We absolutely loved it here, very clean and quiet. We've stayed at quite a few places and this home had a very warm and relaxing feel to it. Loved all of the knick knacks.

The house was wonderful! Clean and thoroughly stocked. Even a golf cart! Our grandkids took turns spending the night with us and it was perfect. Alex was very responsive and his uncle who met us there and checked us in was a delight. We will definitely book again!

Great location while we were waiting to move into our new home

Our time in this VRBO exceeded all our expectations. It is a cozy, very clean, very comfortable home. It is amazingly well equipped, whether it is in the kitchen, living room, bedrooms or bathrooms. The owner is very responsive, and actually is proactive, reaching out ahead of the rental to see if he could help us with specific requests. We spent Christmas holiday in Sun City West and had Christmas Eve and Day dinners there for family in the area. We found every imaginable accessory, utensil, and decoration to prepare an elaborate meal for Christmas Eve and give the evening a festive atmosphere. The owner had even set up a small Christmas tree for us. The house is well laid out and furnished, and in fact more spacious than the photos suggest. Most of all, it was wonderful to stay in a house with warmth and personality that made it closer to home than a rental.

We needed an affordable place to stay for Thanksgiving with Mom. (She lives in Sun City Grand and already had a houseful with my brother and his family.) Hotels in the area are quite expensive and we really lucked out with this rental. The house was perfect for our adult son, my wife and myself. After driving straight through from Colorado, check-in was easy with info provided by Alex. Everything in the house was as advertised. It is well stocked with the essentials, you just need clothes, clubs and a quick trip to the grocery store and you're all set.

The home was very clean and cozy. It was nice that they proved a maid after we left so we didn't have to clean the place. Not having network TV on cable was disappointing.

We spent the months of March & April 2021 at this home. It has been the best rental in SCW that we have stayed at. The house is fully equipped for everything you need and more, there's a golf cart to use & the owner, Alex, (who we had the pleasure of meeting) is a very nice person. Alex made my last minute booking a breeze. His communication was prompt, detailed and accurate. Besides all the basics, he made himself available if I needed anything. He also took the time to touch base with me, ensuring that I was comfortable and all questions were answered. The house itself was comfortable, spacious and quiet, with a very good location within Sun City West. Other than grocery shopping, their was nothing else that I needed! If I need a place to stay in the future, I hope Alex's home will be available!!

Our stay at this home was very good. The home was clean and very well equipped. We had excellent communication with Alex, the owner, who responded quickly to any questions we had. So glad we have it rented again for next year.

We were staying in the area for a week. This is very close to Dell Webb hospital, shopping and many golf courses. Owner met us and showed us around, home had all the necessary items required. We used the golf cart several times and it came in very handy. The home was very clean and had everything we needed and I would definitely recommend it.

We used this home while working in Arizona. Therefore we slept during the day and worked at night. It met all our needs and was quiet. Unfortunately we didn't get the opportunity to use the golf cart. It would have been an added plus if there was a TV in each bedroom. Overall an excellent day

Fully furnished (including a gas golf cart) with everything that you would need! This home was near where our son & family were staying with his wife’s family. Made it very convenient to visit them or to have our own time. Our stay was in June & very hot, so we didn’t do much outside while here. There was a charcoal grill (with everything that you would need to grill) & patio table & chairs! The first part of our vacation we did a lot of sightseeing. So, the plan for our second part at this home was to do a lot of resting before heading home. There was a glitch for part of our stay with some repair work being done. But, the owner was very quick to respond, resolve & compensate us for the interruptions. 👍👏👍👏👍👏 Very satisfied with how he handled the whole circumstances! Would definitely stay here again, if we decide to return to Arizona.

House has large rooms and is located in a quiet section of town (i.e. does not border on any main roads). A variety of grocery stores and restaurants are nearby, both in Sun City West and in Surprise. House is well equipped with all the necessities. We found one small issue (which did not effect our visit) and the owner responded promptly. We would definitely stay here again.

From the huge bedrooms (both with kind-sized beds and LOTS of room) to the golf cart - everything one would need to live in a home for two months was there (even sugar, laundry detergent and dish soap, etc.). Would have liked more than one TV (I know...I'm spoiled) because my husband likes to watch sports and I don't. So, having an extra TV in one of the bedrooms would have been nice. Having comfortable lounge chairs provided on the patio would have been nice, too. When we'd get back from a day at the pool and it was still beautiful out, we would have liked being able to relax on the patio. Otherwise, a perfect home and we wish it wasn't already booked for next winter! We stayed during February AND March 2018.

The house has all the necessities needed for a week's stay or more! It is close to grocery stores, shopping and restaurants. It was the perfect house for our needs and close to the house we were visiting. We will definitely try to stay here again the next time we are in Sun City West.

Everything about this property is 5 star. We felt at home from the time we arrived. The owner is always quick to respond to inquiries. The transaction was smooth from reservation to check out. The home is so warm, and the western décor adds so much to a vacation in the southwest. The floor plan is wonderful, open, large rooms, well stocked. We had a home in Sun City West for 8 years, and sold as "life changed" and we weren't able to stay as long as we initially had. We still visit there at least once a year for a month or so. I will definitely check to see if this one is available. Thanks for a memorable stay.

This is our third time staying in Sun City West in Phoenix. We now know the area and it is very close to many amenities and of course to the many golf courses. We appreciate the use of the golf cart as we can drive it right to the course and don't have to bother transferring the clubs from the car to the cart. We enjoyed the freshly squeezed orange and grapefruit off their trees. The house is well equipped with cooking facilities and with condiments as well so that you can cook many meals there. The two months we stayed in this home was wonderful. It was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Would highly recommend it to anyone wanting the perfect home. This is a home away!! We travel a lot and believe this is one of a kind vacation home. We lacked for nothing. Loved the fact I could pick oranges and make FRESH squeezed OJ and use of golf cart!! Jim and Debbie Colorado Springs, CO

Comfortable home in great quiet neighborhood. Lots of amenities. Owner very accommodating with washer, dryer,housekeeping supplies and many food items to use if so desired. Near shopping areas and restaurants. Also close to good medical care should it be needed. Golf Car furnished. HD TV and WIFI. Grapefruit tree provided us with fresh fruit. Picture of home does not do it justice. Highly recommend.

The pictures do not do it justice. The house was immaculate and all the rooms are large and comfortable. An added plus was the dining room table which was perfect for us to have company for Easter dinner. My husband was able to golf - only had to reserve ahead of time but no added fees and we picked fresh oranges for juice every morning. Highly recommend.
