We had a delightful time during our Colorado Springs trip. The house was perfect. The owners went above and beyond to add joy to our trip. The house has breathtaking views of the city. We enjoyed our nightly visits with the deer living in the area. It was a perfect weekend.

The property is centrally located so that all the great attractions are within a 2 to 3 hour drive. Most are within 30 minutes. Loved having the deer pay us a visit every morning. And being from Florida we appreciated the cooler air!

Beautiful home in a perfect location for a Colorado Springs trip. Very close to Garden of the Gods and within 20 minutes of North Cheyenne Canyon where we enjoy hiking and 20 minutes from USAFA. We enjoyed sitting on the back porch and taking in the evening views of Colorado Springs as well as taking walks around the area. The owners were excellent with communication before and during our stay. Highly recommended.

We stayed at property 2 years ago over Labor Day Weekend (Parents weekend at USAFA). We knew then we wanted to stay again for our cadet’s graduation week.
The hosts Joan & Bryan are always gracious and on point.
This time we also rented the apartment because we had a larger group.
Everything was perfect and they even did some extra things for our USAFA graduation.
The house has everything you need both in furnishings and beauty to have a great time. Our only regret is our cadet graduated and we don’t know when we will be back in Colorado Springs.

Well appointed home that had a castle-like theme with a turret, painted in a Princess theme with a round table in center of turret. My 5 year old granddaughter fully appreciated. There was an on-site observatory built that the host more than happily gave tours. Accommodations were plentiful for my group of 9 that include three kids! Conveniently located to area sight seeing venues and of course, the mall for the shoppers in my group! The hosts checked in several times during our six day stay to ensure all was well! We rented this beautiful home to accommodate our friends and family for graduation week. Joan and Bryan are amazing hosts that thought of every little detail to make our stay pleasant and flawless. Thank you for making our stay so memorable! We couldn’t have booked a more ideal home.

We had such a great time! This property was even better than the pictures presented, and was the best equipped property we have stayed at, everything we needed! Views were amazing and we were lucky enough to be able to tour the observatory. Overall just a wonderful stay at a beautiful location.

We loved the house. It was a great size for the 8 of us. Sitting on the deck was one of our favorite things. It was in a good location. The property managers were excellent. We would definitely stay again.

This is a very nice property but it was very awkward to have the home owners upstairs with an adjoining door in the game room. The observatory in the posting is very misleading because you actually don’t have access to a telescope as its all digitally accessed by the property owners. They were very nice but being told quiet tome is 10:00 pm is like a curfew given by from your patients not VRBO owners. Very odds . When you are on vacation it’s really not appropriate.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! We woke up to deer right outside our door every morning with fabulous morning and night views. The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay and the hosts were very nice and welcoming. We will definitely stay here next time we are in town.

Not only did we stay at an amazing property, with a spectacular view included, Joan and Bryan were a complete delight! Their welcoming and tour through the observatory just added to the sheer perfection of our short stay to send my college Freshman off to tackle the world.
Getting to learn about their daughter, Heidi’s artwork and jewelry designs (look her up!) made it that much more wonderful. Such a delight!

My family stayed a week in this wonderful home. It is an amazing property up in the foothills of Colorado Springs. The hosts were very gracious and helpful. We even got a tour of the observatory one night. We walked to the Flying W Ranch which is just around the corner one evening. I'm from the flatlands of central Illinois and running up and down the foothills was a totally different experience, especially at 7,100 feet. There is tons to do and see and the views from the house are incredible. This one of our favorite vacations of all time.

Great location, great scenery, Joan and Bryan are super hosts. Some of our family stayed here for our sons wedding at The Garden of the Gods. The location of their home could not have been better. Close enough for anything we needed and Joan and Bryan were very helpful with any questions we had. The weather cooperated and as mentioned in other reviews the deer in the area are very friendly. If we are ever out there again we will not hesitate to stay there again.Thank you Joan and Bryan for a fun stay. Jim, Cindy, Adam and Elijah.

We enjoyed out time in the basement of this lovely home. Despite a few hiccups along the way, it was enjoyable and the hosts were there to take care of our every need.
