This house was probably one of the best we've stayed in Mission Beach. Communication with Owner was AMAZING and very much appreciated. House was clean, perfectly located and plenty of space for everyone. We will be back!

This is our second time staying here and we absolutely love it! It is so spacious, clean and a quick walk to the beach. The inside is beautiful, each bedroom is comfortable and both patio spaces are so relaxing. Last but not least, communication with management is fantastic.

We had a wonderful time in this property. So many amenities available and it was perfect for a family. We had all age groups. The roof fireplace was my favorite part

This place was truly incredible. One house away from the ocean, on a great strip between Mission Beach and Pacific Beach. The house itself is a quintessential San Diego beach house, open airy, etc. It also had a great roof deck with great views and a fire pit! There were some small critiques, the AC in the bedroom across from the master did not work so my two guests in that room definitely were sweating while trying to get some sleep. There were also A LOT of rules... I understand you have to cover your bases but it seemed excessive. These things, though, did not take away from our experience and we had a great time. Cindy was great and responsive to all of my questions/needs, and clearly does a great job of running this property. I would absolutely stay here again!

The house was perfect, great location, awesome amenities in the home. The beach was just steps away and activities, resturants, shopping walking distance all around. We thoroughly enjoyed the home and hope to return !

This home has Everything you could need . Close to beach great views . Everyone 10-64 had the best time . Couldn’t have gotten any better except to stay longer . We will be back .

Perfect home for a large gathering of family or friends. Appreciated having 4 bathrooms and plenty of beds. Very well stocked kitchen too.

The house was better than pictured. It was well appointed and had everything we needed. It does have a number of steps. Beds were comfortable. Balconies off of most bedrooms. We has a great time.

Had wife and 2 grown sons with their wife/fiancé for a week. Very nice with plenty of room for the 6 of us.

Our friends and family loved the location of this vacation home. Perfectly situated in a part of Mission Beach with plenty of restaurants and bars within walking distance and close enough to other attractions around San Diego. We found ourselves going from hanging out in the kitchen, up to the roof deck, and down to the beach. It was a great home base for our trip.

Everything was perfect

Just a couple suggestions, have some paper and pens available and some more hooks for towels. Other than that it was an amazing property and scenery. Kitchen table was a bit wobbly also. We loved our stay. Thanks

Great property but don't expect to get anything into the garage but a car. Our Jeep Grand Cherokee was too tall by an inch. The garage ended up working well as a staging and secure beach stuff storage area though, and there was parking on the close by yacht club parking pier.

The location is exceptional, its quiet, less crowded, the beach is enjoyable bec of the privacy and accessibility of the location. The house is clean and inviting. Thank you for having the spices and the toiletries. The beds are too soft it doesnt provide support thats why i can only give 4stars.

This property was like our home away from home. The description and pictures were spot on! We had everything we needed for a wonderful vacation in mission beach. We will definitely stay here again!

The property was better than expected and perfect for a group of 8 women because there are 4 full bathrooms and an open concept kitchen! The location near the beach is perfect, and it is walking distance to great restaurants and shops. The rooftop proved to be a great place to gather and relax in the evening. I would absolutely return with a group in the future.

The house was beautiful, so spacious and clean. Communication with property managers/owners was great. We had a great time. Neighbors next to us were amazing. We would absolutely stay here again!

This house is gorgeous! You couldn’t ask for more! The roof top is so nice to enjoy some hot cocoa on. The balconies are amazing. The property manager is on it! I can’t say enough great things about this home!

There were 10 of us celebrating our girlfriend. Check in was smooth and the house worked great for us. Convenient location. Everyone had such a great time. Enjoyed cocktails on the rooftop as the sun set. It was great to use the garage because we would be out of luck otherwise! It was hard to get all the towels done before checkout.

This was a perfect Pandemic Getaway, and 80th Birthday celebration for my mother. The house is beautifully decorated, clean and comfortable. We had 8 people sleeping over and there was room for more. There are a lot of stairs, which is difficult for my mother, but she stayed in the first floor guestroom which has its own in suite bathroom. She also had direct access to the courtyard in front of the house, where she enjoyed sitting during the day. I did manage to get her to the beautiful beach on our last day, which is steps away. It was so easy to walk back to the house to use the restroom or grab a quick snack. Being on somewhat of a busy street corner, we felt very safe, and with the windows open you hear the ocean more than the traffic. The clean, soft sand, and the smell and sounds of the ocean was thoroughly relaxing. Thank you Cindy and Alex for sharing your beautiful home. We hope to be back in the future.

This property was amazing. Great views of the ocean, really clean and well stocked, plenty of beach gear and toys and communication with the owner was perfect. Would definitely stay here again and will be referring this place to our friends!

We had a wonderful week spending time on the beach and all SD has to offer. House was perfectly located and had everything we needed. I would highly recommend.

Easily booked, very kind, professional and personable women we were in contact with. A bit of a lack of response time via e-mail. The 2 times I tried to contact property owner/manager via phone # provided her mailbox was full. I know it is probably standard 4 PM check-in 10 AM check out in this area, but I think the 4 PM check-in is on the late side(as we do pay for a full day, yes?😉) the 10 AM check out a bit on the early side. We have rented quite a few homes/condos where check-in is 3pm and check-out noon. I did have a few conversations with Cindy and she was very understanding and helpful! Hopefully she will work on my rug suggestion 🙏😌! By the way, with ice and ibuprofen and a few extra stops on the way home my back is starting to feel much better!

This property will exceed your expectations! We loved staying at Cindy’s Rental. She was amazing with her prompt responses. We rent this place on a Monday night and check-in the same night. Cindy sent the cleaning crew right away for a clean house for our stay. We live in San Diego and decided to take advantage of this beautiful city with a little beach getaway and this property was just perfect what we were looking for. Can’t wait to go back and create more memories. Thank you again Cindy. We will be back.

We really enjoyed our stay! It was clean, great views and location. Highly recommend this place. The top balcony was the best part! Management was very helpful. Need smaller cars for garage and carport. You should pick this location next time you are in San Diego l!
