House comfortably fit all 12 of us. The movie theater was a big hit along with the game room.

This property is perfect for large family gatherings. The home has a variety of unique and beautiful spaces/rooms to enjoy, it is in a great location and the property manager has excellent communication.

Very beautiful property that had everything we needed and great location. Movie room and garage filled with games was a plus! The only thing missing was the unavailability of the fireplace that was listed. Would have been great in the evenings. But what a wonderful place with room for the whole family.

We had a great time, getting together with girlfriends. The place was very spacious and very clean! All the amenities you could want on a girls weekend. Very attentive caretakers. They even purchased a can opener for us the night we checked in and brought it over!

In need of an update. Several items in disrepair. Property manager was contacted and told of issues. House smelled of stale smoke. Housekeeping could do a better job. Dusty ceiling fans, dirty windows, dirty baseboards etc There was nice community space, beds comfy and good hot water.

For the price we paid, this place was a great deal. It had a nice big kitchen, the extra space in the garage was great for watching football and having a couple drinks. The theater room wasn't super useful for us, felt like it could use speakers (sound only came out of the projector), the firepit/lake was a LONG walk (their yard is huge), and we would have loved some kind of TV in the main space in the house as we congregated there a lot. Overall though it worked nice for our group and for the price we paid it was a great deal! Thanks for having a nice spot for our golf trip.

Great location, open concept kitchen with 2 1/2 bathrooms snd 5 nice size bedrooms. We really enjoyed the area. Close to shopping, hop up to Nisswa, Cross Lake or Crosby. Our 12 year old had a blast fishing for sunniest off the dock. Great Lake to kayak, lots of birds and an eagle nest right around the bay!

Wonderful 4 days of vacation!! Not to mention how awesome the host is. My husband left his Apple Watch at the house and the host is sending it to our house!!! Would highly recommend this rental!!

There was plenty of room for all 10 of us. Kids loved the game room and we all enjoyed the movie room. I would book this property again!!

Our family (sons, daughter in laws, tiny kids, aunt and uncle) loved the whole experience. BaxCab is just as pretty in real life as in the pics. We found it very commodious. No problem fitting in seven adults and four little kids. The kids loved the theater and the grownups spent long lovely evenings on the deck, talking, sipping and drinking in the view! Mike made us feel welcomed and cared for - so we all really did end up relaxed and rested!

Mike was amazing, quick to follow-up on all concerns and issues. The beach and swimming area could be so much more with a little attention to weeds, but kids had a great time swimming. We had our own boat, and White Sand Lake was great for tubing, no traffic! The garage was awesome for the kids to hang out, could use a good sweep out but kids didn't care. The house was very comfortable and the movie room in the basement was an added bonus and kept the kids occupied in the evening hours. This is great house for family to hang out in. Fabulous location, close to Brainerd, Nisswa, restaurants etc. We had a great time at the Bax Cab and would highly recommend it.

Big house with great amenities. Kids loved the projection screen theater and game room in the heated garage. Close location to town was convenient too. Would stay here again.

Our second time staying at the property. Plenty of space for 10 adults and the game room area in the garage is a big bonus.

Mike was excellent throughout the process of making sure we checked in alright and had everything we needed. There was plenty of space for everyone and for storage. If you are downstairs, you can hear everyone walking upstairs and it’s pretty loud. Otherwise everything else was excellent

This house was a great property but there are some things to consider. Plusses -Mike Fish is the nicest, most responsible property manager I've ever worked with. He was fantastic and you'll be in excellent hands. -The location is excellent. It's close to Costco, Target, Cub's and some great lakes. -The house is spacious and very clean. -The garage has a huge game room with ping pong, foozball and a TV. We didn't spend a ton of time there but it was fun. There's also a theater room and we did watch a movie together and that was cool. -The astronaut bedroom has four bunk beds that are awesome for little kids to share. Things to think about -The master bathroom is not a full bathroom. It's not a big deal but it's something to know -The lake has a ton of leafy plants when you wade in. So you have to swim through those before you make it out to actual swimming. Again, something to know and bring water shoes -There's no pontoon. One of the pictures shows it but the owners don't have that boat anymore. All in all we had a great time and enjoyed our time there very much.

The lake home is wonderful. Very modern with great amenities including all the kitchen items you need for a large group. Ample size bedrooms and bathrooms, along with plenty of linens. TV room is great, along with popcorn machine. Outside there is plenty to do and a nice fire pit area near the lake. Quiet and relaxing place, would definitely stay again!

Location is superb. The house is clean but a little dated e.g. deck needs power washed and stained, patio furniture is old, beach chairs need cleaned. Pictures are highly accurate. Lake was very calm for us (late July/early August) at most 5-7 boats on the lake on the busiest day. Great for paddle boarding and fishing. Games room in the garage is a good space and provides a lot more square footage. Equipped with bags, TV, table tennis. One let down was the landscaping company came on our last night which ruined our planned fire pit evening as they were there cleaning the beach for 2 hours. Was a sour end. Property manager was very quick to respond. Easy access to get in.

Had a great week here. House was spacious enough for our family group of 13. Movie room was a hit along with the game room in the attached garage. Beach was sandy in the shallow area which was nice for the little kids but was very weedy further out so wasn’t great for swimming. Good fishing for the kids around the dock and the adults out on the boat. Property manager was responsive and overall we really enjoyed our stay!

The only thing I would say if you have a place for family use it should be disability accessible As I am in a wheelchair it would have been Better to have an entrance ground level and bigger bathrooms.

This lake house was perfect for our family get together! The property manager, Mike, was great at communicating and always readily available. The lake was great for fishing and activities.

Property had all the amenities we needed. Plenty of room for all 12 of us. We saw lots of wildlife, turtles, deer, fireflies, black squirrels. We had an enjoyable and relaxing week.

This property has a nice lakeshore location convenient to shopping needs (Costco, Cub Foods, etc) The house is well equipped and extra fun with theater space in basement and garage game room. We brought kayaks, jetskis and fishing boat. Lake is big enough and quiet. Manager Mike is super, available and responsive!
