Really nice view. Furnishings ok. Needs upgrades in scratched pots and pans and miss-matched silverware. Some problems with things not working properly.

Our room was not very clean. I tried to call the property manager to have the ice maker cleaned or send us something to clean it out so we could use it, but no response. The ice maker had mold in it. The Fridge door ice maker was broken. The furniture was different than in the older pictures that are shown. There were 4 guys staying here but if our wife’s were with us we would have moved.

Condo gives you beautiful views of the sunset. Only downside was the sliding glass door was very hard to open and close. Lazy river was great.

We enjoyed having plenty of room and plenty of bathrooms. The complex is fun with a nice lazy river and kids water slide. The furniture was comfortable, but the King bed frame was noisy. The balcony was huge with a wonderful view, but the outside furniture needs updating. But we understand the weather is hard on outdoor furniture. We would definitely love to come back. Rafi was very nice to answer my questions in planning our trip.

Vacation was great. The rooms and furniture were different from the pictures online. Not enough places for a family of 7 to relax on the couch. The couch was small for the space. The kitchen was short on cooking wares to prepare meals. The master bed room mattress was worn out; we rolled to the middle. The elevators during check in time were ridiculous. It took us 45 minutes to get up to our room. After that elevators were too bad.

Overall the property was great. A couple of small things: Mold on one of the shower curtains Couple of towels not clean.. hairs in/on the towels Probably need to update the cooking pans These are minor complaints... overall the stay was great Elevators are a problem... long waits at times Shopping carts were a great asset at move in time... great idea Staff was very friendly

The condo was perfect! The problem with this place is waiting on elevators! We waited over an hour for an elevator to make one trip. It took over 2 hours for us to get everything upstairs!

From reading the description I was under the impression the condo had a wrap around balcony that you could utilize from all bedrooms. In reality the only balcony that could be utilized was off the main area, the other rooms had balcony ledges. The condo had ample space, however their was a broken bar stool at the kitchen counter, the area rug in the main area was very dirty. The main area sofa needs a good cleaning. The elevators were horrendous, we would have to wait 30 minutes. They development is full of kids which is fine until you need an elevator and they are all full of shopping carts and luggage racks full of beach equipment. The balcony furniture honestly looked like a bunch of hodgepodge, with several broken pieces. The beds were very comfortable, the ice maker was great. The five bathrooms were wonderful.

The worst part of the stay was the wait time for elevators. We would often have to pass on 2-3 because they were completely full before we could catch one down and, at peak times, there were lines to get on them to go up to the rooms. The condo itself looks nothing like the photos because the furniture has been updated, and the arrangement of the rooms was different than what I had imagined but still all was great!! There are no beach chairs, spices in the cabinets, cleaning products, extra toilet paper, etc, so get all supplies you’ll need! Overall, minus the elevators, it was a great stay!

Elevators in the building were very crowded! Had to wait up to 10 minutes at times - during peak times. (They weren’t all working).

Hello, we had a nice stay. The property was spacious, clean, and as advertised. We were not given our room number and while we were given the code to the door, the armband and front desk check-in was a bit confusing. The response was pretty quick when we reached out about our room number. I did hear others having that issue as well. We were a little taken aback that we had to pay for a parking pass for the week, we were not expecting that. I used the gym/weight room and that was nice. Overall, I do recommend this property.

The condo was just as pictured. It was perfect for our stay. Would highly recommend it!

We did our 1st Girl's Trip to the Beach and for six females of various ages, this condo was absolutely perfect! It was extremely spacious and had all the needed amenities. Everyone in our group kept telling me how well I had picked the perfect place! We will definitely be back!

The pictures on the website didn't reflect the updated furniture in the common spaces but the new furniture is delightful and perfect for the beach scenery. The check in process was super smooth and the owner made the process so easy by sending information early so I had time to share with the family. Would recommend this property to anyone.

Just finished a week long stay at this condo with our large group and it was perfect! The abundance of bedrooms, bathrooms, and living space was a perfect fit for our family. The best part of the condo was the spacious balcony with ample seating between the outdoor couches and table/chairs. The views from each room of the condo are amazing! We do wish that the kitchen had been a bit more stocked with baking sheets, utensils, etc. to make cooking for a large group a bit easier, but we were able to make do with what was present. The lazy river and water slides are an added bonus! We definitely hope to stay here again some time in the future.

First off this is my second time coming to this exact room and property. It's nearly perfect. Our first go around we left a few things behind around 1000$ worth of curling iron straightner and 2 pairs of shoes. No biggie our fault I did reach out and ask to pay for shipping and time out the day to send it back. Or I would have gone back to pick it up. Fail on both sides mine and property manager. Items were never returned. This go around. We try tuning into LSU vs Fla st game on TV. All of us being from Louisiana and some of us grads a pretty big game. Well the tvs don't get fox. So no game for us. Luckily we had a fire stick and I managed to pull some strings. Behind the dresser in the master bedroom was a pair of dirty women's underwear which was no big deal to me but of course my wife freaked out. The room is really nice we still had an amazing time but this go around had two small flaws. I will still book this place again and again over everything else in that area unless your staying at turquoise.

We could of used a few more things for cooking. We eat in for our meals. It was an amazing condo.

This property was EXCELLENT! The vacation was in honor of my Mom who passed away in 2020 (cancer not covid) and I used my inheritance for a family vacation to the beach because she loved the ocean. The condominium was wonderful beyond words. While I had had some brief concerns from reading a recent review I found those things mentioned untrue. I am pretty particular about cleanliness and this condo was immaculate. It is HUGE and a corner condo. The view was unbelievable, especially from the main living area. The kitchen is huge. There is also a bar area at the end of the dining room which contains a separate ice maker. The furniture in the dining room and living room has been updated since the photos in the listing and is a whitewashed wood and still a white, very comfortable couch. We cooked at least three dinners during the week and used the bar top as a "buffet" which made serving and cleanup easier. Every time I messaged Rafi before our trip he answered within a couple hours and when I telephoned he ansewered on the very first ring. Very responsive! He even gave me the name of the man to contact for the paint color which we particularly liked. The absolute only thing that could have been better was the elevator at check in. It is a 32 story building with 6 elevators. They ran extremely quickly during non peak times, but at checkin and a couple times coming back from the beach in the evening it was very slow go. Next trip we will pick weekday check in and check out :-) I do hope to stay in this very same property in the future. It felt like home!

This is an outstanding condo! There were some negatives to it though. This unit was not very clean upon arrival. There was hair on the bathroom vanities, the floors were dirty, and there were only three stools at the bar. The rest of them were broken. The screen doors for the balconies were either torn or completely off. BUT, this condo is unbelievably spacious and nice! The view from the balcony is worth the rental. Every bedroom having a full bath is huge as well. We had eight total people. Six adults and two children. This was the best family vacation we have ever had. Even with the negatives, I would definitely rent this unit again. Nicest place we have ever stayed, no comparison. The pools are huge, the lazy River was awesome and the access to the beach is really nice. Overall a tremendous place!
