We were there Christmas to new year so no doubt paid a premium. Location is quiet and apartment beautiful. However dishwasher broken (long term as had a sign on it), no microwave, one of the pools had lots of plant debris in it and numerous missing tiles (one grate missing in pool so “hole” where water filters in and out - bit dangerous). The round pool could do with a pretty intensive clean especially in the shallow areas where if you rub your foot debris comes up. Count the towels when you check in. We didn’t - only got 14 not the 16 noted so were charged $500 pesos for the “missing” towels. Despite our protestation they weren’t there on check in we were just pointed to the “count” on check in (which we didn’t count! - who does!) Overall a nice place but overpriced.

This place is just gorgeous, it accommodated everyone comfortably, this place is perfectly located, close to 5 Avenue and the beach. We enjoyed all the amenities, the gourmet kitchen, the outdoor terrace and grill and especially the 2 rooftop pools! We cannot wait to come back and stay at this beautiful 2 story penthouse in Zazil-Ha! Only can recommend this place, we were well taken care of!

This is a beautiful apartment in in an area which is quiet but yet close to everything. Our family loves hanging out on the rooftop with the incredible view of the ocean. The interior furnishings were top notch - well equipped kitchen,Ample seating and hang out areas. This is the perfect apartment for a large family. It is very spacious and we felt very comfortable here

We are 2 families with teenagers that travelled together and we could not have been more pleased with the spacious and clean accommodations that awaited us! The décor and furniture is beautiful and the wall murals were very interesting to look at! The family room with open kitchen was huge and allowed the 8 of us to feel comfortable. The view from the roof top is magnificent and it was nice to have the pools there for a relaxing cocktail hour after we got back from the beach. The beach is a 3 minute walk away and we also had a chance to walk into town along the main drag and felt very safe! Jamais left us with a long list of things to do and Restaurants to go to. Everything was well explained and we had a wonderful time in Playa del Carmen. The town people were extremely nice and had a wonderful sense of humor. I can highly recommend this place!
