We enjoyed our stay at this unit within the gated Kawama community. Everything was clean and matched the online description. They provided everything we needed for the stay like plenty of bath and beach towels, bath soaps, paper products, 2 bicycles, and pool noodles. The beds and furnishings we’re comfortable and clean. The community pools are smaller, but the sea water filled lagoon is amazing. The Kawama community is centrally located so it was a short ride to John Pennekamp. The Everglades are about an hour away and the lower keys were accessible for day trips. My only criticism is the cookware. Like most rentals, the pans were of the scratched Teflon coated variety. It’s rare to find ceramic pans in a rental unit, but if you cook a lot you may want to pack one or get one at Beall’s while you’re here. We would absolutely rent here again.

Always enjoy Kawama. This property was modern and close to the lagoon owner was very responsive to one small issue we had. Dishwasher did not work. He replaced it the next day

Overall a great stay. Some maintenance is needed throughout, however it's a nice place for the price. Recommend taking a walk out past the marina to enjoy the sunset.

We had a wonderful time close to the beaches, lagoon, pools, and more. Each level offered privacy. We loved the balcony views in the master bedrooms And main living room.

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful property that was perfect for two couples. We enjoyed the sunsets and the great location as well.

We enjoyed the stay very much. The house was in a safe quiet neighborhood. Plenty of utensils and toiletry items were provided. Beach and Pier were a quick 5 minute walk from the townhome, which is a great place to relax. The only minuses were the small compact bathrooms with extremely small windows. However the bedrooms had no windows at all.

Absolutely loved the condo! Very clean and perfect location, the hosts were super responsive and the check-in and check-out process was very easy. As a STR owner myself it is great when you find a property that is exactly as the pictures show. We would absolutely recommend and come back again! :-)

The layout of the condo was perfect for our all adult family of 7. Plenty of space to move around and sit comfortably. Nice and quiet area to walk and enjoy the water views.

My family and I spent 4 nights at Kawama VRBO and enjoyed it immensely. The place was spotless and plenty of space for everyone. Close to Publix, gas station, restaurants and the water.

Location was great. Close to a lot of excursions. The apartment was nice and roomy. Modern looking and clean. Even had bikes and fishing pole to use.

The condo was clean and comfortable with little extras that really helped our stay.

We stayed here for the 4th of July with friends and it was a great place for the weekend and an amazing location. No complaints other than minimal communication with the property manager.

We were in Key Largo for a friends wedding and this house was perfect! There were 5 of us and there was plenty of rooms and having 3 full bathrooms was really great! The house is in a great location and we had a fantastic time!!

It was a very nice clean and comfortable stay. There was some minor repairs that were needed but overall we would definitely come back. Bathrooms are a little small but nothing that we couldn't work around. One important thing to note is the 2 bedrooms upstairs share 1 bathroom with the 3rd bathroom being off of the kitchen. Definitely like the proximity to the ocean and the local bars and restaurants and activities.

This condo was perfect for our needs while in the Keys. Great location and amenities. Condo is spacious and clean.

We spent 4 nights. Everything worked as it should, other than the internet, which had a mind of its own! Lots of reviews said nowhere to hang towels in bathrooms, so we took door hangers with us, and left them there for you. You're welcome! 🥰

The property was exactly what we expected! We came down for a wedding in Islamorada and It was the perfect location to stay. The staff and host were very friendly, I would recommend to anyone!

The condo itself and the community are amazing. Having a lagoon and pool nearby was wonderful. Very clean and comfortable, the only gripe we had was the unit seemed pretty empty of smaller things like hand soap. The wifi didn't really work either but we were out and about most of the trip so that didn't bother us. All in all, a great place to stay.

Quiet property with lots of amenities (pools, lagoon, tennis courts, fishing ). Very relaxing. Owners very responsive….. I broke the glass urn to the coffee maker and they dropped off a new one that evening!

Great property! The kids loved the lagoon and the fish. The pools were nice and the marina was within walking distance. We had some issues with Wifi that the host worked to resolve and even had a tech come out while we were there. However, the Wifi remained spotty during our stay. It wasn't a big issue for us. Overall we really enjoyed our stay :)
