Overall the property was great! The property management team was very responsive. Only had a few minor issues but overall went well. Great walking distance to the beach and private access. Definitely looking to book again in the future!

House was as advertised, it was perfect for our group of 18 adults. Only one issue with the jets in the hot tub, one call and it was resolved quickly! One recommendation would be for the owners to get a deck box and fill it with beach and pool towels, as they ask you not to use the bathroom linens for the beach, yet don’t supply beach towels.

First the great things about the property. * Excellent Location * Big House with tons of rooms * Great Pool and Jacuzzi area * Big kitchen with lots of utensils * Nice Barbeque and outdoor kitchen with Icemaker * Parking for up to 7 cars * Everything is close to the house * Downstairs pool bathroom with Steam is like heaven... everyone enjoyed that a lot Now, not so great things and areas of improvements * Very small living and dining room for the house sized for 30 people * Pool Table needs complete replacement. The table, Cue Sticks, and balls are all completely worn out. We were looking for some great games, but could hardly play any * The game room on the 2nd floor is oddly located. If you want to play games late at night, you can't, since there are 4 bedrooms all around the pool table area * It would be better to move the pool table in the downstairs bedroom, converting it into the game area * They need to add more trash bins for the property, we struggled to place the trash by the end of 3rd day since trash is picked only once a week. * I understand this is covid times, but the checkout ought to be at least by 10 AM. 9 AM checkout with these many folks and kids is difficult. I would have given it full 5 stars, but for the worn-out pool table and the smaller living/dining area, I would rate it at 4.5 stars.

Our group of 8 families enjoyed our stay at Born to Sun house. The house is well laid out and provided ample room for everyone. The pool was the focal point of our stay with the kids spending many hours playing and splashing around. The two grills and two refrigerators were very helpful. The property management team was easy to work with and took care of us whenever we had any issues during our stay.

We absolutely LOVED the space! Especially the outdoor area. It was perfect for our large group. The communication with the staff was friendly and efficient.

This house was great for a large group of teens and parents. Plenty of refrigerator space, laundry on first and second floor and 2 dishwashers kept up with everyone's needs. Lots of comfortable sleeping space and the house was pretty quiet even when the teens were still up. Very easy access to the beach as well. We had to make a couple of minor maintenance calls but they were answered quickly.

Property was very clean and plenty of room for everyone to spread out! Thr elevator wasn't working during out stay, so the couples staying on the third floor got a work out. But overall it was a fantastic property!

We can't say enough about the Born to Sun property! Location was amazing, very short 3 min walk to the beach and so many restaurants to choose from if we wanted to eat out. It was hard to leave the house though given the beautiful pool and just how comfortable we felt in the home. Everyone in our group had their own space as each room was large and had their own bathroom. We loved this property, its amenities and location!

Rental company and concierge were fantastic! Always willing to assist with fast response time! Perfect for many families due to individual bathrooms/rooms as well as bunks too! This is our second stay for our family vacation, definitely a beautiful property, convenient location to the beach and large pool/patio area to spread out! Good space for parking too! The multiple decks allow for quiet time if needed to work/read! I highly recommended this property!

This property is one of the most incredible properties I have ever rented. The home was extremely immaculate and everything was in top condition. The upper levels provided incredible views of the ocean and the pool and deck area was so wonderful we didn't even go to the beach everyday. I would strongly recommend this property to anyone considering the area. It is conveniently located close to shopping and a Starbucks. There is a unique local coffee place literally right outside the house a block away. I can't wait to go back. Always longing to go back.....

We have stayed in several houses from Beach Reunion over the past four years and really have never been disappointed. However, this year Born to Sun exceeded our expectations. The listing description was so accurate. The amenities at this house are just awesome, especially the elevator. The property is very well maintained. Jim the owner, Carrie, the concierge and Jessica, the office Manager could not have been more attentive to our needs. We just love them. They are now apart of our big family group that comes each year. We have already rented this for next year. I would highly recommend this property.

Our ladies tennis team booked Born To Sun for our Christmas party and gathering recently. The property exceeded all our expectations. The house is very roomy and laid out very well for larger groups or families. The outdoor space is also large and lots of seating around the pool area. The furnishings are lovely, modern and well kept. Very impressive kitchen, dual appliances and very well stocked. Excellent sound system throughout . The location is very close to the beach and to shopping and restaurants. It is a Palace in Paradise! Thank you Beach Reunion for recommending this beautiful house! We will be back!

We used this home for a ladies Christmas party and sleepover. It was wonderful in every way. The kitchen accommodated all of us, 16, and all of our wonderful food was able to be served on the large kitchen island. We could all gather in the living room to open presents and we enjoyed the pool table upstairs for a little competition. The bedrooms were very nicely decorated in very coastal colors and we loved having the private baths for each. We loved the fire pit out back for roasting marshmallows and making s’mores. We would have used the beautiful pool if the weather was warmer. Also Beach Reunion was so kind to even put up a tree and decorate it for us so we had festive decor. Thank you again for everything!

Great Interior Design, comfortable beds, plenty of space for everyone, private pool and hot tub, 3 separate living spaces, fabulous kitchen, one block from the Gulf, and convenient to shopping and the best restaurants. I can’t wait to come back here again!!!! Fun and relaxing!

Where do I begin with this home?!? Our tennis team stayed in Born to Sun for our annual Christmas get together. It is absolutely amazing! We loved how spacious it was and how beautifully decorated it was. When we arrived it was nice and clean. The outdoor area is wonderful. We spent a lot of time in the kitchen outside relaxing and enjoying the outdoors. We also loved the lighting around the pool! Made for such a cool environment! I can't say enough about the rental company Beach Reunion. They were great to work with. We will definitely be back and have already referred them to our family and friends. Thanks again for a great stay!

This place is phenomenal! My team comes every year for a business/pleasure retreat. This home was our favorite! There was plenty of room and everything was top notch including the elevator!! We had the pool/hot tub turned on and it was such a treat. The owner was attentive to our needs & did everything to make sure our stay was a success. Cant say enough about this house. You gotta try it!!!

The house and grounds were absolutely beautiful and immaculately maintained. We had 5 families, including 13 children, and each family had their own personal space and bathroom. The house is open and spacious with everything you could need. The outdoor area has a beautiful pool and plenty of seating for everyone. I woke up every morning and had a cup of coffee on the balcony while looking at the Gulf. The owner is incredibly kind and helped us find this beautiful home and houses for all of friends to stay in during Hurricane Irma. I highly recommend this house and this company and will definitely come back!!

The owner was above and beyond kind and helpful in a very scary and stressful situation. We were evacuating from Naples during hurricane Irma. The house was absolutely beautiful and incredibly maintained. More than enough space for all five families. We all had private rooms and bathrooms. It also has a beautiful outdoor area with large hot tub and pool and plenty of seating for everyone. The area is perfect with a lot of cute shops and restaurants to walk or golf cart to, and the beach is stunning. We will definitely be back and recommend anyone we know to stay in this beautiful home!!

As soon as you walk inside the home you are amazed with the huge kitchen living room area , they're is 9 big rooms all come with restroom. The home has a really great surround sound all around the house u can control with the app. The best part of the home is the big pool area lots of chairs around the pool . 2 grills ,cooler, wine fridge , margarita machine . Super easy beach access 3 min walk . Great home !!!

We had a family vacation and chose Born to Sun. The house was amazing and fit our needs for the group that we had. Carrie and Katherine and everyone went above and beyond to make our stay a great one. I would recommend this house to anyone.

We rented Born to Sun beach house from Beach Reunion for our wedding weekend. We had our rehearsal dinner and reception at the house and our ceremony on the beach. Everything was absolutely perfect! The house was so beautiful and spacious with all of the special amenities such as an elevator for our guests who couldn't climb the stairs. We would definitely recommend renting the Firefighter Margarita Machine and golf cart for your stay. The margaritas and beach drinks were perfect for our guests and the golf cart made trips to the beach much easier especially with all of the children we had. We also used it to transport our guests to the ceremony. Beach Reunion also provided us with our concierge, Carrie. She was amazing!! She is so sweet and helpful and made sure we had everything we needed. There is no doubt we will be back one day!
