It was lovely. Just perfection. We were lucky with the weather as well. I loved it was pet friendly. My dog Charley who was 15, enjoyed the deck. He could not walk and passed away when I got home. I was so happy to have this time with him

The house accommodated 7 adults with no problem. There is 3 sets of bunk beds and a bathroom on the bottom floor. 2 bedrooms with 2 beds in each and a bathroom on the main level. 1 bedroom with 2 beds and a bathroom upstairs. You walk out the back door and are immediately on the beach. What else could you ask for?!? The house is a little older and dated but we had zero complaints. You are a short drive to dining and grocery stores. We would definitely recommend staying here!!!!

There were 13 of us and the layout and size of the house was perfect. Loved that there was an extra refrigerator also. The only thing that bothered us was that every time we flushed the toilet (downstairs bathroom) the sink would gurgle. So it may need some maintenance and I have contacted the people we rented it through. We would definitely stay there again. I highly recommend this house.

The inside of the house needs updating. The fridge did not cool enough and the rental staff brought a loaner quickly. That fridge was a little better but still did not cool enough. Appliances and furnishings need upgrading and a deep cleaning would also help.

Great floor plan, well stocked, beautiful view. Pet friendly, not a fan of carpet in bedrooms. Clean but needs repairs, especially on the decks. Stairs are very steep.

The layout of the house gave room for a lot of togetherness and yet you could have plenty of alone or quiet time with all the available spaces. This place was perfect for the family beach trip! There are three levels with bedrooms so lots of privacy for kids, parents and grandparents when it came time to sleep. The view is great and the deck which overlooks the beach was well used by all! The carport under the house came in handy for arriving in the rain but the rain let up the next day. We hope to return!

Great location, right on the beach. A little more crowded from the people from the Condo's across the street. The house needs a few up grades like all older homes. It was perfect for our families stay and we enjoyed it very much.

Reviewer Comments: This was the second time renting this home for our family's vacation. The first time was in 2014. This vacation we had a total of 8 guests. We arrived to find very little was updated since our last visit in 2014 yet the price went up about 50%. The refrigerator had rust on the outside under the water dispenser. The beds were comfortable but the bathrooms needed some work.mold on the ceilings, pealing wallpaper and cracked tiles. The home had a nice deck overlooking the Gulf. Unfortunately it only had two chairs for the pub height table. The home sleeps 16 and should have had enough silverware and plates for 16. The location of the home is awesome. The cleanliness on arrival not so much. Found pasta sauce on the ceiling of the kitchen. Jelly between the glass and frame of the kitchen table. When cleaning up before departing we found garbage and food that was not ours including dead bugs under the bunk beds. For a beach home I would have thought there would have been more beach chairs, umbrellasor a cooler to use for the beach. We loved the location but unfortunately we will not be returning to this home again.

The property was super comfortable and spacious, but was dated in terms of decor. Requires some updates, but listing / pics were accurate in terms of expectations. Kitchen was very well stocked. Location was perfect! Our stay convinced us that our years in a condo were not nearly as convenient and easy as this “on the beach house”. We had a perfect week of sun, fun, and relaxation.
