The location is great, about a 15 minute walk to Stari Grad. The host is very helpful and cooperative: we had a problem with AC, but it was fixed very fast. The apartment is clean, spacious and well-equipped, the view from the window if terrific. Also you can go to swim just outside the house, the water is clean there and there's not much point to go to some city beach.

The only minor thing is the lack of parking spaces, there is only like 4 of them, which are usually constantly occupied by people who live in the building, but since it is not advertised it's not really that much of an issue. Besides, there is always some free spaces alongside the road closer to Kotor.
