It was affordable and the location was nice because convenience stores and markets were near. The place had a functional microwave, rice cooker, TV, wifi refrigerator, cabinets, hot & cold shower, and stove. There were also plates, utensils, mugs, towels, pillows, blankets. Like almost everything you need during a stay is there.

The toilet and bidet weren't working and there was something wrong with the piping or something that the bathroom floor was wet. They wanted to fix it though but we were always on travel soooo they didn't get the time to fix it.

They were very approachable for concerns, one chat on wechat with the owner, the problem is being addressed. Like when the wifi does not have an internet connection, they went to the unit the next day to fix it. Then, when I asked for a parking, they immediately looked for an available parking space. They were very open to concerns. About the location, it is technically near the airport (at the back of the airport) BUT it will take about 30min for you to arrive from the airport to the location. So make sure to plan your schedule and travel well. The apartment is in Kassel residences, it is somewhat like a compound of buildings with apartments, the compound has security guards too. If you are planning to stay in manila just for a couply of days or a week, this could be a good option for you. Outside the residences, there are a lot of business establishments like banks, pharmacy, markets, so essential goods are very convenient. We stayed in UNIT ICELAND 102, the aircon is really good there.

The CR is not really thoroughly cleaned We asked for an extra bed but they were not able to provide us one, but instead.. they gave us a somewhat thick blanket

Prime location as it is near to almost everything ( grocery, market, food stalls, laundry service and 10-15mins away from the airport). Secured place with 2 guard houses and well lighted streets. The host is very kind and responsive to our needs. I will definitely book again and recommend to friends.
