Our 4th year on the property and another great vacation! Property is part of a small condo unit that sits directly on the ocean and is just steps from the beach. Master bedroom has walk out deck that looks directly on the ocean and beach. Property has all the amenities including a heated pool area needed to have an enjoyable vacation. Property is in a quiet area that is still close to all the action. Shari the owner is very accessible and takes great care in making sure your stay is a good one. We enjoy the property and area so much that we continue to come back every year!

As advertised and shown in photos...top-notch condition, great beds, incredible location, simply the best place we've ever stayed in almost 30 years of VRBO rentals. Sunsets there are breathtaking, the beach isn't crowded and the folks we met around the pool from the other units were wonderful. Shari is what you want in an owner and helped us through rebooking when COVID forced a postponement of our original booking for 2020. She is forthcoming, honest, responsive and helpful. We'd give it 10 stars if we could!

The owner was easily accessible and extremely friendly and took care of anything that came up immediately. The location is absolutely perfect. Crowded north and south but less people right there. Centrally located to the Clearwater st Pete’s areas. I would definitely rent again. I would ask for screens on doors and a air conditioner that turns off immediately upon opening doors.

We are a seasoned traveling family of mom, dad, two kids, and grandmother. We love the area. It is very low key with nearby options to have an adventure, shop, or eat. The home doesn't look impressive at first glance from the road but as soon as you walk inside the beach and beautiful ocean is all you see! It is a very comfortable and very clean home! Same goes for the warm, jetted pool Not! Not a speck of dirt or grim. It is far from a run down rental, and is more of a well-loved home. We had everything we needed and more. We enjoyed the comfy furniture, quilts, and plenty of beach towels. Although not listed, the owner let us use a great paddleboard, beach floating mat, beach toys, chairs, etc. It is amazing to walk directly onto the beach and not worry about packing everything...because you can easily walk back up in less than a minute to grab something or use the bathroom. You can't do that in a high rise condo without waiting on an elevator and masses of people. No thanks - We loved this place. The neighbors (other unit owners) were super nice!

Had a great trip to Belleaire Beach. Restful and restful and relaxing. The bank only on the second floor offered a stunning View!

Loved this cute little house on the beach! The two full bathrooms are in two of the bedrooms upstairs so anyone in the third bedroom has to go through one of the other bedrooms to use a shower. Just something to keep in mind with the size of your party. Awesome deck off of the master bedroom looking over the beach and a great spot for sunset!

The 2nd floor deck was worth the whole price of the rental. Owner was very responsive to al communications.

We came for a winter get away and it was perfect! The beach is the front yard and a pool in the back. The view is spectacular! Sunsets are amazing! The property is very clean and has all the amenities of home. There are beach towels and chairs to use for a perfect day on the beach. The property manager was great!

I loved walking right outside the patio door walking 20 feet and on the beach. And walk out the kitchen door walk 20 feet to the pool. I had the best of both worlds.

The views and location were amazing. The first day was interesting because a property maintenance guy showed up to replace light bulbs, change HVAC filter, and some other things? He said he was supposed to arrive 2.5 hours earlier (between renters) but traffic was terrible There were some other items that were minor such as multiple light switches that seemed to not turn anything on or off. We spent the majority of our time outside of the townhouse at the beach, pool, or exploring the area. The convenience of the beach being literally out the back door was the best part of the property.

A quiet retreat that is steps aways from the ocean with great views as well. We loved every minute of it and enjoyed the pool when we weren't on the beach. Plenty of space for the family to enjoy with great amenities to make the trip one to remember.

We had a wonderful time at this rental. The location and property were perfect for me and my 5 kids ages 6-17. The owner was very quick to respond to questions and was pleasant to work with. We will definitely consider this location again.

We had a wonderful time here. The home was very comfortable for 5 adults and 2 kids. We enjoyed the heated pool, and we were blown away by the closeness to the water. The pictures just can't do the view and accessibility to the water justice! The owner was SUPER accommodating and helpful.

I don’t have the right words to explain what a wonderful vacation rental this is. My family had the most amazing time!! The location is amazing and we saw dolphins every day while on the beach. The house is very clean and well maintained we will be going back again next year. I highly recommend this rental if you want to be at the ocean every day of your vacation. You only have a few steps and you are on a beautiful white sandy beach. Also a good location for restaurants and shopping as Clearwater is only minutes away.

You cannot beat the location of this rental. We loved the view and watching the pelicans dive for their food every morning. We loved being able to just walk out the door and being right on the water. The house itself was in need of some TLC. Some of the lighting didn’t work and some bedding was stained. Carpeting in a beach house didn’t seem very sanitary. The iron outdoor furniture was pretty corroded and we would’ve enjoyed some additional outdoor lighting in the back, so that we could enjoy sitting outside longer. Having said that, we enjoyed our stay regardless. Loved the location.

A wonderful place if you want a peaceful quiet location with beautiful sites of the ocean and beach. The property has plenty of space with great views of the ocean throughout the house and you are just steps away from the beach. The community pool was an added bonus that is shared with only 4 other units when we wanted to take a break from the beach. While you can enjoy the peace and quiet of the location, you are just minutes away from many activities in Clearwater Beach and other beach communities. The owner, Shari, was very accessible when we had questions and did everything possible to make this a wonderful trip. We have already booked for next year and look forward to coming back! My daughter, two grandchildren and I found this property to be perfect! We loved the layout, decor and amenities. Everything we needed from beach towels to the stacked washer and dryer were provided. My grandchildren loved the heated pool and ooed and ahhed when the water changed colors after dark. It even had jets! Parking was convenient. We would love to return for our Spring Break again next year. 🌴�❤️

Loved staying here, no complaints other than no wash cloths. If that’s my only complaint/ that’s an amazing stay. I’d stay here again!

We stayed in this 3BD/2.5BA for three weeks in October/November. It is an excellent location for getting away from the hustle, and the place has a laid back vibe that hearkens to old school Florida (I grew up in S. Fl) with tropical trees lining your entryway with a peak to the beach. I highly recommend for the long weekend or even a week with a family of four or less. It can accommodate more via pull out beds, but I would plan to spend a vast majority of your time outside.

We've stayed many places over the years but this is hands down our favorite. From the minute you enter the beach house you are met with cozy couches and an awesome view of the beach. It is stocked with comfy beds and tons of blankets, bath towels and beach towels. There are also plenty of dishes, pots, pans,and utensils. The laundry room is so convenient in the downstairs bath. We have little kids so being steps to the beach and the awesome heated pool is fantastic. We cooked out and also enjoyed many meals out as there are tons of things to choose from in any direction. There are numerous beach chairs and toys at your fingertips. The owner is fantastic. Is is very evident that she cares about the house and your experience while you are there. So excited to book another week next summer.

Our overall experience was good. The view was gorgeous and it was wonderful to be able to walk right out to the beach. The house could use a little attention. The closet door in the downstairs bathroom/laundry room was off its hinges, leaning against the wall. We noticed some mold around the air registers. The cookware utensils are a little worn. Several of the games are missing essential pieces and the movies are not in the cases. We called the owner and asked for help getting the main television downstairs to work. She wasn't familiar on what to do and said her husband would help us in the morning. We called and left a message the next day asking him to call when possible and never heard from him for the rest of the week. We didn't spend a lot of time watching television so we didn't want to go through a lot of hassle getting it to work but it would have been nice to use it at times. Overall the house was good, not great.

The location is perfect with a grass lawn leading through natural vegetation to the beach. We could sit at ground level in the yard, patio, or hammock, or on the second story balcony for a wider view. It is spectacular! The beach is great, and we enjoyed walking, wading and sand castles with the grandkids. Shari has outfitted the house with everything we could have wanted. The furnishings are beautiful and tasteful. The kitchen is very functional . There are games for all ages. We used the grill on the private deck nearly every day. There are toys and floats for the beach and the beautiful pool. Oh, and the pool is really warm even on those cooler days. There are two beach tent canopies available, and we used one every day. We had a baby and a 3 year old, and there were booster seats, a pack 'n play, and other needed equipment. The house is in a quiet area, but only a 10 minute drive from Clearwater, which has many activities. We were happy to just stay home on the beach except for a cruise on a pirate ship- a winner for our 3 year old grandson! Shari was very accessible when we had questions and did everything possible to make this a wonderful, memorable trip. Thank you!

Perfect beach location in a quiet neighbourhood. The house is old but well maintained and very cozy. Size worked well for us (4 adults + children) but good to know the bed in the small bedroom is a bit on the small side for two adults. We enjoyed our stay!

Our family stayed in april 2012. I hate it took me this long to get on to write a review. The house was beautiful, and we couldnt believe how close we were to the water. It was amazing. The house was cozy and so comfertable, I didn't want to leave. And the kids loved the pool just as much as the ocean so we had best of both worlds. I hope to come back to visit again sometime soon! The owners were so nice and helpful, easy to talk to. I deffinately recommend this property. Thank you so much for our wonderful experience and hope to stay again.

There just not words to describe this place. Everything was perfect. The home is nicely decorated, clean and well furnished. The upstairs deck is AH-MAZING! Sitting on the deck drinking coffee in the morning was the most relaxed I have been in a long time. The area is residential and not crowded with touristy shops. Super short drive up to Clearwater if you do want to partake in more tourist attractions. The owner, Shari, was wonderful and brought us out a crockpot that we asked for right away. Having the washer and dryer there was a big bonus. We had 3 families (6 adults and 8 kids) staying there and it was a little tight but totally doable. The bunk bedroom was a little small but it is a full over full bunk bed so it slept 4 kids comfortably. It was so much better than staying in a hi-rise condo. The beach is beautiful and private. The grassy area in back was long enough for my boys to play baseball and football. My 5yo celebrated his birthday on the beach with cupcakes and new friends (perfect in his opinion). We all did not want to leave when our trip was over. The place really feels like home. Thank you Shari for sharing your home with us and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend this place AND hope to stay here again. I don't know how anyone could stay here and not fall in love.

We just returned from a wonderful family vacation at Belleair Beach. The house was right on the beach with spectacular views of the Gulf! The surroundings were so peaceful, and we enjoyed our daily visits from the egret who lives there. The house was lovely, clean and had everything needed, including chairs and towels. The location was convenient for attending spring training games for the Phillies and Blue Jays, and there are lots of other things to do in the area. Shari, the owner, was very attentive. I would certainly recommend this house!

We have just completed one of the best vacations we have ever had at this Belleair Beach home. Words cannot do justice to the comfort of the home, the view of the Gulf from the patio, the furnishings and cleanliness of the rooms, the beautiful pool. It was so perfect that we will plan to return again and again. Enough can't be said of the owner who went out of her way to be responsive and helpful. Again, a joyful and satisfying home and vacation with many happy, lasting memories.

This past Christmas and New Years vacation at Belleair Beach was awesome! The Condo was very comfortable with 4 adults and 4 children and had everything you needed to enjoy the beach including towels and beach chairs. The kitchen is small but has granite countertops and all the tools to cook lots of food...which we did! The sunsets were breathtaking. The deck off the master was large and the bed was also very comfortable. The hammock between the palm trees was like living in a post card setting! We even made friends with some kind of small Herron/bird who came and visited us in the morning outside by our door! While we were there, we enjoyed a day at Busch Gardens, boating to Shell Island, a visit with Winter at the Clearwater Marina, relaxing by the pool, and long walks on the beach. We even managed to get away for a New Year's eve adult night! All in all, we loved our vacation!

We just returned from a wonderful Thanksgiving weekend at this property. Two families: 5 adults and 6 kids and we had room for everybody. The master bedroom is very spacious and the terrace is the perfect place to watch the sunset. The pictures are a good indication of what you may expect. We could be cooking @ the house and still watch the kids playing in the sand. We saw dolphins EVERY single day, no need to go the the Aquarium !. Everything was very clean and had enough beach towels for a troop. We really enjoyed our stay here and will sure come back, thank you Shari !

The townhouse was great. We couldn't believe how close the gulf was to the property. You have your own provate beach. It had fabulous gulf front views from either the downstairs patio or the very large deck off the master bedroom. The property was very clean, had plenty of towels, and even had beach chairs. The only thing we didn't like was the third bedroom. It has no windows and bunk beds. The other bad thing about this bedroom was that you had to walk through one of the other bedrooms to use a bathroom. Overall we would highly recommend this property and can't wait to use it for another girl's weekend. The owner was great to work with.

We just got home from staying at the house for a week yesterday :(. We absolutely love this house and are considering coming back every year. We had teens and children under ten. They all had a great time. Just about every other day, manatees would swim by and were close enough that people were in the water petting them! The house is very comfortable and the property manager was great. We will absolutely be visiting this house again.
