We greatly enjoyed our stay at Kathy and Buzz's beautiful, well appointed home in Kennebunkport. It was conveniently located on a quiet street not far from Dock Square and was highly comfortable for our party of 6. We would gladly stay there again on a return visit to Southern Maine. Simply stated: a quintessential Maine getaway. From the moment we drove up, the home had an inviting New England cottage feel. This home far exceeds expectations, from the location ( short walk into town), to the condition ( excellent), to the hosts (welcoming ). We can’t wait to come back.

We had a great week in Kennebunkport! The house was a perfect layout for our group of 6, had a well-stocked kitchen, and was very clean. The owners live right next door and were so good with communication. Whatever the question or need, they were quick to respond. My one comment is that the house is not an easy 10 minute walk to Dock Square. It is walkable, but took our group (ranging from kids to a grandparent) closer to 20 min. We ended up driving (or having one of us drop off/pick up) more often than not. But, we loved the quiet location, and the nearby playground was a bonus. We would definitely stay there again if we return to the area! Thank you Kathy and Buzzy for being such generous homeowners and making us feel so welcome.

Kathy and Buzzy are wonderful hosts- they were incredibly warm, welcoming, and attentive. My family felt instantly at home. The location is on a tree-lined, private and fantastically QUIET private road, yet still within walking distance to the heart of Kennebunkport. The cozy and immaculate home was more than big enough for our party of six, with a great layout for family to gather- and beautifully appointed with plenty of local flavor. We've been visiting the Maine coast every summer for over a decade, and this was our favorite stay yet. Thank you, Kathy and Buzzy! We'll be back for sure.

Stayed the week with family and this house was just right for us. The space was a nice open floor plan, with all the comforts of home! I've been to Kennebunkport before and this location was perfect for getting to all the activities we like to do! Thanks Kathy!!!

Our three generation family had a wonderful week in this fabulous home. It’s beautifully decorated, stocked and furnished with absolutely everything we needed to be very comfortable! The owners are lovely and welcoming. We’ve rented a lot of vacation homes over the years and this one was right at the top of the list!

Perfect house near Town square

Our first time booking on VRBO turned out so perfect! The home is a short walk to town, and a short drive to a most beautiful beach! Our host greeted us upon arrival, had lots of local info, and left a special treat for us - so sweet! The home was clean, with all up-to-date decor, every item thoughtfully taken care of. Bright, spacious open floor plan, perfect for our group. The area is beautiful, quiet, and safe. Loved having coffee in the morning on the front porch with the sound of birds chirping. This is definitely my home away from home - we love this host and home!!

We had an incredible time staying at this charming home! Kathy was so welcoming and attentive. The house had everything we could possibly need. The attention to detail was amazing. It is Immaculate, well-appointed, spacious enough for my husband and I, and another couple...with room to spare! Did I mention that it's beautifully decorated? It is conveniently located near Dock Square, shops, beaches and restaurants, yet tucked away on a tree lined street. We will definitely return! Thank you so much, Kathy!

Kathy and Buzz were so lovely to rent with. The house is charming and spacious with every possibly necessity. We loved being a couple minutes outside of town but so close to everything! We can’t wait to return next year!

We had a wonderful week in a wonderful house. It is well appointed, very clean and tidy and has a perfect layout for our needs. The bedrooms are perfect and 2 rooms offer desk for those working “from home” ;). The proximity to town is fabulous and allows for a nice walk to and from for coffee, ice cream, or just a lovely shop. We are already looking forward to the next time we can head back. We had a wonderful time in this lovely house in Kennebunkport.. The house was immaculately clean, which was greatly reassuring during the pandemic. Kathy and Buzzy are very nice people, were great hosts, and were very responsive and helpful both before we arrived and during our stay. We enjoyed sitting on the porch, surrounded by large, lush trees on this quiet, relaxing street. The house, while not huge, felt spacious to our family of three. There are ample, comfortable beds. The house is well stocked with towels, beach chairs, linens and cookware. It is well situated near the heart of town, close to a grocery, and close to several beautiful beaches. We had such a good time and felt so comfortable in the house that we eagerly await returning.

We had a great time at Kathy’s! The house was very near and clean, well-supplied, and cheery. It is a nice quiet neighborhood and worked really well with two small children. Kathy was exceptionally responsive to any questions and went way beyond to help and make us comfortable. Wish we could’ve stayed longer!

We were in town for a weekend weeding and absolutely loved this house. The location was far enough from town to have a peaceful family down time between the events and close enough for us to walk to town if we chose to. The house had everything we needed and was clean and well kept. We would definitely stay here again if we come back which we very well might!

I would highly recommend a stay at Kathy’s for anyone who is looking to escape to a very peaceful location, but be close enough / walking distance to Town so as to avoid parking challenges of downtown. My family of four was very comfortable in this cozy but spacious house. It had everything we needed. It is a very convenient location close to town but also on a quiet little street with lots of surrounding tall trees.
