Good location. 5 minutes walk to the tram. 20 minutes pleasant walk to town centre. Free laundry service was good.

The beds were not very comfortable. There are no safes in the rooms so we had to carry our valuables and passports with us.

Apartment was very big and comfortable, kitchen was capable for cooking a few nice meals. Views from the room were incredible! Not only that but the rooftop garden area was a superb bonus. Highly recommend checking it out.

It's a big uphill walk to get to the place so consider taking trams or finding a place closer to the city centre if that's too big an issue

Nice loft located in the city center of Santa cruz. The appartment is well furnished and big. Very clean and bed are comfortable.

Nothing to complain

It's a nice and bright place with a great terrace and all the amenities you might need for a comfortable stay. Location is also quite convenient as the team stop is just steps away

We wanted to leave our bags for the day of the check in as we planned to go hiking, but unfortunately we're not able to do so which to us was quite unreasonable. The house has the lockers for the keys so I'm sure it could have been arranged somehow. Given there are no lockers at the bus station or anywhere else in the city, it was a real problem and it screwed up all our plans - we had to cancel the hike completely and pretty much lost the whole day of our trip which for any traveller is a huge thing. That one hike was supposed to be the highlight of our trip but it didn't happen. We were really upset about it. It was the first time ever I was denied an opportunity to leave my luggage. Other than that I would recommend the place, just be aware you won't be able to leave your stuff if needed

I just have to denounce this structure. The management and the behavior they have had towards me I hope it does not happen to others. I stayed a month ago in this structure and on my arrival in the apartment I found cockroaches and ants. they created discomfort for 3 days, the first night I slept with cockroaches in the house! the second night they gave me a lower standard replacement room. on the third night I was guaranteed to have cleaned the apartment, but it still had dead cockroaches inside. I requested a refund, agreed and never happened. they also took 197 euros from my card without authorization which still have to be refunded. a nightmare . they don't answer my calls and messages. maybe they will answer the police.

No drinking water. No view from the windows but there was a roof seating area.

The rooftop was amazing and we ended up doing our own party at this place. The apartment was super tidy and comfortable. It was equipped with all the kitchen tools we needed for cooking

The location is hard to park your car. We would have been nice to have olive oil or salt for cooking

bad noise isolation: you hear the neighbours walk, talk, play music. The location is a little too far from the city Center

Really nice and comfy flat, very clean, new, quiet, well equipted, nice views and a great roof terrace (shame that the weather wasn't the best) otherwise we would have really enjoyed the space. Intructions were really clear and easy. A pleseant 20' walk down to town or otherwise just 4 minutes walk from the tram so even if you don't want to walk or drive, its very easy to get around.

I liked the concept, the studio appartment was great for longer stay, kitchen was well equipped. The option to use washing machine and dryer. Everything worked well. The staff was kind and helpful. Location is great for staying in Santa Cruz and going from trips around the island. Tramway is near and it goes frequently and on time to Intercambiador bus stations. City centre (Plaza d’Espagna) and many shops in walkable distance. Terrace for sunbathing or evening wine is great.

The walls and floors - so noisy, you hear flushing of toilet, walking if people above you sounds like bomb attack. Cleaner didn’t come the 8th day or anytime after. Wifi was passable, but it kept disconnecting every few minutes for laptop

Clean, cozy and perfectly sized studio. The bed was confortable. There are plenty of power outlets to recharge your stuff. Regarding the kitchen, there was everything you'd need to make yourself breakfast or a light dinner.

Plenty of hot water for the first person taking a shower, not enough for the second. As a couple, we were not too bothered by this, but a family with a kid would struggle a bit I'd say. No view, at least not from our studio.

Terrace was nice

Room was very small and not at all like the pictures. One of us had to sleep on a sofa bed which we didn’t expect and there wasn’t any bedding left out.

roof terrace is great. kitchen is adequate.

beds are VERY poor. too short, lightweight. two separate beds that do not stay together. very cheap 'hostel style' plastic bedsheets that move all over the place. A disgrace.

very cosy apartment, all that you need included, I fully recommend for famillies

Easy to remote work and roof top has PowerPoints and some wifi coverage.

Lorena was super helpful. The accommodation is very clean and rooftop is superb!
