I have never stayed at a VRBO that had such a greatly stocked kitchen. You made it easy fir us to cook and store food as well as do laundry when needed. The dock was great for swimming and fishing from. We enjoyed our vacation and had to bring very little with us. We hope to be back sometime.

The cove is quiet for swimming and convenient to the lake channel by boat. We enjoyed dinner on the deck most evenings. Communication with the host was excellent. Visited with Family and enjoyed all things about house and area

First and foremost, the owners communicated expectations and were very responsive to questions. Unfortunately, the fire pit was destroyed right before your stay. The owners were up front and let us know right away what happened, and even provided pictures. We chose to stay and were not disappointed. The house was extremely clean and welcoming. The kitchen, though small, was well stocked. Highly recommend.

Very happy as always by the ease of communication, the beauty of the property, location, and the true home away from home feel. We did more cooking than last visit this time and found everything we needed in the kitchen to accommodate all of our guests. I’ll definitely be back for a third visit in the future.

Perfect place to get away from the hustle of daily life - basking in the sun on the dock, reading on the deck, walking along the tree shaded roads and afternoon naps inside or out! Property description and pictures actuate.

Mrs. Beth has always been an exceptional host and the house is perfect! Has EVERYTHING you need from towels to cooking utensils to lake toys! This is the 3rd year in row that my family has been here and it never disappoints!

There is a well stocked kitchen and many water toys/accessories that are available to renters, and the lake itself was private for our group, but lots of fun and relaxing, too. Elizabeth and Keith, the property managers, were completely friendly, accommodating and helpful at every stage of our rental, and they provided such great information for us. All of us want to rent this home again and will likely try to find times every year to go there! I would recommend it without reservation. You will not be disappointed!

We checked into this beautiful property on a Thursday afternoon for a long weekend. It was my self and my husband, his parents, his brother and his wife. We had no children with us- thankfully! I’ll mention why in a few. This trip was a Christmas gift from us to them. On Friday, my brother and sister in law came downstairs very alarmed as they had found an unsecured, loaded revolver handgun in the bedside table of the loft. We were extremely distraught by this discovery. I immediately texted Elizabeth and told her what we found and expressed my concerns. She seemed not as concerned as I was. She said it probably belonged to the previous renter, and that usually housekeeping would find something like that, but obviously they hadn’t. All of Friday night, Saturday, Saturday night we reeled about the irresponsibly of this gun owner, the irresponsibly of our host, and how TERRIBLE this situation could have turned if we were not all responsible adults. If we had children with us they would have assumed this tiny gun was a toy. We also thought perhaps this gun was stolen, or had committed crimes, or what if the gun owner came back and wanted the gun while we were staying there. It was a very, very unsettling feeling. We searched the rest of the house to see if we would find any additional surprises and thankfully we didn’t. My brother in law unloaded the gun and we put it in a place where the housekeepers/hosts could find it. We should not have had to do all that. On Sunday morning the day of our checkout, Elizabeth said the gun owner would get the gun that day. I again expressed to her how this situation really strained our trip and she really just said sorry, but offered nothing to aid in the situation. I texted Elizabeth again the following Tuesday to ask for some compensation and she was unwilling to offer anything. I asked for a partial refund but was not granted that. Of course this situation could have ended COMPLETELY different and I don’t think Elizabeth would be so nonchalant if someone had gotten hurt with a loaded gun that was left by “someone” in her home. So my review is the home is beautiful, however, this situation really should have been reconciled by the host because there should have NEVER been an unsecured loaded gun in the home with me and my family. We are gun owners but we are RESPONSIBLE. Had this situation not occurred we probably would have rebooked. However I just cannot get over the compromised safety. Guests beware!

My family and I enjoy our weekend at this retreat this was our 4th fathers days spent at the lake this was the nicest place so far.

We loved being able to spend time inside and relax in the sunroom and great room, as well as, on the deck area. We needed more time to enjoy everything but it was great for our family! Wonderful house in a beautiful location! The house had everything you could ask for - very quiet, relaxing and well maintained. Elizabeth is just a text away for any questions and could not have been more responsive or a better host.

I went up for a media event in north GA. I attend annually and will likely try to get this location from now on if possible. If I could give 10stars I would. The house, neighborhood, lake, amenities, everything was 100% on point!! Great place to spend some time. I only wish I’d have had more time to relax vs work while I was there. Can’t wait to visit again.

This is the third time we have gone to this house. I highly recommend it!!

If you’re looking for nothing to do but float in the lake, this place is it. Would have enjoyed a close by bar/grill/ happy hour place. House was nice, kitchen with all the supplies but is way too small. The family room furniture is old and uncomfortable. Other amenities were great. We would have to rent a boat for the week if we were to stay again.

House is spectacular, very clean, had everything. Instructions were easy to read. My family lived the cove, dock and swim toys. 🏊‍♀️

Excellent communication from hosts, home was stocked With everything you could think of! The lake, outside deck areas and dock were fabulous! Looking forward to a return trip.
