Perfect location for all the events in Baxter.

Spacious lake house with all of the expected amenities. Short drive to town and an owner that was immediately responsive to any questions. Hard to ask for more.

We all love this place. Beautiful view of the lake, spacious accommodations, close to dining places and shops in Nisswa. This was our second visit; we hope to return.

With the open floor plan, larger table and plenty of sleeping space, it made our weekend stay enjoyable. The view of the lake was stunning. Beach looked nice, it rained so we didn’t enjoy that like we wouldn’t wanted to, but all was wonderful!

We really enjoyed our stay (Sept 29- Oct 1). The weather was cooler than expected Friday and Saturday but that didn’t stop our enjoyment! We had a beautiful sunset Friday night before it started to rain. Saturday was cool and cloudy but we had fun sightseeing around Brainerd/Baxter. The house worked really well for the 7 of us and we said we would definitely return. Thanks for a great time!

We had a great stay at this lake house!! It had everything we needed and more. We really enjoyed sitting down by the lake. It was so peaceful and relaxing. Would highly recommend this home and would definitely stay here again.

This is the perfected sized home on a beautiful lake with crystal clear water. We stayed here for only 2 nights while we attended a wedding in Brainerd. So unfortunately we didnt have time to really enjoy the lake life. House was super clean. Good size overall. Fantastic location. Only feedback was that the basement had a slight sweaty/musty smell. We did run the dehumidifier while we there and opened the windows which helped. The dehumidifier canister needs a good soaking which may help with the smell. Overall not a big deal. Would stay here again when we have time to relax and rent the pontoon boat!

We really liked the property. We had everything we needed. It was very clean. Plenty of room for everyone. We enjoyed it very much and would indeed stay there again.

This is our third time re ting this home and we enjoy it more every time. Great host and well furnished for all needs.

Property was awesome for my family!

The property was amazing. The cabin was clean and had everything a person could want. The lakeshore was just what was needed for an infant and children 3, 4 & 6. A lot of time was spent in the water and on the pontoon. We even caught enough fish to have a fish fry the last night. :) Can wait for next year's summer vacation.

Loved this property! Had plenty of things to do and was close to many attractions.

Neat and clean. The layout and number of bedrooms and bathrooms makes this a great rental for a larger family or groups. The sand beach was a hit!

We enjoyed our stay, beach was sandy and lake water clear, we spent a good deal of time exploring the area and ate out often so we didn’t use the pontoon, grill or fire pit, it was nice to have that option available though. We did spend time on the beach enjoying the sun and conversation.

Plenty of space indoors and outdoors. Kids had a lot of fun fishing. Lake is nice and clear. Would have loved to stay longer!

The house was great and had everything we needed! The lake was beautiful and was not super busy with boats.

We have rented VRBO properties for decades in many locations. This home fit us perfectly. Though only 4 adults, we need our separate spaces. This home provided that and then some. The house is very well maintained and the kitchen well stocked with amenities. We also rented the pontoon boat and that added another plus to the rental. The location is outstanding -- right on a wonderful, quiet lake with decent fishing. Definitely will rent again next time we visit Brainerd area.

This property is on nice location in corner and has 4 bedrooms. Also outdoor area is very nice. Had firewood access and lake access in backyard. Only thing we didn’t like about this house was it makes lot of sound when walking on main floor where friends complain about it who was downstairs. Other then that it’s great.

This vrbo was clean and comfortable including all of the beds. We had a great time and would recommend this place to friends or family.

Terrific place for relaxing, playing cards, shopping, ice fishing and watching Albany High School boys basketball win the 2A state championship!

Our family has chosen to give each other a cabin weekend after Christmas as our gifts to each other. This year we stayed at this very nice cabin in Baxter. It was just the right amount of space for 6 adults and 4 children, 4 and under. The cabin was spotless and had many amenities, including a video game in the basement that the oldest grandchildren and my kids loved. Brought back memories of their growing up years. The cabin is right off the entrance onto the lake road, so there was easy access for our ice fishermen in the family. Although it was quite cold much of the weekend, there was time for us to walk out on the lake with sleds. This is really close to fun places to eat and breweries. Would highly recommend this cabin to anyone. The only negative I had is that because it has electric heat, ou hear it making noise as it comes in and off all night long and it is very dry, so you might want to bring a humidifier in the winter. Would love to come back during the summer with the grandkids too!

We booked this property for some work in town, we messed up on our check out time but the property owner worked with us on it and we got out as fast as we could. This is a Great property and I would recommend it to anybody.

Had a wonderful weekend at this beautiful cabin on the lake. Property manager was easy to get a hold of and took care of any needs.

I had a work conference at craguns and they were sold out of rooms so we looked for a VRBO. So glad we found this place. House worked perfect for us. Really good location close to a park for the kids, shopping and tons of restaurants right down the highway. We plan on making a trip back in the summer to enjoy the lake with the kids.

This property was very clean, comfortable and I can't think of anything that was missing. It was perfect for our girlfriend getaway!

The five sisters in our family get together annually. This was the first time we stayed here, but it won't be the last! The accommodations were excellent.
