The condo is in a great location near the beach, restaurants, shopping. Had everything we needed for our stay. Communication with the host was fast. Would definitely stay here again.

Being raised in St.augustine ive been to and stayed at alot of locations through out the area. Pats condo was a perfect mix of location/price. We had a family of 5 which fit comfortably (4 would probably be the perfect amount given the sleeping arrangments). The beach is a short 5 min walk down from the condo and the place had everything you would need for a week or two :-) at the beach.
The owner was great with communication and accommodations! 10/10 would recommend. Thanks again for the great stay!

We flew in from out of state. This condo worked great for our family of four. It had everything we needed for the beach. Pat was very responsive and helpful during our stay. The location is great. Stores, restaurants and many historic sites are all very close. I would stay here again.

Enjoyed the ease of entering the property to enter the unit and the good beach access. Unit was clean and well stocked with supplies needed to start housekeeping upon arrival. Comfortable furniture and quiet surroundings. Would love to stay in that unit again.

Condo was clean and comfortable. Pat responded to our texts quickly and made sure we had everything we needed. Location was perfect for walks to the beach and trips to St Augustine. Close to many restaurants and grocery stores. Beach chairs and a beach cabana were provided for our use which was a plus for our visit. The pools and landscaping were spectacular! We will definitely stay here again when we visit this area.

My husband and I had everything we needed and more in this condo. We had a nice view of the ocean from our balcony. Our host was easy to communicate with. The property is well maintained with beautiful flower gardens, two swimming pools, very nice chairs for sunbathing, and tables and chairs with unbrellas in pool area. Crescent Beach is a white sandy beach, wide and good for walking and seeing dolphins swim. R & J White

This condo provided everything we needed, especially since we traveled from out of town. It was so nice to have coffee on the balcony each morning with a view of the ocean. The amenities for the beach were great, too!

This condo is on the ocean, walk by the pool area along a boardwalk and down a short path through the dunes bordering a expansive beach (give or take due to tides😉) and there you are. Everything you need is in the condo, washer & dryer, beach toys, chairs, umbrella. We had a fabulous relaxing laid back vacation. St. Augustine is a wonderful area to visit. Enjoyed our time.

This condo is packed with beach amenities and anything you might need to have a great vacation. Location is perfect, seafood kitchen is a must eat and only about 1 mile away!!!! We had a blast !!!!

Just an amazing get away for us. Everything you need is provided in the Condo . Excellent management, clean and a great view of grounds, pool, and ocean. Beach area is beautiful and great for swimming, surfing or walking. Pat was always available to communicate with if needed.

The place was as described it was clean and great location to the beach. The host check on us several times which I like. The grounds were very nice and very taken care of. I love the pools. We enjoyed our selves to tell the truth we got very lazy lol. The king size bed was very comfortable. I would recommend staying at this condo.

This condo is in a great location. Right on the beach with several nice restaurants nearby a short drive away, this is a great place to relax. And only a few minutes from the downtown St Augustine historic district. Condo is very well equipped with everything you need for the beach. Also has a well equipped kitchen for dining in. We stayed for 2 weeks and I worked remotely the first week so the wifi was very good as well. Would definitely go back!

Our stay was perfect! Simple, easy, and peaceful. The room was clean, had everything we needed and great for our family. The kids loved the boogie boards and sand toys. We celebrated my daughter’s first birthday at the beach this week and it was a great time. The owners were great and responsive. We had zero issues or complaints! Will stay again!

We had a really good time this week and other than a couple of bumps in the road at first, that were quickly taken care of, the condo was awesome. Very clean, great location to the pool and the beach access. It will definitely be on our return to list for future vacations.

Overall it was a good trip, the condo was nice as well as the beach. Great communication with the owner! Will probably be a while before we return just because the town is busier than we would like for a beach trip, that is all personal preference though.

We had a wonderful stay! We were there for the Fourth of July and we’re beyond pleased that it was still a peaceful trip and not crowded beaches like other beach towns we have visited. The condo was the most well stocked condo out of all we have stayed in. We could have only brought our clothing and needed nothing else. It was all there for us to use. Owner is very responsive and even reached out for tips to make our trip more enjoyable. The grounds of the condo are beautiful and very well maintained. Thank you Pat for sharing your place!

We had the best time during our stay! We enjoyed the ease of being right on the beach, having coffee and breakfast on the balcony overlooking the pool and ocean, and the quick 15 minute drive downtown for some great dinners! Thank you for everything! ♥️

This condo is amazing. Anything you could think you need, is there. It’s clean and cozy. We had a little hiccup with the beach wagon and the owner sent us a new one by the NEXT DAY! The owner was very responsive and easy to communicate with. The location of the condos is perfect. Nothing beats opening the curtains in the morning and seeing two bright blue pools and the ocean. The facility is very well maintained and the beach was not crowded when we stayed. Book now, you won’t regret it!

We loved this rental. It was perfect for our family of 4. They had everything we needed. The beach cart, chairs and umbrella were so nice to have, perfect for a family that flies in and can’t bring all of the beach gear. The owners are very responsive and helpful. Easy walk to the beach, nice pools. Loved it, hope to come back some day!

We had a great time during our stay at this condo. Here are my highlights:
1) The property was CLEAN! You can tell the difference between a cleaning service that superficially dusts, vacuums, and mops and one that takes care of the details. This condo gets the latter.
2) Kitchen has everything you need to cook meals for a family of 4.
3) Easy quick access to the beach.
4) All supplies for a good beach experience are provided: Chairs, towels, toys, wagon.
5) Lots of game boards to make rainy days fun. And we had quite a few of those days.
6) Comfortable bed.
Our family would certainly stay here again.
