We had a wonderful weekend at Dock Holiday. Shawn and her husband were wonderful hosts. She responded quickly regarding any questions we had before, during and after our stay. The house and property are a great space for a larger family. It was very clean and well stocked; the ice maker was awesome. In the evening everyone enjoyed playing pool, shuffleboard and games. We rented the pontoon boot for the weekend; it was great to arrive, and it was waiting for us to enjoy. Check in and check out was a breeze. A wonderful weekend was had by our group of 14! We would definitely consider renting this house again.

Incredible place! Beautiful view of the lake from the house and even better from the boat dock! Each adult couple had a separate bedroom and the sleeping arrangement for the kids was perfect The kitchen was well stocked with just about any utensil you would need. There was one kitchen, two refrigerators, and a separate commercial looking ice maker. This was our third trip here and we hope to return!

This home was exactly as listed on the website. We had 16 people in our party so the spaciousness of the house was really helpful. Being on the lake provided entertainment for all and the dock was very nice.

Beautiful home and property on the lake. Lots of room inside for all 18 of us. Young adults had a great time in the recreation room. Property was large and great for outdoor fun! Everyone spent time on the dock or in the water. Will definitely look to return next year. Thanks Shawn.

It was if this house was built just for our family. There’s so much space inside and outside. The big yard overlooking the lake is perfect for playing ball, Frisbee and chasing fireflies. The owner is super nice and responds quickly to inquiries. The sunsets are amazing. We enjoyed making memories here.

Great house! Plenty of comfortable beds, loved the entertainment options for rainy days or fun nights. The dock is in great shape, outdoor space was nice. Very easy to get to. Would stay again!

This bnb is more than expected. The house is very spacious I like that the bedrooms are 3 on one side and 3 on the other side so we put the younger generation one side the older on the other. Worked out great. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything need to prepare meals. Don't over pack as I did, it is all there. Great location on the lake were we could swim, fish and rent a boat. Well stocked with games and puzzles , Great host, quick to answer questions, very nice lady and co-operative. All in all we were very impressed. Have stayed at other bnb's with much less. Everyone had a excellent time. Definitely would stay there again. Don't forget to check out the sunset!

Our family of 14 (6 couples with a couple of toddlers and babies) thoroughly enjoyed our weekend retreat at Dock Holiday! It is the first property in 5 years that we all want to visit a second time. The large yard is wonderful for "big" and little guys and pets too. We had a fun game of Ultimate and many games of U-Ball. We had one rainy day, and the two living areas worked out great. The dead end road is perfect for long walks as well. Very little traffic. We also highly recommend The Farm at Sadler's Creek: Great food with very large portions. We loved our stay.

Dock Holiday was a wonderful vacation week for our family. We were there the week after Christmas, so we did not enjoy the water sports, only the view! The sunsets were amazing.....it is truly the best view! The house is so great....there was so much to do for every age.....table shuffleboard, pool table, Pac Man video game (a big hit), 2 large TVS, magnetic scrabble, puzzles, games and a large yard to play in! The beds were comfortable, bathrooms were plentiful and the two living spaces were perfect for watching football on one side and playing all the things on the other! Two TVS gave the non football watchers a place for movies or gaming, too! The doors to close off the hallways and the separation between rooms were perfect to contain noise. There were extra fold out tables and chairs for eating or puzzle working. There were so many comfortable places to sit and relax or read. It was also decorated beautifully. The kitchens were well stocked....we had everything we needed....and there was an ICE MACHINE (game changer). A ride to Dollar General was about 10 min. and larger groceries about 15-20. Everyone wants to go back! It was truly a gem of a place. Shawn was great with communication too....we had a health issue to take care of and she was kind and informative. Thanks for a great week of memories made with our family!

Dock Holiday was a wonderful lakehouse for celebrating Thanksgiving! There was so much space for all 17 of us! Bedrooms and bathrooms clean and comfortable. Kitchen was very well stocked to prepare Thanksgiving feast Even had an ice machine. There were lots of games for the kids- Pacman, puzzles, movies, shuffleboard, and a big yard to play soccer and football. Our grandson caught several fish off the dock and we had S'mores in the firepit!. Shawn was very responsive and helpful. Highly recommend this property for large group!

We had the best time this summer on vacation. The home was perfect, cozy and offered everything a large family could ever need. The property owner was very easy to work with and extremely accommodating. We were able to have our boat at the dock which was an additional bonus. Our dogs LOVED the huge back yard and all the open windows so they could see out. The kitchen is well stocked and it's an added bonus with two refrigerators. The ice machine was a huge hit. We loves this location and highly recommend it.

We had an amazing time! The house and the property are beautiful and very spacious. We stayed here to celebrate my niece’s graduation from Clemson. It was a group of people from ages 17 to 87 and it couldn’t have been more perfect. Everything was well-stocked, the house was clean, and the landlords answered promptly when I had some questions. Don’t hesitate to book this wonderful place!

Great home to have our family reunion! There is lots of space to hang out with having 2 living areas, a nice back porch and a wonderful dock. Also perfect backyard to set up games like corn hole and horse shoes. Also the owner was really quick to respond to any questions and was so friendly and helpful!

Couldn’t have asked for any better! Short drive to grocery stores and about 45-50 mins to Greenville (highly suggest a day exploring their downtown). Check in and out was so easy. Shawn answered all of my questions quickly. Kitchen is well stocked. This home has more room to spread out than the pictures show. We had 8-12 family members (ages 4 months to 80 years old) there at all times and we had lots of room. Pool table, games, ice maker, 2 refrigerators, big backyard, easy slope down to the lake…all this makes it a great place to stay!

Shawn was the best host. We had a couple issues she was so responsive. We had 2 families staying together the room and bath room configuration worked so well. Bring your floats and relax on the water

We needed a place suitable for our 90 year old Mother with no stairs. This place was perfect! We enjoyed the quiet times on the dock and evenings around the fire pit. It was great having the game room and and the two living rooms. We took a short trip to Clemson university and walked around the botanical gardens. Next Time I will have to do some fishing. Jeff

We came to Anderson for a wedding so we were a conglomeration of 5 families put together. You would think that 5 families in one house would be crazy, but this house was perfect! It was spread out enough that the kids could play and we all still stayed sane! Plus all the run around area in the backyard was amazing. We were able to cook dinners with ease since the kitchen was well stocked with cookware. The host was extremely helpful and was very timely in answering if we needed anything. If you have a big group, this place is the best pick!

The place was perfect. The weather was not, there was a unseasonable cold snap for three days. There were no blankets!! The beds had a sheet and a thin bed spread. I finally found one blanket as we were leaving in a dresser drawer in one bedroom. We are a party of eight people. We were freezing and I was suffering from a sinus infection. Blankets Please!!!!

This lake house was amazing! We had a family reunion for my sister's birthday and everyone loved it! We were quite a large family of 18 and we all fit comfortably. Spent most of the day at the lake and it was amazing! The closets were well stocked with extra equipment. It was basically 2 units which allowed the guys to hang out in their own place. There were 2 kayaks on site with plenty of life jackets and noodles. We didn't have a need to reach the owner as everything was great. The back porch had activities for you to do and it was a great place to hang out. Hope to rent out this place again soon!

House is great. Very open and lots of indoor entertainment Games. Shuffle board and pool table House was clean and just as we thought it would be. There were 14 of us and house has more than enough room. Rented a pontoon n enjoyed the lake
