Excellent location to walk downtown Charleston. Many shops and restaurants within walking distance.

Thank you for the perfect stay! We were able to briefly meet the host who was friendly and super responsive when we had trouble opening the door once. Very close to shopping section of King, great restaurants, and French quarter. Clean and safe! We actually liked the shower's water pressure other reviewers commented on and we didn't mind the street noise at all.

We had a great time. Unit was exactly like the pictures, had everything we needed for a 6 night stay. Great location and the noise from the restaurant downstairs was never an issue. Will definitely come and and stay here again.

The apartment is beautiful, well equipped and comfortable. The brick walls and furnishings are warm and inviting. The location is fabulous. Great stay.

The condo was great! Located right in the middle of town and walking distance to most everything. It was very clean and well stocked with most everything. We would definitely stay there again if we were in Charleston.

We really enjoyed the SoHo Suite. The location is excellent! The unit itself is very spacious and comfortable…you’re right downtown so there is some street/people noise which is to be expected. The back main bedroom was very comfortable dark and quiet!! Only downside was that a lot of the dishes were dirty when we went to use them and there were no trash bags and only two rolls of toilet paper for a week long stay. We had to run out and get that stuff which we shouldn’t have to. Otherwise we lived the place and will be back!

The location was excellent. Matt was excellent. We would 100% stay here again. While it is on a busy street the bedroom is in the back away from the noise. The noise didn’t bother us at all. Easy walks to everything! We highly recommend.

Great location, clean and the most comfortable bed

This property was amazing. We loved the 3rd floor space. Perfect location. Walking distance to everything you could ever want to do in Charleston. We loved to come back after our day’s adventures to relax. Felt like home.

Unfortunately, I did not have a good stay at this BB. Although the owner does make one mention of “dining music” in the listing, this does not accurately reflect my experience staying here for 5 nights. The noise was, simply put, horrendous. 1. The unit is situated at a very busy intersection. The acoustics are such that all street noise rises to the third floor windows. Even conversation and laughter on the street. 2. The restaurant below the unit is a loud texmex/tequila bar called The Matador. The listing states that the restaurant “serves patrons with dining music.” I naively thought this meant sophisticated, chill music. Wrong. The restaurant is open until midnight every day of the week, and the music is upbeat hip hop. 3. On both Tuesday and Friday nights, after midnight, I had to ask restaurant staff to turn down their music, which they were loudly piping through the entire restaurant as they closed down. The unit itself is gorgeous. The location could not be better for access to Meeting and King streets. The unit is spacious with stunning east-facing windows. Gorgeous, big bathroom also. The host is very friendly, too, and was quick to reply after a brief question during check-in. He texted me when the unit was ready early, too. Ultimately I grappled with whether to leave this review, but I honestly feel like the listing and reviews underplay the noise. If you’re a light sleeper or prefer peaceful, quiet nights in, choose another option on a quieter side street.

Great location! The only downside is the music and noise from the road that goes pretty late, but the listing was clear that could happen.

Suite was exceptional. Clean, well appointed, great location. Elevator tricky but stairs available if capable Of walking down step narrow stairs case. Would definitely stay in suite again.

If you want a super cool place to stay where you can park your car and walk all over Charleston, this is it. Super cool place, very well appointed. It is right in the middle of all the shopping, bars and restaurants. I was a little concerned that with the restaurant on the 1st floor and being right on Meeting Street that it would be too loud, but it definitely was not. I would stay here again for sure.

We had such a great time in Charleston. The unit had everything we needed and was perfect! The host was very communicative and accommodating to our situation. We will definitely be staying here again and highly recommend this unit to anyone interested in visiting Charleston.

Overall great place to stay especially being able to walk to everywhere in historic Charleston. Matt was very helpful to answer questions. We will be coming back!

We had an amazing time exploring the area and really appreciated the location of this property. We literally walked everywhere, tons of bars, restaurants, shopping and sights near by! The property itself was very comfortable and welcoming. Would stay again!!!

Absolutely wonderful stay. Condo was clean comfortable and in an amazing location! Matt communicated great with check in and email description of entrance and parking was perfect. We were walking distance to everything Charleston has to offer. Best location in Charleston! Thank you for a great property and We will definitely be back.

Great place! Very convenient!

My husband and I celebrated our anniversary and enjoyed our long weekend stay in this urban city vibe apartment. A great location and easy access to all the main attractions. The condo had almost everything we needed and the shower was my absolute favorite due to the high pressure it gave off and plenty of hot water. I feel like a few more towels and wash clothes are always better than not enough and the apartment didn’t have any kitchen towels so when I hand washed the few things we used I had to dry them with paper towels. The elevator was as described and thankful for the warning on wait time. The parking garage was excellent and very convenient. Would stay again.

You will not find a better place to stay if you are looking to explore Charleston, SC. I would recommend this property to anybody.

This property is well managed and just as it is described! Perfect location, cozy, and an overall great landing spot for romantic get away in Charleston! We had one minor issue with technology and the property manager promptly responded. I would highly recommend this location!

Perfect in every way! They do have a coffee machine and coffee/creamer/sugar but that's it so make sure to grab some water/drinks before you go to bed the first night. Everything was comfortable! Thank you!

My husband and I loved staying in this beautiful apartment in the heart of Charleston. The host made it very easy to find and it was the perfect location to walk around the city!

We were in Charleston for our anniversary and the Chris Stapleton concert. This condo was the perfect size and the perfect location for our weekend getaway. Once we parked the car, we walked everywhere and didn't need it again until we were heading home. The view above Meeting Street is fun to people watch and makes you really feel a part of the Historic vibe. We also loved all the exposed brick walls. We hope to be back soon.
