The condo was wonderfully decorated and the location was great. So enjoyed sitting on the balcony and listening to the sound. The view was excellent.

Everything about this process was so easy! From the booking to the communication with the host. They made sure everything was in place. The condo was being clean and had everything you needed. The view from the balcony and the beach was beautiful!! Can’t wait to return!! Didn’t want to leave.

Unit had everything we needed for 4 persons. Very comfortable beds, plenty of appliances, towels and tv for each room. Balcony is oversized with plenty of seating and incredible views. Location is easily accessible and plenty of restaurants in each direction. Host was very responsive and clear in communication. Check in and out was a breeze, would definitely recommend this unit and would return if in the area.

Great condo. Clean, well stocked and comfortable beds! Owners were very responsive and we even got to meet Rebekah Lots of fun at the beach. If we were any closer we would need a boat

My husband and I agreed that this is the best place we've ever stayed in Gulf Shores. Great communication (loved the app), perfect location and awesome beach views! Everything we needed was in the kitchen & living room. Loved the fireplace at night. Building and neighborhood felt very safe and lots of close restaurants & shops. Can't wait to come back!

We only came for one night and were passing through for a girl's shopping trip. Decided to bring the kiddos. Well, my favorite part was the decor and the balcony. Oceanside views and a fireplace. A slice of paradise. Hope I catch the same unit next year‼️ They thought of everything you needed even games for the kids.

Everything was perfect! The condo was very nice and will definitely be back to stay at the same location. The only thing I would change is the mattress. It is a lil wore out and may need a new one. One side you fall into a hole but other than that it was a wonderful stay.

Communication before and during our stay made the process so convenient. Property was beautiful and allowed us to have a perfect family vacation! We got up and watched the dolphins from the balcony, enjoyed the beach during the day and divided our evenings eating at gulf shore restaurants and cooking a family meal in the condo!

Our stay was amazing! We celebrated a 43-year friendship with a girls get away to rejuvenate and relax. The amenities made it easy for us to prepare meals with a festive presentation. The pictures are an honest reflection of the property. The cushions on the patio have seen better days but everything else was great! The host keeps communication open and timely. We had a small issue to arise upon arrival and it was taken care of immediately. I would definitely stay here again.

The unit and facilities are perfect. If you want to cook and eat in, check. If you want to eat out, check! The location is stellar and the views from the lanai are breathtaking, and you’re a short elevator ride and steps away from the beach. Watching the dolphins from the lanai and the lightning storms were a bonus. We didn’t want to leave, but we will be back. Rebekah was thorough and succinct on communications up to and after our visit. Some of the best restaurants and attractions are only a few miles away, and we were able to quench our new obsession of Pickleball at the Sportsplex which is only about ten miles away! Made our first trip to Gulf Shores enjoyable on our 25th Anniversary!!

Rebekah was very attentive to any questions I had before, during and after our visit. The condo is exactly like it was advertised. Right on the beach and the balcony was so nice to have coffee and see the water. It was spotless and decorated so cute! We will definitely look her up when we come back this way.

Good location in Gulf Shores. The view was wonderful. The condo was nicely decorated. Some of the furnishing are starting to show wear. The biggest disappointment was there were no items to use out at the beach. The only items to use were 2 very old beach chairs. With other VRBO's rentals we've been given beach chairs, umbrellas, bikes, and even kayaks to use from the owners. So just 2 old chairs was a disappointment. The condo and large shower did work very well for the one adult that uses a wheelchair, that was really nice. Over all nice stay.

Great Gulf view from balcony. Well maintained and very well equipped. Plenty of nice little extras in the unit. Quiet, secure and plenty of parking. Owners were great to work with and readily available to answer any questions. Unit was clean and tastefully decorated. Even has a Fender guitar on the wall for you musicians out there. Would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful place. Beach was gorgeous. Got to get in the water 2 days in December! First floor with pool was being reconstructed after hurricane so it was a little inconvenient but everything else was top notch.

The condo was very clean and decorated so nice. We loved the large balcony. While there, we had 2 nights in the upper 30's so we especially enjoyed the fireplace, too. The owner was always available and supplied the condo with everything we would need plus alot of extras. We hope to go again soon!

We do not have enough great things to say about Island Royale 1102 "Coastal Retreat". It is just that, a coastal retreat! We very muted enjoyed the cod, the view, the amenities, the location, et. etc. We will certainly stay here again!
