I wished I would have known prior to trip and I would have made arrangements elsewhere. The only option that was open was the outdoor pool. Too cold for outdoor pool. The condo itself was nice. The location on the floor had its disadvantages. When people used the trash shoot right outside the main door at 12:30 at night the front bedroom seemed to echo the banging of the trash all the way down to the bottom it seemed. You are able to hear the occupants upstairs above slide chairs across the floor non stop and the walking of heavy feet. Guess the concrete is not so sound resistant. We were not able to use three out of the five TVs. They would not connect to the cable. We actually had to contact the manager to try and figure out how to work the tv and remotes for the living room tv. Maybe some written instructions would be good for future people. Not everyone has the same set up at home. The view is amazing from the side windows when you are eating breakfast lunch or dinner. It was nice overall but due to the craziness of the parking and such I will be looking elsewhere than crescent shores for future visits to the area.

We had a great time here in NMB. The condo was perfect. Everything was clean and neat. Plenty of room for everyone. Slept good in the nice beds and bedding. We will definitely plan a return trip. Thank you for making our dreams into memories.

Nice experience overall for a last minute family vacation.

We waited way to late to go on summer vaccation but late is better than never. When we arrived at the condo traffic and parking were an issue. At check in time you expect some delays but our family has been going to MB for 10 years and I've never experienced anything like the issues of parking at this location. There were two officers assisting folks but would not let you you park without a parking pass. Parking Pass was locked in room. After waiting for 45min. on an elevator, a hike up 13 flights of stairs to get parking pass was the only way to get to it. 16 Floors and only one working elevator was quiet stressfurl. After getting parking passes there was another 30 min wait to get a cart, unload and wait,,,,wait.... wait on one working elevator while everyone was trying to move in. After 2 hours we were moved into condo. I think that is a little more of a wait then there should have been. Elevators were an issue all week. After being there 24 hours the refrigerator would not cool, owners did replace it on Sun. afternoon. All meat, ice cream and milk was warm and had to be thrown out. The owners were nice when issues with refrigerator began. Due to continued elevator and not enough parking for all condos we would more than likly not stay here in the future. Condo was furnished well and was a good size for 6 people but having an elederly person and all of the elevator and parking issues would cause us to look somewhere else in the future to accomadate our needs.
