What a great house for a family with children. Thank you!

Nice location for a quiet beach vacation. Pool was a plus, small but nice. Only challenges were required steps that were narrow and louvered doors throughout did not provide a lot of privacy. However, the property was comfortable and clean.

I feel there should have been extra TP and paper towels plus the porch light was out never fixed fire alarm needed a battery never replaced.

My wife and four kids enjoyed our visit to Crescent Beach. 21 Jimmy Mark Place was very nice and had excellent access to the beach. Good times and great memories.

Great location, but the house and the VRBO posting need some updating. For those who do not want to read the details, I will summarize by stating that I will not be a return guest to this property or VacationRentalPros. Trust me you can find a better home and better service for the price (other reviews are old). Issues include:1) Accuracy of Rental Posting- The home is not a 4 bedroom, it is a 3 bedroom with the4th room being a bed placed in a foyer. I requested a change in property of which VRPros never addressed. 2) Access to Home- If the supposed "4th" bedroom is not bad enough, the house was recently changed so that there are no keys, only a keypad entry which they placed on the downstairs door, which coincidentally has you enter the "4th" bedroom. Basically don't plan on using the downstairs room, as it is the only secured access/entry point to the house. I requested a change or location and/or keys to the home, of which I was never addressed by the owner/VRPros. 3). Condition of the Home: The Deck and outside furniture are in complete disrepair and not safe, e.g. very loose and buckled boards, broken safety gate to stairs off deck, rusted/broken furniture (had to move 5 pieces to the garage), some type of rodent living in a hole chewed into the side of the house ,etc . It was embarrassing to have guests visit as the table and deck were in such bad condition. One of the Patio doors would not shut, seal or lock (instead they used a stopper to prevent entry). This is fine for security, but there was a very visible opening to the outside that was more than welcoming for roaches during our stay. These items were reported to VR Pros and/or owner and I received no response. 4)Pool Issues: The pool pump quit working on our 3rd day of vacation. After calling maintenance, I received instructions 12 hours later regarding how I could fix the pool myself (awesome service!!!!). When that did not work, the owner sent a handyman the next day who got the pool working, but the pool had filled with algae. The next day an actual service showed up to shock and kill the bacteria/algae that had grown in the pool. Either way, we had no use of the pool for 3 of the 6 days we rented. 5) Layout: I will just note that this home offers little privacy. The doors are shutter-like and provide little-to-no noise barrier. Not a place that I would suggest for multiple couples and or children. Overall I was very disappointed with this rental and the service.

We loved the house! It was very private and felt like home. The space inside was clean and had open areas for family time as well as private places to relax.

Perfect vacation, stayed during the week of October 21st. Seemed we had the beach to ourselves, weather was perfect, just could not have been any better.

The house was close to the beach. The beach was wide and pristine we had a great time. Loved the fact that we could sit on the deck and watch the ocean. The house was nice and the kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, dishes etc. The house sleeps We enjoyed our stay. Loved having the beach so close that you could see it from the deck. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, glasses, pots, pans etc. The house sleeps 8 but the common areas are tight, table only sits 4. Pet friendly House but the grounds aren't.

The house is a great setup and very comfortable. My only complaint would be kitchen utensils are lacking.

We had an excellent relaxing vacation with views of ocean an intercoastal. Only one item of concern to those o f you not used to stairs there are many. Access to pool from first level only with no flights of stairs. Good eating nearby as well as attrations.

Summer Wind is a beautiful upgraded home with everything you will need for a great vacation. The owner has put a lot of time and money into this place. Very very nice place!! We use Vacation Rental Pros every year and they are yet to disappoint!!

We found the home to be nice and cozy for our family of 8, surprised that the steps inside the home we're very steep and difficult for a semi-handicapped elderly person but overall a nice home with very convenient access to the great beach. Overall an "A" and would recommend.

The best thing about Summer Wind is the location, one house from the beach with private walkway and no street to cross. Cresent beach is beautiful. It was a family trip for us meeting out daughters and families. We were 8 total, my husband and myself, daughter, husband and 11 year old twins, other daughter, significant other and one small dog. We were all very comfortable at the house. Great porches for coffee in the a.m., everyone enjoyed the pool and the beach. Very nice appliances and grill. In quiet residential area, with 2 very nice nature parks close by. Owner called personally since another guest had complained about pool lights not working, he sent handy man over to check things out and seemed very concerned we had everything we needed.

great place. loved the beach. house needs a few updates.neighbors were great. we went for bike week and did not want to disturb anyone. lots of room

Very clean and well maintained. Steps were a litte steep and narrow but other than that everything was great.

Summer Wind was a good fit for three couples. We enjoyed the fact that it had three bathrooms. It was very clean and comfortable. The only downfall was the kitchen table had only four chairs. When we mentioned it to the owner, he immediately had two card tables and six chairs delivered to us. Since we enjoy playing games, this was very helpful. We appreciated him attending to the matter. While it was not a "deal breaker" it did make our stay more comfortable and enjoyable. We would recommend this house to anyone!

We picked this house because it was pet friendly & the amazing pool! The huge flat screen tv's were amazing too! We will definitely be back! Entire house is amazing & the pool just makes you feel like total VIP! Loved it! Trish & Collin Georgia
