I would give this place 5 stars resort since the house is so big with nice view of the golf course. The house equip with everything you need from cooking wares, cable tv, fast internet, snorkeling gears, swim gears, beach towels, and etc. There 4 large bedrooms with 3 restrooms. You have lanai view from the rooms downstairs and upstairs as well. You won’t get this type of golf course view anywhere. You also have access key to private beach and pools from the resort area. Our host was very friendly and attentive who has been such a wonderful concierge as well. He has everything prepare and well maintain in the house. You must book this rental property as your stay in Kona.

The home was beautiful! The resort area offered a nice pool and beautiful beach area. Home was close to shopping and restaurants. If your primary activities are in Kona town it’s about a 40 minute drive but all highway and wasn’t a problem for us. I would highly recommend this property.

This was an excellent property for our group of 8. Loved the open living area and view of the golf course. Perfect location for the pool!

I enjoy staying at rental homes with my family because my grandsons (5 & 1 yr(s) old) can wake up early with a few of us and they have lots of room to roam and play. We cooked breakfast at home every morning before heading out and we made really good use of the pool and gym during our stay. The pool area is beautiful and so conveniently located from this property. I would only caution visitors to make sure to follow their instructions and keep food in the fridge. We actually stored our bananas and other no. Perishable foods that had been opened in the oven and microwave. We did see some rodent droppings around the tv area each morning so we wiped everything down each morning. We would definitely like to rent here again!

Reviewer Comments: The layout of the home was perfect for our family...we were in the upstairs bedroom adjacent to to kitchen and family area and our children and grand children were downstairs in the 3 bedrooms...very relaxing for all!You do need a car to get to the private beach club associated with this unit.The community pool is very close to the unit and quite nice but we found the swimming pool to be a bit cold but for lap swimmers probably perfect. There is a peek view of the ocean but a nice view of the 11th green. We would definitely return!

We were particularly concerned that the grill should be in working condition because we read a few negative comments from previous guests. We were assured the grill problem had been taken care of.The property has many possitive aspects to it, bright with good view of the golf course, clean and it has all the amenities you need including beach toys for little kids, etc. We love the lanai but the interior furniture look a lot better in the pictures. As for the grill: HUGE disappointment. It was filthy, never been cleaned, and was not working. Shig came right away and tried to sort it out for us but we couldn't use it that day. He only managed to get someone to clean it. Next day the tradesmen came to repair but 'parts have to come from the mainland', they said, so they did their best. It was working but not optimal. The final straw was preparing NYE's dinner: the oven did not work. At 4 o'clock I had to call the management and Shig and his wife came to see what the problem was. Net net, it couldn't be fixed in time for us so we had to go to an empty condo accross the road, back and forth, trying to prepare 3 dishes using that oven. That was a major pain we could do without.We must mention that Shig was always ready to come and help, he gave lots of tips on things to do and we enjoyed his company. But when one is under pressure to get a special dinner ready and nothing could be fixed, it did not leave our experience here in a good note. Would we recommend this place to thers? Absolutely! Its location is prefect, quiet and peaceful, near the common pools and garden. Just make sure that if you are going to use the appliances, you must insist they be in working order before you arrive. It would also be great if the owner would improve the width band on the internet. We couldnt finish the movies we watched.

There is ample refrigerator space and beach gear in the garage.

We couldn’t have picked a better property. The house was spacious and well equipped. Close to pool and workout facility. Access to Mauna Lani Beach Club was perfect. We loved it and are looking forward to another stay. Check in was seem less and communication was fabulous.

Fantastic stay for 9 of us (two families, including kids and grandparent). The condo is lovely and well-stocked, including a washer/dryer and lots of beach stuff (chairs, boogie boards, umbrella). The area is quiet with a nice pool and easy access to phenomenal beaches.

Absolutely perfect - not only is it a beautiful property in amazing condition, but it's in a fantastic location, has everything you need, and is super clean. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!
