Enjoyed our stay with our grandchildren.

We had a wonderful stay here! Very clean, had everything we needed, and was close to the beach as well as other fun things! We would definitely stay again! Wally, the host, was very responsive and seemed like a cool guy when I spoke with him!! Thank you, Wally!

Me and the wife enjoyed our stay our adult kids came and spent the day and a night with us this is the perfect spot for us

Even though the weather was not on our side (cloudy and rainy every day but one) our stay was very pleasant because of the condo. We will stay there again.

We were 5 adults and it was a good size for us, the kids loved having the pool there. The beach entrance is right across the street which was really nice.

We loved the location but was a little unhappy about the palmetto bugs that were in the place and how the breezeway was so dirty. A few storms came through and the pool was never cleaned and remained dirty throughout the stay as well as chairs not being cleaned. We had to bring towels out to clean before we could use it. Island was beautiful just wish the place we stayed was taken better care of

Very nice location and perfect size for our family. No bugs and very clean! We will be back! The price was great! Having the pool right there was great for when we were winding down from a day at the beach.

Great location, easy to get to, clean, plenty of parking.

Our unit in the 6-plex was very very clean. It could use a dehumidifier as it was a little musty. Great location, 30 seconds to the beach, loft stairs did not have a proper railing. Plenty of dishes, great working appliances, wonderful water pressure, beds were not bad.

This is our 2nd time staying at this rental and just like before we had a wonderful time! Great host, wonderful location, everything you could ask for.

I sat on the front porch in the morning looking at the beach and listening to the waves. The beach is literally right across the street. Very clean and cute place. Only thing was there were signs all over the house saying there would be an extra charge if there was any pet hair on the furniture. That would be quite hard considering our dog sheds. Luckily we decided to not bring our dog. Otherwise it was the perfect little stay. Thank you very much.

Place was very clean and just the right size. AC worked extremely well and there was plenty of towels and wash cloths as well as extra blankets Hot water didn't last long or get as hot as I would of liked and there were 4 of us that needed to shower. I loved that we were directly across from a beach access walkover.

Upstairs loft not appropriate for adults or young children. Perfect for 8-10 year olds Maybe needs a user manual for tv’s. We LOVED this trip and your condo!!!

Multiple unit building Daughter was startled by an intoxicated female stranger who found her way into babies room one evening.They thought the door was locked.

The walk to the beach was short, literally just across the street. The view from the front veranda was beautiful and our stay was very nice.

Property is exactly as advertised. Very clean and close to everything. We enjoyed bringing our pups.

Had a lovely time - beaches were relatively quiet, although the water was a bit choppy, (a storm at sea) it was beautiful. Our room was clean and no unusual odors - smoke free. Very convenient to the beach - just a short walk across the street. Had a private swimming pool on the property, and available grills and outdoor furniture for your outdoors enjoyment.

This townhouse was beautiful. It looked exactly like the pictures. Cute, quaint, with everything we needed. Well kept. Our teenage girls loved the loft beds. The owner will respond to you if you text. The heating element in the dryer broke while we were there and I let the owner know. He had it fixed within two days. The pool looked really nice but it was too cold as we were there in early spring. I was very happy with our stay and would def recommend!!!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Having just moved to Tallahassee, we were excited to get to St George Island. We got lucky in that Wally’s place was available. Great condo! Great location with easy access to everything. Especially the beach! Thank you for the hospitality!!! We will be back!

Nice apartment across the street from the beach. Full Kitchen which is nice. Loft upstairs has 2 beds great for kids. Downstairs has 2 bedrooms with 1.5 bahrooms. Was a great place for a couple

Great place to stay.

Property overall I would only say was “ok.” For a beach property it was very dark and the ladder up to the loft was very dangerous. The dishes in the kitchen all seemed very greasy and I had to wash them before we could even use them. Overall the place did not seem very clean. Lamps were dusty and the shower curtain on the inside was covered in mold at the bottom. When I mentioned it to the owner was asked “why I didn’t contact the cleaners?” Well, for one I didn’t have their number and for two I didn’t know that was my job to be dealing with on my vacation. (Also I’m not sure how the cleaners didn’t notice that themselves if they had cleaned it before we arrived.) Overall, we were not impressed by this property. On a side note: while we were there my son slipped on the tile floor in the guest room (which was very slick when wet) as he was falling tried to grab onto something to break his fall and accidentally broke the blinds in the guest room. A few days after we got back I received a very rude text message accusing us of “destroying” them and wanting reimbursement for the blinds which I IMMEDIATELY paid and even after paying for them, never received any kind of message back even asking if my son was ok. Needless to say, we WILL NOT be from him renting again.

I’m originally from this area so I know how busy the beach can get. It was really nice to be close enough to walk to the stores/restaurants, but far enough away that the beach wasn’t crowded. We loved being so close to the beach, it was literally across the street. Since these are units and not the entire building, there were other tourists around but it was enjoyable to talk to other folks when sitting on the porch or at the pool. There’s additional parking in the back and street parking is allowed as well, so the parking situation was never too bad. There was a little shop vac in the unit which helped with keeping the sand to a minimum. I was very appreciative of that. Overall, it was a great unit in an ideal spot.
