This was a very nice condo on the river and within close proximity for walking or driving to downtown Nashville. Comfortable beds and relaxing atmosphere. Only negatives were the construction in the area, the loud toilet and dishwasher and the coffee pot needs to be replaced or descaled. The neighbors above were loud at night wisteppioud at

This was the perfect location for a trip to Nashville with my Husband. Just the right amount of space, close to downtown but far enough away that it was quiet. The river was nice and peaceful. Will definitely stay here again!

My friend and I took a girls trip to Nashville for a few days. The property was great, the manager was so communicative, and the checkin/checkout process was easy. The only two down sides were 1. The upstairs neighbors were SOOOO loud in the middle of the night. I did have to reach out to the property manager because there is onsite security. 2. The walk to broadway is easy, however, you do walk through one homeless encampments. We weren’t bothered, but it was slightly intimidating. So, overall, it was great and I would stay again!

Enjoyed the whole time in Nashville and the accommodations of the condo. The only negative thing is the upstairs tenant was clomping in boots at late hours which sounded like construction work was being performed. Friday and Saturday night.

Very nice clean condo. Perfect location to Broadway where all the action is but far enough away to have a relaxing stay. My daughter graduated East Tennessee State University and we decided to come to celebrate in Nashville. Highly recommend this place to stay.

The property was nice and clean. Very much as expected. The only issue was the Keurig coffee maker needs replacing. Would only make like 1/4 cup on any setting.
We were able to walk to music row during the day. Very nice walk ways to all the bars.

Convenient walking distance to Broadway, Germantown, Sounds baseball field and Bicentennial park. Ground floor unit easy access. If you stay the weekend bring earplugs to help dampen the upper unit floor noise at night.

River views and fireplace gives a casual cozy feeling. Stay was great overall. Close to German town, baseball field, bicentennial park and Broadway. Free parking was a huge plus. Bring earplugs if your stay is over the weekend, you may need them for the noise of the unit above.

My wife and I enjoyed the location, great view of the river, the birds and squirrels that visited the trees just off our deck, and the easy parking. The condo was clean and well appointed, and overall offered a very good value! It was also only about a mile from all the major downtown sites so we really didnt need a car,

Love staying in this complex. Very close to lower Broadway (about a 15 minute walk). Overall nice unit. Had some issues with the door lock, but their service people got it resolved. Only problem, and it’s a problem with every unit in this complex. There is no insulation between floors. You can hear everything above you from walking to moving chairs to nighttime activity. Third floor is the best floor to stay on.

The apartment was smaller than I thought which is to be expected. They were kind enough to give us a list of inquiries we had around the city. Be very careful, when we got back home the bathroom was locked, we were told they are old doors that can lock themselves. Staff was helpful with opening it after prompting us to try to use a credit card to shim the lock. They did come out to help us which I appreciate.

Workout center for the apartment is not well equipped
This unit is under the stairway so you get a little noise from the stairs.

The people in the unit above us kept us up until 2:30 AM. Must be no insulation between the units. We also had no internet so no tv. Wallpaper is peeling off the wall 3 hangers in the closet. Good parking good location, nice patio and view.

It was perfect! The sleeper sofa was amazingly comfortable! Speaking as a 67 year old I would have felt better with a shower mat in the tub, or a grab bar....
Other than that, it was a wonderful vacation.

Close enough walk to downtown area, quiet, and lovely view on the cozy back patio. Only the very basics provided in the kitchen, so anything beyond basic cooking would be a struggle. Place is coz, comfortable, and updated decor. It was the perfect set up for us to explore the downtown life.

The apartment was a good size for 2 people. It was adequately supplied. It was a little short on storage space, and more hangers would have been useful.
We really liked the location. It was away from the hustle and bustle, yet a short walk to downtown, the capitol and Germantown. The view of the Cumberland River was very nice.

This place was super cute! Even better than the photos. Also, super close to downtown, but tucked away in a quiet little pocket so you feel safe and secluded. The bed was comfortable, the place was clean and had everything we needed. I'd stay again!

We really loved the place. It was so cutely decorated and he had everything we needed. We could not find the TV remote for the TV in the bedroom, but they quickly resolve the issue the next morning. We also had an issue with flying bugs, but we think it was because we were going in and out a lot in the evening through the screen door. We love sitting on the deck near the river in the pool was amazing. The location is easy to walk to Broadway and printers Alley. It was actually an easier walk then drive because of all the construction. We liked being between Germantown and Broadway was a perfect location for us.

Very nice apartment. A mile walk to Broadway or short Uber ride or drive. The covered parking area is very nice! Overall this was a very nice place to stay for a long weekend. Only downside is lots of construction going on around the complex.

Over all I felt the stay was very nice. Walk was little far due to construction that we didnt know was taking place. Also there were a few days of construction in the condo above us. It was very loud . And at one point we went to use our bathroom and they were banging on the floor upstairs so hard the crew cracked our ceiling. We had drywall on the toilet, floor and sink.

We had a great time in Nashville. We walked to downtown twice. It wasn’t too far and we always felt save. Enjoyed the Grand ole Opry, the Country Music Hall of Fame and the Johnny Cash museum! Good food and good times made for a great 41st Anniversary trip for us!
