The villa is incredible and the views are breathtaking. The outdoor area is brilliant. The hosts were very nice and very friendly and were good at communicating with us. The kitchen was well stocked with plenty of pots and pans and everything to go with it. Also a nice bottle of wine left for us.

THE HILL! This is very steep and takes some getting used to, not too bad for those able to walk it but certainly not for those with limited mobility. Some taxi drivers will flat out refuse to go up the hill leaving you to walk the rest of the way. However, we were informed that there are somehow worse hills in Kotor. On our second day we unfortunately received a passive aggressive message on Booking.com from the owner that almost made it feel as if we were being policed at the villa. Two cans had unfortunately blown into the shrubbery, and some very minor damage from a cigarette was found on the sun lounger. Whilst I accept these are both things that should not happen, the way it was dealt with could have been much better. I feel we were no doubt judged by the fact we were a group of 10 males. The beds in the property leave a lot to be desired, a number of the group had complaints of sore necks and backs. A wake up call at 6 am most mornings from the neighbours radio/TV in the downstairs rooms is also not a particularly nice surprise. This is a villa that has been in the family for a number of years and this appears to hold it back, rules are strictly enforced.

We absolutely loved everything about this property. The house has a great set up with three rooms in the main house and a small cottage with a bedroom below. The outdoor space really makes your vacation though. The pool was the perfect temperature and had the most beautiful view of the Bay during the day and even more beautiful view at night of Kotor old town and the wall all lit up. Our hosts were welcoming and helpful and made our stay even that much easier by suggesting good restaurants and outings.

There was nothing we didn’t like!

Everything was amazing. Villa is very comfortable (we were 8 adults and 1 child). Pool is awsome. And the view-the most beautiful in the world (trust me). Worth of any money. Thank you for hosting.

Too short stay!

Home Cinema was a great idea. Excellent Wi-fi too

Needs a light for the BBQ and slightly better kitted out kitchen - utensils, pans, coffee maker etc.
