Excellent hosts, great communication. Property is as pictured. Beautiful house & neighborhood! House was extremely clean & very well stocked. We paid rec center fee used all the amenities numerous times, met alot of great people! Outdoor patio is made for a dog, ours loved it. The only thing we missed & its minor were areas for 4 adults to gather & visit/entertain in. Dining rm was the only area that comfortably sat 4. Overall 5 stars, enhancing areas (living rm, porch, patio) to accomdate 4 adults would make it a 5+!

Everybody in the neighborhood and in adjoining neighborhoods were our same age demographic and were so nice and conversive, helping us to find anything and direct us to whatever feature we needed to find. We need to live here.

My wife and I decided to get away from the cold weather of winter in Wisconsin. This house was absolutely perfect. The home is well-maintained and stocked with everything we needed for a our stay. We enjoyed grilling almost every evening. When we weren’t grilling out we found a wide assortment of nice restaurants within a 10 minute drive. The activity centers offer just about any activity you can think of and some that you don’t Jeanne and Charlie were great hosts help insuring that we had a great stay. We are looking to come to Sun City West again and hope we can stay here again. Cheryl & Mike Brooks

This was our first trip to Arizona and this house was a PERFECT base for us to explore Arizona. We thoroughly enjoyed everything from a side trip to Sedona and the Grand Canyon to the Musical Instruments Museum and Hall of Flame Museum in Phoenix. (Highly recommend both) We hiked in the White Tank Mountains, enjoyed a couple musicals in Gilbert at Hale Theater, golfed, walked many miles around the beautiful neighborhood of Sun City West. Even went to Winslow to 'stand on the corner'. Jeanne and Charlie are fantastic hosts. Always just a text away to answer any and all questions. The house was furnished with everything you could possibly need - even bicycles! We cooked many meals at the house, but also enjoyed local restaurants, including the Wednesday fish fry at Crooked Putter, breakfast at Memo's Bistro (both within Sun City West). Saw a local live production at Sun City West's Ghostlight Theater. Even were able to catch a Coyote's NHL Hockey game! We'd stay here again in a heartbeat!

Our family needed short term stay until we closed on our house. The hosts were very accommodating and easy to work with. Although I didn't get a chance to meet them due to my schedule, we spoke via text. Very pleasant and would definitely recommend this cozy spot!

The property was everything as it was advertised. It was very clean and well stocked. Nothing was forgotten. Jeanne was very helpful with items needed for a work remotely situation and a visiting toddler. The beds were comfortable. We hated to see our month come to an end and hope to stay with Jeanne and Charlie again.

Jeanne and Charlie are just the nicest and most easy going folks ever! This house has so many little conveniences like grab bars in the shower and skylights to let in the sun without the heat. Awesome experience.

Even better than I anticipated. I didn't want to leave! This property is super clean and well-maintained. All of the comforts of home and maybe some extras. I particularly enjoyed the new refrigerator with filtered water and ice and an occasional bike ride on the cute pink bike. I highly recommend this unit.

We were very comfortable at this home. It had everything we needed for a three week stay. The house was extremely clean. Jeanne was quick to respond when I had questions. I would highly recommend this property to anyone!

Rented the home for two weeks. Property was in excellent condition and very comfortable. Good location with everything you needed within a few miles. Owners were great as well.

Charlie and Jeanne were the most accommodating landlords we have ever dealt with. The house and kitchen were stocked better than any place we have previously rented. It was a perfect “home away from home”. We truly enjoyed walking and biking (which Charlie and Jeanne purchased) the neighborhood and observing the amazing changes and beauty in the desert landscapes and the citrus tree blossom smells. Even with so many activities shut down because of the Covid-19 virus, we were still able to enjoy the beautiful March weather. The short drive to Lake Pleasant was also a great place to get outside and stay a good distance away from others.

Great location, quick access to the 303. Very quiet neighborhood, private yard and enclosed patio. Loved the house with two bathrooms and two bedrooms. Golf, hiking, site seeing and lots of shopping near by. First choice for next stay in Arizona.
