Right from the start, communication with Nick was great. He was prompt in returning emails when we had questions. The check-in was super simple! The views from this condo are absolutely stunning!!! We had breakfast each morning on the lanai or took a short walk around to the yummy Gazebo restaurant for breakfast (get there before it open!) We snorkeled in the bay, watched whales from our lanai, and took a short walk around the corner to Napili beach, which is also great for snorkeling, swimming, catchin' rays and even body boarding and SUP's. It is a short drive to Lahaina and Whalers Village, for shopping, restaurants, a board walk, and great beaches!! This location and price, was amazing!! The only thing that was a "Con" was the cleanliness (which was not bad- but it wasn't good eaither) and it could be updated. All in all, with this location and views, nothing else mattered!!! Thanks Nick for a great 10 days in paradise - we will be back!

We loved our stay. The check in process was perfect and the location is the best in BCN. Nothing like sitting out on the balcony looking at Casa Batllo. We loved how central the apartment was and two elevators made it effortless. I would definitely stay again!

We had such a wonderful stay and will definitely book again in the future. The unit was clean, well taken care of and stocked with everything our family needed. You can’t beat the view and location! Both Nick and David were great, we had a few questions and they were easy to contact, helpful and accommodating. Our time at Napili Point was amazing and we could not have had a better experience.

The four of us (2 couples) loved our stay in Napili Point C20. It is well equipped in the kitchen and had snorkel equipment as well. Furniture is comfortable, including beds. Table & chairs on lanai are nice to view the cove. We locked ourselves out on lanai once so take care closing the lanai doors.

This is a beautiful complex with a fantastic location. The view from the lanai is world class. Host was kind to allow us a late check out which we very much appreciated. Cleanliness was and communication with local contact wasn’t perfect but we enjoyed our stay and appreciated the host allowing a later check out.

We loved the location! We had the best time snorkeling the small cove and watching the sunsets. It was such a chill and beautiful location. Shopping and restaurants were nearby and we were away from the business of Lahaina. The unit could use a good deep clean, but we enjoyed it all the same.

We loved the location and the access to that amazing bay with the turtles. We spotted them every day from the patio and while snorkeling. Our teenagers were impressed with the condo. Our only issue was a bed too firm, but some people like that. Walking distance from two amazing snorkeling bays. Paradise.

The house was well kept and amazing for the family. The owner was responsive and available for any questions. Amazing view, quiet and overall great experience.

Amazing location and set up of this condo. This is our 4th time staying at the Napili Point but our first thru a Vrbo rental. Nick was extremely prompt with responding and very accommodating with our time needs. We don’t spend a lot of time in condo when visiting Maui so we are pretty laid back. All of our essentials that are used every day, bedding/towels/kitchen supplies/etc were extremely clean! The overall condo could use a head to toe scrub, but absolutely nothing that was detrimental to our enjoyment. We would stay here again! Thank you, Nick!

Incredible view and location, property clean and well maintained. Only opportunity to improve would be having ground coffee as an amenity but other amenities were excellent including beach gear and condiments/spices. Can’t wait to book again next year.

The view is even more beautiful in person. We had an amazing time with family and would absolutely recommend staying here. The property was clean and everything went smoothly during our stay. It was hard to leave!

We loved our stay at this condo. Everything as represented and walking through the door met with the most spectacular floor to ceiling view of turtle bay, Lanai and the ocean in-between. It's a great complex to get to easy parking. We walked to great napili Beach each day and loved our time in the water there. It us great to be able to walk to the beach because there is little or no parking around these great beaches so to just pack our satchels and walk over a real bonus. Balcony has great high table and stool so we had most meals out there. Air conditioner and fans and balcony retractable screen keep you cool. Bring binoculars for whale and turtle watching. Kitchen is great and had all the things we needed to make meals. Parking easy in the complex and it is very peaceful there. Highly recommend and we will be back! Thank you

We enjoyed our stay at the condo, but the place could use some renovations especially in the bathrooms. The kitchen is updated though. The couches were new and very nice. It was very quiet. The snorkeling in the bay out front was great. I do recommend staying here!

Yes, awesome view watching whales go by every morning and all day long. Fantastic snorkeling steps away from the condo. We snorkeled the entire cove on our last night with dive lights and saw eels, puffer fish and dozens of sleeping turtles. Things come out at night that you never see during the day. We had some minor issues with lighting which evidently will be fixed in the next few days. Overall, wonderful place and great location.

This condo has a really phenomenal view. Waterfront and just a short walk to the beach. We seem with Sea Turtles in Honokeana Bay. Well appointed kitchen. The sleeper sofa in the living room was brand new and quite comfortable. Check-in was easy. Overall, a nice stay. Thanks

We stayed for 5 nights a family of 4 including me, my husband & two teen boys. It was perfect. The best part was definitely the open view to watch the ocean, surfers and the sunset each day. I literally would wake up from the loft and open my eyes to the ocean view. Just amazing!! Napili beach is about a 10 minute walk to reach and was perfect for boogie boarding and there is a great restaurant there too. We were all comfortable- our teens had their room with a TV also for their own space in the evenings. It has everything to cook meals although we did that only twice so we could try the amazing local food. There was a small grocery store half mile away which was also convenient. I highly recommend this place!!

Pros: the view is absolutely breath taking, comfortable beds and linens, adequate kitchen and supplies, lovely property with clean pools. Cons: some bugs (but it’s the tropics), a little outdated, no air conditioning. Overall a wonderful property.

The views and location are fabulous! Out of the crowds and chaos of Kaanapali Beach. Very serene.

Our family loved our stay at Napili Point Resort. We've stayed at the condos here about a half dozen times over the years and couldn't recommend these units more. As it relates to this particular unit (C-20), Nick was a gracious host and made the check-in process super smooth. We had a neighboring unit booked through another owner for some additional family members, and there were quite a few hoops to jump through before we could check in (ID scans, COVID test results, flight numbers, etc.). Nick didn't require any of that for his unit. Our biggest gripe is cleanliness. We easily saw about 20 or so small cockroaches during our stay and had to take precautions to ensure they didn't end up in our suitcases or food. We also had to re-wash all the dishes before use, which was no fun. Thankfully, our group is mellow and understands this can happen in an island environment. However, there are no doubt going to be future guests that are appalled at the pests. This is the only unit we've stayed in at Napili Point Resort with such a pest control problem. Additionally, the downstairs bedroom could use more cleaning, as there were what appeared to be cobwebs on two of the walls. I admit that Nick did provide contact info for maintenance issues, so I suppose it might have been possible to request a thorough cleaning while in Maui. However, we were trying to decompress and stay "unplugged" as much as possible on this trip, so I can't comment on responsiveness to issues mid-stay. A very nice touch was the availability of an ice chest and beach chairs (although one of the beach chairs has a broken clip that makes transport a little challenging). Overall, I would recommend this unit for the price. Our suggestion to the owner are to: (1) improve pest control, (2) pay for deep cleaning, (3) provide more hand towels in the kitchen, (4) replace the broken beach chair.

The condo itself could use a few upgrades, but it felt clean and had everything we needed. The location couldn’t have been better. Amazing snorkeling and views.

The location of this unit is amazing. The views are just as good, if not better, than the photos show. Check-in was super easy, Nick was very flexible. Unit had everything you could want, including beach chairs and boogey boards-the beach umbrella was broken so we bought one and left it. The unit was clean and the kitchen was well stocked. I was very nervous about the lack of A/C but we really didn’t need it. A couple of the afternoons were warm but opening up the windows provided a great breeze, there wasn’t any direct sun into the condo, there’s a solar shade, and there are plenty of fans. The kitchen is nicely updated. The only thing to know going in is that the bathrooms are not updated. It’s Hawaii - I’m sure it would cost a small fortune to update them, and they are completely sufficient - just realize that going in. I thought the unit was a great value, great location, and we would happily stay here again.

I thought everything was fantastic. The view is worth every nickel. A couple of our group thought it should have been cleaner when we got there. I'm not the kind of guy that notices dust in the corner, so it was all good to me. Nick was quick to respond to questions. Late April dates; never needed A/C. Nice breezes. I could go on. Will stay again next time headed to Maui. Thanks Nick!!!
