The location is ideal for transiting to the other island within Philippines. A good short stop over! And the Bfast is very good, with a wide range of selections!
We arrived at the hotel at 3pm. We booked for 2 rooms and 1 of our rooms was only at 6pm, very disappointed with that!

Die Nähe zum Flughafen und den direkten Zugang zur Mall. Kostenloser Shuttle zur „Brücke“ über die man zum Terminal laufen kann. Frühstück war ok, hatten aber schon bessere.
Der Pool wird von mehreren Hotels genutzt und somit ist es sehr unruhig und immer voll. Die Musik ist unglaublich laut. Es gibt wenig Liegen und noch weniger Sonnenschirme.

C’est très loin du terminal 1 et 2, obligé de prendre un taxi (20 min, il y a beaucoup de circulation à tout moment de la journée), le top service était très long (1 heure d’attente). Le Check in est très long aussi

It's the best location and hotel I checked in by far. It's near everything! Our view during the first day of the year are aiplanes! I also loved the express check out. Less hassle!

I liked how it was interconnected with the different hotels, restaurants and nearest mall without the hassle of going out. ☺️

Close to airport. Got upgrade to bigger room.
Booked a balcony room. Did not get. Close to airport but no free shuttle bus as stated on booking.com. No smoking area. Have to go into casino. No breakfast for early checkout for free

I had a short overnight stay in between long-distance flights. Airport pickup was easy to arrange, efficient and friendly and reception was excellent. Very comfortable room and bed.

The property was immaculate, welcoming and comfortable. It is a short air conditioned walk to the Newport Mall with some extraordinary dining options. The staff was exemplary in every way. Each person we encountered was friendly, polite, respectful, and clearly determined to make our stay the best possible. Even the hotel van which picked us up at the airport was newer, spotless, had water bottles awaiting us, and staffed by two very helpful staff members. The staff worked hard to accommodate our needs and make us feel at home. The beds and pillows were heavenly!
We had a neighbor in the room next door who played their television extremely loud throughout the night and day. Due to the recessed wall mounting of the tv’s, it seemed this created a thinner layer at that point between the two rooms. That being said, we never heard any of our neighbors speaking.
