A good overall experience difficult making app work for checking in and leaving. While unit was clean the bathroom needs work leaking shower has caused mold problem and toilet can not be cleaned

We enjoyed our stay during spring break. The elevator was down upon arrival but was quickly back up and running within 24 hrs. The outdoor pool is heated! Lance was quick to respond with all my questions. Would definitely stay again.

Great condo in an excellent location! Loved the extra sleeping arrangements with the bunk beds. Nice balcony with outdoor furniture. Had everything in the kitchen that you would need. Will definitely stay there again!

We had a good stay and made great memories. Location was great and we really appreciated the owners allowing us to bring pets. We recognize this is not the owner’s responsibility and the nature of a condo, but we were frequently greeted by the smell of marijuana and cigarette smoking when we wanted to enjoy the beautiful view this condo offers- just want other renters to be aware. There were even people smoking in the indoor pool area while swimming making it unusable at those times with children (or myself being pregnant). It was generally clean, but some of the pillows and blankets were not useable. Kitchen is very bare for cooking so just keep that in mind if you plan to eat in. The beach is very easy to access from condo and it was beautiful.

We enjoyed our stay and loved being able to bring our pups with us. They were quick to respond to emails and questions!

We had a wonderful little getaway. Perfect size for our family and pet. Close to the good restaurants and the beach is just a step away.

Our condo was updated. The property alone was very unclean. We had to wash our sheets upon arrival. They were covered in hair. Very nasty. Only one trash bag in the condo. No toilet paper to refill. Location to the beach was great but not what we was expecting

Our stay was 5 Days. Condo has been recently renovated. Communications with the owners was great! We utilized the beach service. Highly recommend staying here if you have a small dog and want to stay somewhere that is in very nice. Great small restaurant a few hundred yards down the road with indoor and outdoor seating and a good ice cream shop as well! Lots of things to do in the area. We have been visiting the area for the last 6 years.

It was ok

This property is right on the beach with a beach front view and a boardwalk over the dunes to the white sands and clear Gulf waters. Plus they accept pets! This was the perfect getaway for a couple and is family friendly since it has 2 bunk beds in addition to the king size bed. The condo is furnished with everything you need to cook and it has a washer and dryer. You seriously can’t ask for or find a better place!

I fell inlove. It was so spacious and comfy. The view was beautiful. I will be looking to stay here again when we return! Thank you so much 😊

We had a lovely time! The ocean view was amazing. The sand and waves were plentiful. Our two boys didn’t want to leave! Would love to return again!

The condo was clean, quiet, and as described! Starting the morning with a cup of coffee listening to waves on the balcony was the best. There is easy access to the beach, no issues with parking, and the location is near a convenience shop & restaurant. The owners were easy to get in touch with, helpful, and made checking into the unit very easy. Highly recommend!

We stayed at the Caribbean complex last year. They’ve made a lot of improvements, that were needed. This unit is well kept & clean. Just really cramped for the money paid. There are few options in Gulf Shores if you have a dog.

Loved this condo! Perfect for my daughter and I and the fur babies! Clean, great location, SUPER easy access with key pad lock for EASY check in!

The building and property needs major improvements. I thought the main elevator was a service elevator. The indoor pool is very small. Lobby and property in general very subpar for a Gulf front property with the prices the owner is charging OFF SEASON. The fitness room is a hodgepodge of leftovers from maybe a garage sale & there is a dining room chair in fitness room that dates 1980s! Blast from the past. $800 for 2 nights was ridiculously overpriced for a one bedroom that was not even on the Gulf. Make sure you read all the add on charges.

The location was good and the unit was clean. The elevator did have issues several ties while we were there which was disappointing.

We come to Orange beach/Gulf Shores at least once a year! Loved it here! Great place for a family to stay comfortably. Beautiful view!!

Lance and his wife are excellent property managers. My husband has Alzheimer’s so I doubt that we wii be back anytime soon, however we enjoyed our stay.

Was a prefect little get away for my hubby, golden retriever and I. It’s so hard to find pet friendly for larger dogs (60 pounds) especially ocean front. The unit was clean, comfy and provided everything we needed..

My wife and I were so pleased with this little gem at the beach. Cozy complex without the crowded feeling of the larger places. Very accommodating location for vacationers with a small pup that they couldn't leave at home. Neighbors were great, views were excellent, and the seafood nearby was wonderful. We will be back.

Great property in great location. Kinda right in the middle of everything. No issues with the rental, everything you should need was provided(except grill utensils if you wanna use that while there). The view from the deck was amazing

We loved the condo. The view from the balcony was breathtaking. Waking up to the beach waves was so nice. Both pools were great. They weren’t overcrowded, twice we swam by ourselves. We had an amazing vacation that included our dog and will return to this condo next time we go to gulf shores.

Perfect location great little condo

This property was the perfect location! Getting into the property was easy- parking at the property is very limited! Most nights we had to park across the street but it wasn’t too much of a hassle. There was a funky smell when we walked in… kind of like cats or cat litter.. maybe? We ended up getting air fresheners and it was fine after that. They had plenty of beach things to use- some were broken or rusted but what we couldn’t use, we either had with us or didn’t need. Overall it was a great trip and this would be the perfect location for a smaller family! A little small for my family of 6- but it was still what we needed!

Perfect condo for couples or family with small kids. Right on the beach with a beautiful view. Clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. Love that it’s a low density complex. Definitely recommend!
