This house was perfect for our family. It was exceptionally clean and well equipped. From the kitchen to the beach supplies to the children’s things (high chair, pool toys). Location was also great, we loved the Mauna Lani beach club and walking around the fish ponds, we both walked and drove to that area. It was also a short drive to Puako, Mauna Kea beach and Waikoloa, all places we like to explore. The pool was right outside the condo and was perfect for the kids. This was really a perfect property for our needs.

This was a great property and a wonderful host family. Excellent communication with the host. Excellent amenities at this property. Excellent local support. We locked ourselves out and the local host had us in in 5 minutes. Very prompt service locally and by the property owner. They had everything available to go to the beach: chairs, umbrellas, towels, boards, etc. Just a great overall experience.

We thoroughly enjoyed our time on the Big Island and ending our Christmas trip at this Fantastic villa was extra special! We were greeted with a lovely Christmas Gift from host Karen upon arriving and used it throughout our trip. Excellent location, clean, comfortable and great extras come with this property!

We came together for a family pre-Christmas vaca. Had an absolutely fabulous time together. Didn’t watch tv or stare at our devices. We swam, talked, laughed, at WAY too much, and just enjoyed the time together. The condo accommodated us perfectly and was easy to use. Our only issue was that we could not get the ice maker to make ice… so we just bought bags at the grocery. Thanks for letting us share you island home.

We found the condo to be everything that we needed for a great vacation. The accommodations were as advertised, and fully met our expectations. The kitchen had all the tools for us to cook our fresh caught mahi mahi. Being close to the pool and having a somewhat private beach with good snorkeling was a plus. We will not hesitate to recommend this condo and will use it next time

First off this house is beautiful. The view is easily one of the best out of the entire community. Everything in this home is high end and it is obivous no short cuts were taken. The community pools was lovely and we enjoyed it thoroughly. The house was stocked better than any other home we have ever rented. They had everything you would need for the beach as well as anything you could possibly need during your stay. We did rent an electric golf cart. We should of shared this with the owner beforehand as we did not have access to their garage...I didn't realize that was going to be the case...so it was a little tricky to charge the golf cart since there was not an outlet close enough to the street to charge it. The grounds people ended up helping us out so we could charge it at the pool house nightly. We would definitely come back. We had a great time, and the house was perfect!!

We stayed at this place for 14 days. Great condo with all the amenities and beach gear needed. Karen was great to work with and was very responsive. We were very comfortable!!

This house provided EVERYTHING that we needed to guarantee an amazing stay on the island! It was absolutely spotless, the kitchen was well equipped with everything we could possibly need, linens and furniture were comfortable, communication with the owner as well as Bennet, the concierge, was excellent. We enjoyed having access to the Mauna Lani beach and went there every evening after our sightseeing for the day, and watched the sunset each evening. There was a closet full of all the things we needed to take to the beach - coolers, beach chairs, beach towels, snorkeling equipment and boogie boards. Honestly, in all our years of traveling and staying with VRBO rentals, this one provided the most for our reservation. I truly hope to return to the big island one day and that the Millers will allow us to stay in their beautiful home again. Majalo!

Wish we could’ve stayed longer at this beautiful home. Lots of room to spread out. A well-equipped kitchen; we ate dinner out on the lanai most nights. Pool and beach. We really appreciated the towels, cooler and those frozen blocks to keep things cold. We only had one issue: the internet never worked. This meant we had to drive to the nearest Starbucks to hang out while my son got some work done.

We had a great stay at this Golf Villa in Mauna Lani. The fantastic secluded pool and hot tub are just a few steps from the font door. The private beach is a short 5 min drive. Shops, restaurants, and grocery options are all nearby at either Mauna Lani or Waikoloa. The property itself and surrounding grounds are impeccably kept, the villa is very nice with modern appliances, stocked with everything a group or family would need for a comfortable stay. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay with 3 adults and 3 teenagers.

This property was well equipped and met every need for our week in Hawaii. There were plenty of comfortable beds for our party of eight, the appliances and BBQ grill were awesome, and the location was fantastic. The Mauna Lani Beach pass was appreciated because we could park close to the beach and had access to the chairs and cabanas there. The beach supply closet under the stairs had everything from towels, umbrellas, and chairs to coolers, body surfboards, and balls. The kitchen not only had pots and large bowls, but also spices, ziplock bags, and storage containers. It was a comfortable home base for our group. If I complain about anything, it’s only two minor things that I can look past: meeting with Bennett upon arrival was awkward and unnecessary, and the shower heads in the master bathroom were not my favorite. Otherwise, this place was absolutely ideal!

This was a great place to spend several days as a family. Beautiful location, well furnished and equipped. Quiet, relaxing and convenient for exploring the island. Great kitchen and very comfortable beds and furniture. We would recommend without reservation and hope to return again.

This was a great rental with all the thoughtful accouterments for a perfect stay. We stayed for a week and enjoyed cooking in the fully supplied kitchen, going to the beautiful nearby private beach club, swimming in the lovely, clean pool just across the street and relaxing on the lanai. The house was clean and accommodating. The concierge, Bennett, was an amazing resource for local information and recommendations, he was very responsive when we had questions, helpful, kind and thoroughly enjoyable. We would stay again.

We had a really nice time at this condo. We liked how spacious it is and it is in very good condition. There are a number of beach accessories for guest use which came in handy. The kitchen had plenty of items for cooking and the beds were comfortable. The beach club area is a bit crowded during the holiday time, but there are other very nice beaches within easy driving distance.

Beautiful home with wonderful amenities, lots of cooking supplies, well outfitted with essential items throughout the house, pool access, and loved the Mauna Lani Beach and snorkeling. Will definitely come back! Karen was awesome in answering our questions and has an amazing home.

We just stated this property for a week. This house was perfect for 2 families with 3 kids. The grounds are beautiful and the pool was one of my favorites that I've stayed at. We really appreciated the house being fully stocked with kitchen supplies and extras like salt and pepper and oil. Even the bathrooms had extras in case you forgot something. Plenty of fun beach beach toys, snorkel gear and chairs. Having access to the private beach club was a highlight and some of the best snorkling I've done. Karen and her team were easy to work with and we would definitely rent with them again!

Our family of 4 had an amazing time! This condo is in a great location. It’s clean and included everything you would need. Felt just like we were at home. Bennett was great getting us checked in and Karen was very helpful as well. Would stay again for sure.

We enjoyed our stay! From the moment we checked in, we had a concierge there to welcome us and help us throughout our stay. This condo had everything to make our stay feel like we were home. Family of four -15, 19 and parents. We really appreciated all the property provided. Outdoor space was well used. Very clean, organized, good quality appliances, furniture, dishes, etc. all really helped make it feel homey and welcoming. We’d stay here again for sure.

Words can not describe this property. It is stunning. Set in an amazing location, the property itself is wonderful. Very clean and well maintained, with everything a family of five could want and more. Karen was responsive throughout the booking process and we were met by Nancy who looks after the property who spent a good deal of time with us explaining how everything worked and suggesting things to do and places to go. We have stayed in many properties all over the world, but without a doubt, this has been the best.

Access to the beach club is a major plus, but we really enjoyed the proximity to the black sand beach as well. Karen was quick to reply any time we had any inquiries. The villa was perfect for our family of 5. From the pictures we had visions of enjoying some quiet on the lanai off the master bedroom, but busy kids kept us from having much of that! We used the fans a lot and found that the fan was noisy in the master bedroom which I’m sure could be easily remedied. Another thing that we found personally objectionable was the video camera on the back patio. We felt that was intrusive. Just an FYI if case anybody else would care about such a thing.
