Th location is perfect and so is this house. It’s everything we could’ve dreamed of and more. The backyard is a 10 out of 10. Would love to come back someday.

For outdoor enthusiasts, this house is ideal. Located near the Salt Pond Visitor Center, Cape Cod Rail Trail and Coast Guard Beach, biking and walking are so easy and convenient. The house has everything needed: large, new back deck, outdoor shower, fire pit, large back yard surrounded by trees. So peaceful and quiet. Inside, it is a quaint but spacious beach house that is thoughtfully equipped with everything needed and tastefully decorated, and with AC for hot days. The owner, Betsy was always available for questions and a pleasure to deal with. Highly recommend for any group!

We have stayed in many places in the Cape over the last few years and I can hands down say that this was the best. The property is spacious and the grounds impeccably maintained and the new fire pit a great touch. The deck is the perfect place to enjoy morning coffee or sunset dinner. The decor is modern and inviting and our experience with the owners was wonderful -they were both friendly and professional and really take pride in the property. Just lovely.

We stayed at Betsy's house for New Year 2021. The 3-bedroom house was great for our family of 3 and 2 grandparents. The kitchen is well equipped with quality utensils. Coast Guard Beach is a 20-minute walk away on the bike path.

“Sea La Vie” is a charming, well-appointed, conveniently located home. Thoughtfully remodeled, it is cozy, yet has an open, airy feel. My husband and I stayed here in September with our adult son and our daughter and her partner. We relaxed together in the main living area, had meals in the kitchen and on the deck, and played games in the yard. The small, pleasant, front porch was a comfortable space for conversation and reading and, often, one of us would be out lazing in the hammock. We also did some exercise and Zoom yoga classes on the deck. We biked the rail trail and to the beaches, visited Fort Hill, and had easy trips to Wellfleet and Provincetown. Betsy was responsive, informative, and a pleasure to work with. From the attention she and Phil give to details, it is clear this property is a labor of love. We appreciate their efforts and are grateful for the time our family had here.

Everything has been thought of for the ease and comfort of renters. This house makes for the perfect getaway. Close to the beaches and the bike path. Supplied with everything you could need including bikes and beach toys and tastefully decorated. You can't go wrong!
