Being able to park on the same floor as the unit is golden. The floors didn't seem to be moped and the towels are quite thin. Overall the unit is lovely with lots of space for our group of 12 from 8 years old to 71.

We have made a tradition of staying at Orange Beach over Christmas break. Other properties stock the basics like pots, pans and maybe a electric skillet. They thought of everything. From the kitchen appliances like a air fryer to board games and even a couple body boards for the kids. Thank you for your thoughtfulness. See you next year

We have stayed at Phoenix West 2 for several years. We always enjoy it!

The unit was very nice - east corner - nice and shady in the evenings with a great breeze. It is located right next to the door going into the garage which made loading and unloading fantastic.

The parking garage is small and tall. Driving around and around for eleven floor got tiring. The only contact with property management was a text upon arrival and again upon leaving. Highly recommend the Gulf Shores Steamer restaurant.

The views are great and we would return again. The convenience of parking on the same level as your unit is a time saver as the elevators stay busy. The furnishings are as depicted on the website but are starting to show wear from the continuous use of the property. The biggest need for this property is a deep cleaning. The kitchen countertops and the stovetop were sticky and required our cleaning prior to use. We had to sweep and clean the patio before use as well. The patio tables were unsteady as the wooden legs were deteriorating from the weather. The large windows are great for viewing but they were in need of cleaning. Thankfully a prior guest had cleaned the bottom portion of the windows. The floors were dirty and needed cleaning and some of the rugs needed to be replaced as they were beyond cleaning. The owner of this property needs to have a discussion with management about the maintenance and cleaning of their beautiful Orange Beach property.

The furniture is on the more worn side of all the units I have stayed in. Finally, the linens were also not luxurious like many of the other units. The pillows lacked pillow covers, etc. The location is wonderful and the balcony is well-appointed, but would not select this particular unit again.

Overall, it's a good condo, nice space and comfortable couches / chairs. You can hear everything that is happening in the condo above you (chairs moving, etc) Two of the bedrooms need new mattresses, they are the noisiest box springs (you can't sleep they are so loud) and very uncomfortable. The kitchen has lots of appliances and is well stocked for cooking, however lots of dishes are chipped. The fridge is very large which is great! We were not impressed that the condo is barely stocked with supplies - one roll of toilet paper per room (and very thin), cleaning stuff for kitchen, etc. Yes, they tell you it's minimally stocked, but only 1 trash bag for a week? It's VERY minimal. It would also be nice to have a book in the condo with things to do, places to eat, etc.

So, don’t mishear our review. Overall we had a great time.

However, the cleanliness upon arrival was not as thorough as it had been in previous years. Food in couches, outside balcony chairs and table turned over, and bathroom sink drawers not cleaned out. Also the ice machine was not working.

These things were overlooked and we enjoyed our stay. Just wanted to mention them because they were out of the ordinary for this unit.

It was a great property. Loved the layout. The biggest problem was cleanliness. We had to take sheets off and wash the day we arrived because there was sand in the bed all in all it really wasn’t clean. It’s a very well stocked kitchen which is wonderful. We LOVED the extra beach toys, boogie boards etc outside the rental the kids really enjoyed using them. The outside balcony was wonderful plenty of seating there were a couple of chairs that need repairs but still plenty of chairs.

Beautiful condo with a great kitchen. Plenty of room for our group. The corner balcony provides the perfect view of the sunrise. Have stayed at other Phoenix properties and this was by far the best.

It's huge, and it has a bit more privacy than the three bedroom units do, so we were out there every day and every evening enjoying it. The kitchen tools were left pretty unorganized, but once we sorted through dishes and pans, we had almost everything we needed. There were lots of extra blankets and pillows, which is always a plus! The only thing we noticed was the unit likely hadn't been deep cleaned since the start of the summer because there was a lot of dust on some of the pictures and around the baseboards. And one of the beds needed maintenance because the headboard was a little loose and the bedframe creaked.

The view was amazing. The unit was spacious but lacking in cleanliness. There was broken furniture, such as bench in entry foyer and bar stool. The queen mattresses in 2 bedrooms were crackly when sitting or laying on them. Bath mats had not been washed. Coffee pot had not been cleaned, the silverware drawer was full of crumbs. And the dishwasher had not been emptied. Needless to say I spent my first day cleaning. If housekeeping did a better job, owners took better care of maintaining the unit it would be the perfect place duh to the location.
