This condo is really nice. 8 adults stayed for 3 nights. It was roomy & well equipped. The back deck facing the lake was our favorite gathering spot. Beds were comfortable & linens clean & fresh. The pool was very nice. Warm & lots of places to sit or lay in the sun.- downside: although the floors looked clean, when we went barefoot our feet turned black so they hadn’t been mopped in quite some time so we wore shoes in the condo. Also there was only one hand towel in the kitchen. Could have used a couple more.I would still recommend a stay here - very nice facility!

Everyone in Our group of 9 just loved the place!! The balcony overlooking the lake was just beautiful to watch sunrise and enjoy morning coffee!! The condo and property was clean and well maintained. The condo was stocked with all necessary supplies such as linens, towels, kitchen dishes, cups, etc. Convenient location to Miller Ferry, close to town, yet far enough away for some quiet time too. Heat pool very clean with plenty of lounge chairs. Our only comment would be to add a few hooks downstairs for hanging towels to dry... Otherwise We loved it!!!

The property was very difficult to find but when I called the main number several times the girl answering was very patient and helpful. The condo still has the new smell but I was surprised at the condition already. I'm sure these properties are a bear to maintain and keep fresh. The walls are already due to be freshened up. The upstairs bathroom trim already looks dingy and dirty. I knew going into that PIB is a party place and most people are likely disrespectful to the property. I wished there was more seating off the kitchen considering the condo sleeps 10. The property was very strict on noise level which was nice. The hallways and outside property was shockingly dark but I think this is due to mayflys. I would suggest bringing a flashlight to walk outside at night. The view is beautiful and the table and chairs outside is nice. Overall I would recommend this property to stay at and also rent your golf carts from.

We stayed here for a bachelorette party! All in all was a great place to stay, only a mile from all the bars and it was very convenient to be able to rent golf carts from there. There were some minor plumbing issues in our upstairs bathroom however it was fixed within a few hours. It was a great place to hold 7 girls!

We rented Waterfront Condo #110 but never got to use what should have been an amazing outdoor area. Upon arrival the deck was filthy and infested with spiders. They were everywhere. We called and after two inquiries someone came to clean the deck but not deal with the spiders. The condo also had spiders everywhere. We killed 10 in three days inside. Two of the three of us are terrified of spiders so it was disappointing especially for the money. The condo had spider webs in corners on fans and lights as well. Overall the condo was worn down and not clean. The shower curtain looked dirty. The coffee pot lid was half missing. The condo needs a refresh and if you are going to rent it out clean it right before. I’ve never said this in a review but I would not go back. This is too expensive to feel dirty and terrified the whole time.

Great Location and Property Amenities
This property was great for my family and inlaws. Having 3 bedrooms downstairs and our own bathroom allowed my inlaws to have their own space upstairs and the balcony over looking the lake was amazing. There were plenty of dishes for breakfast and condo was adequately appointed. Pool was nice to have in the afternoons and the condo was an easy 5 minute golf cart ride to downtown and many parks around the island. There was a coffee shop within a 5 minute walk which was nice also!

The condo was nice and clean. The only thing I would say is there was not enough cooking utensils or pots and pans. So if you plan on cooking you might want to bring things like that. But ask for the condo it was clean there was bedding and towels, And it had a great view. The pool was really clean as well.

Great balcony views and size and a great place to gather for meals while having full on perfect view of lake. AC temp worked perfectly. When needed cookware or anything we could call and it was sent. Pool is nice and clean. Sunrise and sunset were beautiful on balcony.

We had no idea Put In Bay and the Island Club Rentals were such a great find! The water front condo's were perfect for our large group. We rented two units that were side by side-110 and 111. The view from these places is second to none-if you didn't know where you were, you would be convinced you were on the back of a cruise ship in the middle of the ocean. The units were spacious, well appointed and clean. The pool has a great atmosphere. Saturday tends to be a little more rowdy-less kid friendly. The other days are much more quiet and subdued. We had a blast and will be back!

Condo was great. Everything was what we expected. What we didn't expect was the elevator being down for the entire weekend. Glad I only had to do a few steps. Thankfully one of the staff was around he took it upon himself to take our suitcases and coolers up the steps he was very helpful. The wifi which was down on Friday was pretty annoying. The Lower lever rooms were very dark and 1 room did not have a bulb. Overall I would recommend your lace to others.

Disappointed in the overall experience at the Waterfront Condo. The layout of the unit was inconvenient for 4 couples. The 3 bedrooms downstairs had one bathroom to share. The stairs going down to these bedrooms were steep and the bedrooms did not have much light. The floors in the unit were dirty and if you walked around in your white socks the socks were quite black on the bottom. The parking was not adequate for the number of people staying at the condos.

Having never been to Put in Bay, I am happy with my choice of lodging--the brand new Put in Bay Condos.I highly recommend choosing a condo facing the lake. The location was perfect. The renovations were not complete. I would love to come back next summer and stay in the same place.

Clean bought the appliances did not work properly our $300 worth of groceries were threatened the entire time because the refrigerator did not get called the staff was not helpful and a bit rude but I’ve been was dirty causing me apartment to fill a smoke when we preheated it. Good location and nice apartment but we would not rent again for these reasons.

Our stay at the condos was great! We stayed with a large family during the week. The pool was clean & always a chair for us. The actual condo was very nice. The floors were a little sticky (which we saw on other reviews), but we just wore our flip flops. I wish a golf cart would have been included in the cost, but they made renting easy. We would (and hope to) stay here again soon!

Great trip! A group of 8 of us(4 couples) stayed here at the end of September. We had a terrific time! It was peaceful at the condo and quiet. A little bit fatter than we thought we'd be from downtown, but a cheap $3 ride from Coconut got us where we needed when we didn't have a golf cart. This place was brand new so some finishing touches were still being made to the unit( screwdrivers and unfinished sockets, no end tables in the bed rooms). But it didn't affect our stay. They were super friendly when we called with questions, the unit was beautiful! LOVED the patio with the table and chairs. Perfect for drinks and games. Great time!!!

Very clean and spacious. More spacious than the pictures looked. Lovely view and deck. The only suggestions I would make would be to have dressers in the bedrooms. Also the deck was so great it would be great to have it fixed so it didn't rain on it. Everything else was great. The refrigerator was great with ice maker.

Celebrated my 60th birthday during a long weekend in Put in Bay. This condo was the perfect location and had plenty of room for family and friends to join the fun. We had 8 people staying in the condo and never felt cramped in the common area, which had a gorgeous view of Lake Erie. The kitchen had full sized appliances and the two bathrooms had duel sinks and plenty of space. Our golf carts rentals were delivered on arrival. I would highly recommend the Put in Bay Condos for groups; in the long run it is the most economical way to stay on the island for a weekend.

Our condo was pool-side which was perfect for our every day use. The kitchen was stocked with most amenities needed and loved having the grills so close by. Inside provided comfortable furniture and loved having washer/dryer available. Quiet during the week but loud and fun-filled at the pool once the weekend came around. All guests were social and ready to have fun. No need to go into town until much later for the nightlife. Staff was friendly and quickly addressed any concerns we had.
