Boxes for key didn’t work, i couldn’t use it with provided code

It was very close the city center and tram, buses. The price is very good. The staff is very kind, nice and helpful. It was clean, and well equipped.

It was very loud. I cant offer for family with children. A lot of and very loud neighbours, who were very loud. You can hear everything, for example sex in the neighbour's room from the lichthof (air-channel). It was very disturb. We write notice for the other quests in Spain, but nobody accept it. All night is very loud.

- The apartment has a weird layout, the kitchen and the living room are on the opposite poles of the apartment with a long corridor in the middle - in the kitchen there was no hot water to clean the dishes - in the bathroom there was a leakage, the room smelled mouldy - in two weeks the common stairs have never been cleaned, the space was quite dirty - no hygiene in handling blankets and towels

Location was excellent. Instructions for getting keys was top notch. Beds were great. It was clean.

I liked the space and facilities at the apartment ,rooms were compact but comfortable and clean. kitchen was equipped with cooking facilities including fridge freezer cooker kettle coffee maker etc. TV was good too. Great shower and towels supplied. (more toilet roll though would be good) lady in charge provided clean instructions on key code for apartmentand door clock code and was helpful on phone (no reception at apartment) Location is great , 5 mins walk to Port.

Wifi is slow and was difficult to connect to network, No English channels on TV

The parking and we didn’t have a washing machine.

First they did not send me the right code for the locker and then the key got stuck in the lock and it took a lot of time to get resolve it. So instead of enjoying Santa Cruz we were dealing with the keys, but the rest was fine.

Well located (5min walking from center), big apartment, easy communication with the host and self-checkin.

Very bad acoustic and noisy neighbours (including overnight). Wifi doest work in part of the apartment. Walls are dirty. No place to leave luggage after check-out.
