Property was as described, close proximity to 5th Ave and Lowdermilk Beach. First time renting a VRBO and it was seamless. Excellent directions for everything and owner was highly communicative, replied quickly to questions I had. I will stay there again and highly recommend!

This condo is in a great location and well equipped. A nice walk to restaurants and sightseeing. Mike was helpful and responded to our questions immediately. My wife and I had a great time. I would recommend this condo and plan on going back in the near future. Barry & Jennifer Moynihan

Looking to reset vacation travel post 2020 Pandemic, wanted to kick off Spring with great sunsets, warm breezes, pool, sun, palms. Property sits 2 miles to the Naples Pier and it is a perfect morning run distance or afternoon bike ride passing marinas and restaurants. Unit is stocked nicely for staples, towels, utensils, linens with relaxing screened-in balcony.

This place was Perfect for Us . Great place for a couple or a small family . Location was close to everything , you can walk to just about all places. Clean, great view, great communication with owner . Great pool , well equipped I can not say enough . I highly recommend this place . Mike thanks for the weather too . John

Perfect location and perfect accommodations for my wife and I. I was at a conference every morning from eight till noon and my wife went for a walk through downtown. Would highly recommend this property andbthe property manager is very accessible.

This 1 bedroom condo is in a nice development. The buildings are very clean and well maintained. There are a lot of nice and friendly residents here. It is in a quiet and convenient location and only a 10 minute walk to all of the stores and restaurants downtown

The property and location was perfect for us. We were able to walk to most of the places we like to go in Old Naples. The condo was well equipped with everything we needed. Very clean, newly updated and the view from the screened balcony was great. The complex was quiet and the other residents on the property were very nice. The owner was very accommodating and easy to get to if we needed anything. I would definitely recommend this property.

This is the second year we rented from this condo. The weather was amazing, the view from the deck area at the condo was spectacular, love watching the boats and yachts in the bay. Mike, the owner was very available by phone and text. Condo was clean, very comfortable, Kitchen well equipped. The pool was great, Neighbors very friendly. We will definitely stay again.

Great views, and location was excellent! Very easy to get every wear. We could walk downtown, and over to Bayfront! Condo had everything we needed, and the kitchen in particular, looks brand new! Would go back for sure!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Michael's condo. It was very clean and had all the amenities of a comfortable home. Michael was very helpful when we needed assistance with the living room tv! He called to let us know how to resolve the problem! The lenai was a delight to sit in everyday. The view of the Gordon River was lovely. We were able to see the Yacht Club's activities from the lenai. The Beau Mer complex was clean, the pool and hot tub were a delight! We found the people to be quite friendly whether they were guests for 3-4 months or 1 week vacationers. The last week in March we found there were many planes flying over the complex. We had to get used to the fact that the area was in a flight plan but that did not ruin our very enjoyable stay. I would recommend Michael's condo for its excellent condition as well as for the excellent location to downtown Naples. We are looking forward to returning to Beau Mer!

My husband and I had a awesome time at this fully equipped condo, our vacation stay was the best. We loved the area close to restaurants, able to take walks to Naples Piers, love sitting out on screen in area off living room, the view of the Bay was beautiful. Mike our host was very attentive and responded back very quickly to phone text. I would definitely stay at this condo again. The condo complex was very well maintained, relaxing place to stay.

The condo was very well equipped with everything you could need. Mike always responded immediately to any questions we had. The apartment complex itself is very basic, nothing fancy. My main disappointment was learning there is no washer/dryer in the unit itself, but there are laundry facilities in the building. Be sure to have quarters handy. Overall we had a very enjoyable stay and would come back again.

Our recent stay at this property in Naples, Florida was excellent. The condo was perfect for the two of us and was nicely decorated and clean. The convenience of having all necessities fully stocked when we walked in the door made this feel more like our home away from home! Also, we appreciated knowing that Mike, the owner, would respond quickly if anything was needed. It was great that the parking area had a 'guest' parking spot that allowed our friends to visit for a few hours. We've stayed in this area of Naples for many years and we hope to be considered for rental of this property in future!

The property was in a very desirable location! We were pleased with the condo with a couple small exceptions. It's listed as having a "daybed that converts to a king". Not being familiar with this, be warned that it is impossible to actually use as a king:( The part that is to be raised to make it a king kept pushing apart when we tried to use it. Please, just consider it a queen bed condo with a trundle. The other issue...you may not bring a truck to park on the property. Condo comes with one assigned parking spot. We drove 1700 miles in our brand new truck, parked in the designated spot, and were told it would be towed. SUVS, very old model cars, and even suburbans are allowed. Just NO TRUCKS. We were able to park on the street without incident, but be warned. We would have brought a car, had we known:)

One of the best apartments we have ever stayed in. The best thing I can say is that we also rent out apartments and this is one of the very few we have ever stayed at that has many of the sorts of little touches that we like to leave our guests. It shows the apartment is more of a home than a rental business. Many of the things may seem minor in themselves, such as a wiper for the shower; a set of herbs/ spices/ coffee/ etc; plenty of beach/pool towels; record-able TV. But the total effect is you feel like you're staying in a home from home. The apartment itself is large, has a nice balcony, comfortable furniture. The pool area is large with plenty of sun beds, a bbq area etc. The neighbours were friendly, there was even a pre superbowl party at the poo while we were there. Take plenty of quarters for the laundry (3.50 minimum for wash and dry). The location is great. Quiet area, great view of river/ yacht club etc (even saw a dolphin in the river). Maybe 5 mins walk to Tin City, 10 start of to 5th Avenue and 20/30 to beach- a great place to explore Naples. We don't eat out a lot but can recommend Pinchers in Tin City (just watch out for the half price margueritas...) and the Miccosukee restaurant near shark valley in the Everglades. Both The Brick and 5th Av cafe were nice.

Michael is a very good host. The kitchen is great, the view o fit bay is nice and you can walk to 30 places to eat.. The bed is comfortable and there is a second bed in the master if needed. You will love it here, Tim Taylor

We just returned home from our month stay at this condo. Much to our surprise, it had been redone from the time I rented it. Everything is as picture, clean, and perfect. Thanks for a great condo stay.

The owners of this property were very prompt and accommodating in replying to all my emails regarding staying there. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed, including a nice view. It came with an assigned parking spot. The pool was very nice. The location of the condo was the best. We could walk everywhere. The beach was 1.5 miles away. Tin City was about a 1/4 mile away. The 5th Ave. shops were a half mile away. We will definitely stay here again.
