Had to wait 45 minutes for one on move-out day, 20+ on mornings and evenings. The unit was good, but the HVAC was terrible. Two units and two thermostats and we couldn't figure out which one controlled what area! The living space would be warm (balcony doors closed) and the bedrooms would be freezing. Also, glass table tops are not a good idea for families with small children. We couldn't find a remote for the living area TV that would control both the volume and channels, so had to go back and forth with two different remotes. Everything looked nice though.

Phoenix West II was AMAZING!!!!

We had an amazing stay! The host was always available to answer questions and the check in process was very convenient and easy. The only issue we had was the construction on the parking deck. The entrance was used for two lane traffic since the exit was closed for construction. Orange Cones were placed to separate the exit/entrance. When Coming out of the parking deck, while trying to avoid all the orange cones that separated the “make shift lanes” my daughter hit the wall. My car has a huge scratch all the way down the right side. When I went down to take photos for insurance purposes, the cones were moved and a cone placed by the wall as warning. The cones needed to be there but with proper spacing for larger trucks and SUV’s to be able to swing out to a avoid the wall. I’m Definitely not happy about this. When we arrived we had to use the exit for the entrance /exit as well. At some point one side or the other was closed off. Although fun, It will be a very expensive stay.

And thank goodness because the two sofa beds were so thin and gross that they wouldn’t have been able to sleep on them. Please market this unit as sleeping 8 not 12. Every thing in this condo was good overall. The view is magnificent. There are several places to sit. There was some crumbs on the floor and sand (understandable) so maybe could have been cleaned a little better.

My biggest concern with this location was the elevator problem which is why I gave my overall stay a 4 star. Only 6 elevators to the complex and during peak times you can wait up to hour for an elevator.

Some answers to my questions before I arrived...
All bedrooms only have a Oceanview, no balconies. Master Bedroom had a jet tube with double shower. The queen Bedroom had a tub shower combo. One king bedroom had a tub shower combo and the other had a shower only.

I would stay here again. Although, I would not stay on the upper floors due to the elevator problem.

Location was good and has a great view from the 28th floor. Wish there had been pillow cases for extra pillows since most are very flat. Wish there was more supervision in lazy river. People floating in very large floats that keep others from floating, and people vaping in river. Overall the stay was great.

Beautifully laid out unit with perfect location and view. However, furniture is quite dirty and stained needing a thorough cleaning or replacement. Kitchen utensils numerous but very worn and need replacement.

The property was clean and well taken care of. Sad that some of the outside amenities were closed, but nothing we couldn't live without. We loved time on the beach, at the pool, went to The Factory on a rainy/stormy day, ate at famous LuLu's, hit the outlets, and even spent some time at Fat Daddy's Arcade. I would HIGHLY recommend this property and location. We would go back in a heartbeat!!!

Overall, our family was pleased with these accommodations. We had six adults and three children with us. There was plenty of space for all of us. The views from our unitwere exceptional. We were disappointed that construction was underway at the time and some of the amenities were closed off. I.e. barbecue grills and some of the play areas. There was plenty to do for all of us, nevertheless. One of the only challenges of staying there was periodic long waits for the elevator. Otherwise , everybody in our party appreciated this location.

The bedspreads were cheap and looked several years old. The tons of painted palm trees on the walls were a bit much. But, we did have a wonderful time. My daughter did say that the other condos she went in were much nicer.

Our group was very happy with this condo. Having a bathroom in every room and the very large open living area was our favorite parts.

Countertops looked clean(granite color hides the stuff that was stuck to it) but when you ran cloth over it you could feel the sticky stuff.

Over all great experience! We were able to watch mana rays and dolphins from our balcony. Only thing I felt was not accurate was every room had a balcony. We were under the impression we could go out on our own balcony but you couldn’t but overall it was a great, clean condo and we had a great time.

Great communication with property manager. Unfortunately we were not able to get into condo on time. Ended up being 2 hours past check in time given. We were compensated so that was nice. Loved 28th floor views! Condo was spacious. There are 4 beds and we all agreed that it’s time to update mattresses. Also for the price the owners should update patio furniture. Only one lounger and one Of the 8 chairs is broken. The ceiling fan needs replaced in bathroom of bedroom 3, counting from master toward kitchen. Toaster needs replaced, it started only toasting one side at a time. And no, we made sure it wasn’t set on bagels. 😁

Beautiful will be back the only thing ceiling fans were dirty

The check-in process was quick and easy. This condo is on the 28th floor which is great for the view. We only had to wait twice for a significant amt of time for the elevators. It’s a great corner unit but we were bummed the sunsets weren't over the water. The bar area could use some love. There was no muddler to make drinks and the glass shelves weren’t dusted. The ice maker was fabulous tho! Overall we had a great time and i’d recommend this unit for large groups - the patio is roomy. We had a couple rainy days and we’re able to enjoy time on the patio.

Many of the steak knives were rusted in a dirty crumb filled drawer. There weren’t any large pots... they did bring us some after I emailed. No chopping knives... just steak knives. The condo is way too large for the size pool. The pool and lazy river were VERY CROWED. Some days there weren’t any open areas in the lazy river and size of the regular pool is so small for a huge condo building. The elevator situation for check in day was terrible. There are only 6 elevators for the entire building. The linens and bedding are very cheap. For the amount of money we spend I felt like it should have had nicer amenities in the condo. We have stayed 10 minutes from there in a different condo building that was less money and WAY nicer.

The condo was as advertised! We had a wonderful family vacation.
